Drinks are expensive, floors wet all night long with empty cans and cups everywhere, dirty restrooms. Sound only at the dance floor with 2 big speakers hanging from the ceiling. Its not worth the cover charge!

The womans bathroom was disgusting, no seat covers and the toilet paper was on the floor, so unsanitary. The drinks are over priced and even though doors opened at 9, the band didnt play until almost 12AM. The music was awesome, but should have started at 10, 10:30 at the latest. The last time I went wasnt like this, maybe new management?Its been 2 years, the band played at midnight(they had just come from a show in Anaheim) like last time. They were awesome, like last time, but like last time, they didnt play Un Dia Mas Un Dia Menos😞They must have hired a new cleaning crew, the ladies bathroom looks 100% better, thank you.Looking forward to the next time Rata Blanca comes to town☺

Great experience seeing Little Big. The staff was great and the place seemed clean. My wife and I had an absolute blast!

Every time I go to this club I rediscover how bad the sound is. Actually it is not the sound, but the strange design of the stage. It is not utilizing the length of the space.But then again, I come there for the performers, not the interior design. So, it is a decent place, if you just want music.

Its a nice venue, for sure, but a few things really ruined it for me:1)My friend purchased two alcoholic drinks and one sprite. The total came out to $60. $20 per drink, including a cup of soda.2) The floor was really sticky, which my shoes would cling on to whenever I tried to lift my feet.3) The concert that I was there for was 1.5 hours later than what was stated on the website.I would never come back here.

Get to see some artist perform live on stage. Feels like a private venue. Got to see a few reggaeton artist perform live.

It might be ok for dance parties, but terrible for concerts. The audio is so bad, that on the balcony you mostly hear noise, not a concert. The sitting on the balcony is a joke. It is so narrow. People go back and force and bounce the tables. You need to lift your drink every time somebody passes by, and it happens a lot. My drink was all over the table. You cannot see much from the VIP tables. The best tickets for a concert seems to be the cheapest standing tickets near the stage. At least, you would probably be able to hear and see something.

Nice place but not enough bartenders and the short bigger in size Asian bartender kept skipping me serving only females. I called her multiple times and she acknowledged me but would skip me even though I was in front of other people she helped. Go but pregame ahead of time if this girl is working good luck getting a drink if youre a guy.

No parking no And Im a security guard and the drinks is so expensive.

Rocapulco club is good because the weekend have latin live music ....

I love this place! Its a conjunction of Latin communities all over the bay area...Latin Bands come here and the music is just great.I would love for the place to improve on the sound. Even though bands sound great, when they are gone, or before they start the acustic is not that great at all.

Came super excited to see a Reggaeton concert, but the concert was over 2.5 hours late past the actual start time. Maybe this is typical, but I was surprised. Definitely will not come back for another concert...did not pay this much to have non live music blaring so loud that we couldnt talk, and no band:( super bummed, wish I had paid more attention to the reviews.

The security personnel is always rude and inattentive 😒 concerts usually start awfully late and the overpriced drinks are nasty. So bad because they bring good bands.

This club is ok. They have awesome groups that come play. Beware... there is NO VENTILATION! If its a popular artist coming to play, it will be packed! People were passing out from the heat. They dont have many bathroom stalls and they are not the cleanest. Prices can be ridiculously expensive also. It will be doubled at the door of you dont purchase it before hand.

A guy named Juan (security) takes on a lot! before the concert, in line, he asked me to throw out a can of beer, this was done in front of the entrance! And he must have been drunk! I dont recommend this place!

The space is decent. However, the staff is very rude. Specially the security guards. It is like none of them had practiced customer service before.

Such poor quality of sound. Its just unbearable loudness instead of enjoyment of quality music. My ears hurt even the next day. Never ever going there, even with the best bands.

One of the worse experience I ever had in my life . The bouncer they were so poor . Please advice them put their anger in their home and stay calm down on your job . Never recommend to this trash club.

