Best nail salon in the neighborhood! Excellent service and very reasonable prices.When I had to come back in the next day after realizing my gel extensions were too long to play my guitar (lol) they trimmed them down, filed, and recoated free of charge. I didnt catch the name of my tech (sorry!) but they were just so kind to do that. Will definitely be back :-)

Its been 3.5 days since I went in for a gel mani & pedi, and one of my nails from my gel manicure just completely failed -- half of it peeled off. Also, within the first day, I noticed a chip at the tip of another nail on the same hand. My accompanying gel pedicure was great, but the person who did my gel manicure did a poor job. My visit a few days ago was my second visit in the last two months. That first gel mani/pedi held up really well when I went to Burning Man and was in the harsh desert for 2 full weeks.

An excellent gel extension manicure! Emmy did a beautiful job with a design she’d never tried before, and only had to look at the reference photo once before diving in. My nails look and feel great, and the shape/length are what i asked for. The salon was very busy that day so it took a while for them to get to me after they initially sat me down but i was able to go to the cafe next door while i waited! Next time, i will make sure to ask how long it will take between when they seat me and when my nails will be finished, just to know what to expect lol

My nails came out amazing! Customer service was great and a really relaxing environment (chairs do have massage). I first came in asking for a very complicated design and she told me she would try but it might not work. It did not but we pivoted to a new design and it was amazing! She was very patient with me and took time with choosing colors and going over new design.

The best gel manicure in SF! They take lots of time to really deliver an excellent manicure that lasts for weeks.

Steer clear, this is literally a chop shop. They went to town on my with nails multiple e-files to remove soft gel extensions that should’ve been soaked off. My nail beds were destroyed and I was in pain for days! They have no idea what they’re doing.

The best hidden secret of San Francisco spas. Perfect gel nails every time. My nails have gotten more healthy from coming here bc the staff are so great at what they do. They’re all so sweet and accommodating.

Summary: way overpriced, not great customer service, mediocre to poor job. Will not be coming back because other salons in area are better and for cheaper.Pros: very clean and new, accepts credit cards (service and tip), opens a little bit later than most nail salons, lots of color options for gelCons: not great job on nails (see photos - not smooth along cuticles. Taken day of manicure), streaks in color and lady blanes my color choice (other salons have done it great and fine), not many choices in color for regular mani, staff insisted on paying before for service and tip but I wanted to wait until after my nails were done and already had my credit taken out for easy payment)

Had a couple great mani-pedis here. I havent been to many other spots but this was much nicer than the one I went to in Newport Beach, and they didnt try to up-sale me other treatments at every opportunity like many nail spasLast time I had them paint my toenails sort of an iridescent green and the polish lasted until my nails grew out. Amazing!

Absolutely amazing experience. My boyfriend surprised me with a night at Q Spa and a massage + baths package for my birthday. It was a very relaxing experience, fantastic customer service and every detail was taken care of. The massage was lovely, not too hard but not too soft. The best part was the baths. Because it was my birthday, they went the extra mile and put rose petals everywhere for us. It was so romantic and relaxing -- it felt as if we were in Bali. Wonderful experience..my boyfriend really nailed it! Also, they gave us 10% off of our spa package since we were staying at the hotel, which was a nice little surprise.

My nails look fine but details were not attended to, like callouses and exfoliation. I paid 50 cash before tip (55 if I charged/used debit) for a mani/pedi that were both done in 15 minutes total. For the price, I will go elsewhere. The shop is clean and pleasant, staff are nice, but I feel it’s overpriced for the level of service provided. Before the shop remodel two years ago, the same service was 36 with better quality. There are multiple shops in the neighborhood, so I’ll check something else out next time. It’s convenient to other services and transportation, with decent parking by SF standards.

Qspa is officially my nail spot! The ladies here are really attentive and friendly. Always welcoming, making sure your comfortable and have a good playlist in the background.My mom enjoys their spa pedicure while I indulge in the gel manicures. Today, I wanted colors and design for Ramadan but didnt really have a picture of a design, just an idea. Amy is seriously a star, it came out better than expected.Prices here are reasonable, with extra fees for colors and designs but totally worth it. Appointments are highly recommended but they do take walk ins. If you pay in cash, you get a 10% off. Sweeeeeeet!

Heavily depends on who is there. Last time I went, the pedicure lasted 10 minutes with a stone touch and release and not even evenly cut nails:/ the first time I went they were very detail oriented and kind.

Moved to this neighborhood recently and so glad to have such a great nail salon nearby. Its super clean, all the woman are really friendly and they do a great job. My new go-to!

Very unwelcoming staff. Walking in the door and they looked at me as if I should not be there. Asked if I called ahead. Very busy, so my advice is book ahead if you’re interested
