I dont recommend this store at all. No customer service. Owner doesnt know customer service and always is not available. He sends his wife to cover him and sometimes a random dude covers for the night. And that dude doesnt know anything about the store. Do not visit that location.

Would come here only out of convince since it’s the closest smoke shop to me, but there are plenty better ones on Haight that are well worth the extra five minute walk so I don’t know what I had even been doing or thinking.Staff is pushy & tries to sell you products you don’t want when they run out of your preference or often has no knowledge of the products they sell.I’ve also been completely ignored & skipped for other customers several times. On one occasion, I was waiting so long after being skipped that I decided to just go elsewhere. This last time, however, I missed the bus I was trying to get on as a result of being skipped which was kind of the last straw for me. I know that I’m small & a woman & it might be easy for you to ignore me but I also would come to this place frequently enough that you think they would start recognizing & noticing me while standing AT THE COUNTER?Just not worth the mess yo, just check out Cole Street or DayDreamz down the road… much better quality & prices.

Used to get my flum vapes here and they always had an off taste, would end up leaking, and flashing empty WAY before others i’ve had before. Went to a different vape shop and there’s no problems. They also charge way more for them than other places. don’t buy vapes here!

Simple. As a business you post your business hours online. I, someone visiting from outside SF, walk in 15 minutes before closing, and am refused service because they decided to close early. Quite disappointed in the business, and also a letdown for newcomers expecting more from the Bay area.