Werent checking Covid vax cards even though its law in SF at the time of writing this. Great crowd and music! Loved dancing after so many months. Saw Ivy Queen and she took forever to come onstage. By the time she came on I was a sweaty mess and my legs were spaghetti after so much merengue, cumbia, reggaeton y más. crowd can get a bit rowdy. Even I felt like swinging at some fool. Seems like the place inspires it.

The place is nice. But expensive cover. And doors opened late. Bathroom was clean. $17 tall can!!! Holy Shizniz!!!

Surpringly fast drink service even when packed. The drinks are a little over priced imo but probably because of location. Food vendors on the street after the club is always a plus.

Sound was just loud and after purchasing mezzanine tickets we were told we had to stay on the floor. The DJ seemed as if they just got behind the tables. This is beyond stupid and I for one will never go back.

I went to elvis crespo concert and it was amazing

They need to upgrade the restrooms downstairs, only one toilet for hundreds of people. They had only one barman in the corner next to the stage, had to be in line for 30 minutes to buy a beer. Vilma Palma was great.

A couple times a year an important Cuban band will play at Roccopulco, and we usually manage to have a good time in spite of the sticky floor, weak AC, no ins and outs, and other shortcomings of the venue. So, on the one hand, Im grateful, but I really wish it would be better.

Bad experience in here

The most fascist night club in San Francisco. After being molested they confiscated my prescribed and thoroughly legal medication. Said they were worried about their liquor license? Whatever. Went to the bar and ordered a tequila grapefruit and a white wine spritzer for my friend. They didnt have grapefruit and didnt know what a spritzer was. For nine dollars a drink please get me some grapefruit and learn what a spritzer is. Never ever go here.

No bathrooms, the place can have a cocert of 1,500 and they only have two bathrooms.. Horrible!!! You all should consider adding more bathrooms and remodeling this place.

Horrible concert. They made us wait for 4 full hours for a concert listening to undesired random bands (and genres), the sound was terrible, and at the end they kicked out the main band early

Its bad where the owner, the securities and the rest they treat you like piece of sh. I will never recommend this place again. Thanks to all people they make business.

Awesome staff, just need to adjust the sound system. The bass was too loud in comparison to the singers vocals.

Don’t come here for live music.The venue is designed as a night club, not a music venue making it near impossible to mix the band in a way that makes them sound well. The stage is in a corner facing a small area and most of the audience is stage left. The sound here was the worst I’ve heard at any “music venue”. Maybe if you paid for VIP tickets and where right in front of the stage, it might’ve sounded betterBands, please choose another venue when coming to San Francisco!

The venue is spacious, it has a second floor where you can sit and watch the show from there. There are also seats on the first floor, but they all said reserved seats and I dont know how or where the reservation was made.Another thing, I wanted to have a pina colada and they didnt sell it, the drinks in a small glass and a little expensive $20 a margarita, a soda in a small glass $5, well from there Josimars show was excellent 👌

I do not recommend it at all and I agree with many comments that at the end of the events they take you out as if you were cattle that are being herded by the very arrogant security who do not even give half an hour before closing so that the people who are still there By drinking their drinks that they have bought at a very high price they can finish drinking them, obviously people pay to have fun not so that in the end they leave there upset and sometimes even beaten because the drinks are taken from people and thrown into the trash can abusively, and thats where there are a lot of problems, among other things, on one occasion when the loud Dynamite was playing, you couldnt dance on the super dirty floor since it had been cleaned a long time ago, it was super sticky and stuck to your hands. shoe soles you couldnt dance.

The worst night club I have ever visited. Super dirty glasses and drinks lying on the floor looks like a recycling place. The place is spacious, although the security leaves a lot to be desired, the sound is first class, it is not exactly the cleanest place and you suffer a bit for parking, however the atmosphere is unmatched and it is totally worth it.

Last night I was at the Canaveral event and the loud dynamite they are thieves they clone the cards buy drinks and pay with a debit card and they charged me 4 times they are unfortunate thieves they clone the cards be careful friends

I love Casave and I like it because the waitresses serve you clearly when you reserve a table. I recommend it.
