Im not one to write reviews, but when a store goes above and beyond I definitely feel the need to recognize the generosity. This past weekend I dropped my vape pen and unfortunately when it collided with my wood floors, the glass in the tank shattered. This happened on a Sunday and unfortunately the Vapory Shop was closed so I had to go elsewhere to find a replacement device. However, today I stopped in to purchase some liquid and while I was there mentioned that I had shattered the tank in my other device. The nice gentleman at the counter realized he had a defective device of the same type that he needed to send back and offered to give me the tank from the defective device for free since he couldnt sell it and replacement tanks were not available for sale. A very small gesture, but one that speaks volumes. This will continue to be my go-to source for all vaping needs based on this interaction alone.

Good helpful people. I bought a vapor pen and it worked great for a couple months and then nothing but problems with it. They were very helpful and replaced a part for free. Still had problems with it. Found other places that are cheaper and as well supplied. They do have a good selection though.

I love this place and the staff! Ive never had the privilege of going here or meeting anyone in person as I live in NY... But I order from them always! I took a chance, one last Hell Mary, to try to quite smoking nearly 2&1/2 years ago and bought the Groupon kit and with their assistance I was able to stop smoking! And yes, from all the way on the other side of the country, they helped me out a whole lot - anytime I had a question or concern I called them up and they spent the time and helped me out with everything. Now, Ive gone to a few Vape stores in Manhattan because I was right there a few times with questions, I pretty much got ignored or blown off cuz I wasnt talking Mods & was a newbie - it stunk! Got home, call up the great people of Vapory Shop and questions were answered, problems solved. They have a great selection, great prices and great people 😊 Ive been a loyal customer since the start of my journey and will FOREVER continue to be! Thank you guys for everything - you are FANTABULOUS!!!

Order and delivery time was fabulous although the ejuice I bought wasnt very good. I bought nine 30 mil bottles and for some reason unknown to me the ejuice burned up my coils very quickly. Pricing was awesome but the ejuice was second grade stuff that seemed to taste like there was something missing. A missing ingredient. Was probably a bad batch of ejuice that they were trying to get off the shelves. No wonder it was cheap as all hell.

Wake up people, this little tiny store have the cheapest juice and they are very professional, i live in NY, never dealt with them in person. but i just spend 200 on juices , they are selling the cutwood unicorn for $50 in holiday specials. even without specials they are the cheapest..when they are going to take the country by storm. its a matter of time..because they got it right.

From out of town. Used google maps to find the closest vapor shop with highest reviews. Was not disappointed. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable (but not in an arrogant sort of way like the shops back home). Very good selection. Glad they carry authentics!

Love your shop Its the only online store I feel safe buying juice. However to help choose the perfect juice I would like for the descriptions to say if the juice is light, medium or darkThanks, CR

Went to buy a vape. They had only one vape for sale. Literally, there was only one single vaping device was for sale in the entire store. Just one. Pretty sure this is some sort of money laundering operation.Edit: The last part was a joke. The owners are really nice people and I probably just caught them on a bad day.

Supper friendly, knowledgable staff. Prices match online prices for everything Ive gotten or asked about. Highly recommend this place for anybody with questions on any kind of vape-related product.

Love these guys. Let me tried loads or eliquids, offered good advice on batteries but werent patronising at all (important for a lady-vaper!). Try the Cosmic Fog Milk&Honey. It is lovely.

Great juice selection, decent prices. But limited atomizer and vaporizer selection. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful though!

Takes orders on postmates, only to have them cancel because no one is there.. Is this store even still open? If not, take yourselves off postmates - youre wasting peoples time and money. Takes 10+ business days to get money back from Postmates. Ridiculous.

The folks that work at this shop are awesome! I love the variety of ejuice to choose from and customer service...did I mention awesome! Really cool guys!
