Will not go again at this place.No one is trained properly, use very little cream, my skin damaged as I got massage with very little cream.

I had multiple sessions with Tracy and she is really fantastic. The price is very reasonable for the service.There are better massage therapists out there but $70 walk in with no appointment is a really great deal. The beds need to be replaced but the sheets seemed clean. Tracy walked on my back and really put in a lot of effort. She is a good talker but Im there to chill and relax. 4 ⭐️s

The staff is extremely kind and focuses on troubled areas. They have a sauna and shower too to unwind after a long weeks work. They offer massages from thirty minutes up to two hours and provide service for the whole duration. They adjust pressure based on your preference, and take reasonable requests to better suit you.

Offered a $15 tip but lady demanded more. Not professional at all and it was a so-so massage! They arent licensed or have proper skills or techniques. I would rather get a Thai massage anyways! Take your business elsewhere and dont waste a dime here unless youre Vietnamese and can communicate fluently with the workers.

Their sauna, steam room, shower services are very well. Prices pretty fairly ended up giving a $20 tip, felt good.

I took a massage from Kenzie and at the end of the massage I tipped her 20$ For a hr massage and she gave me a dead look and said it’s 40$ minimum tip we accept,she also mentioned that it’s not possible to have a nice meal for 20$..So in short a hr massage is 70$+40$=110$ Pricy massage with very unprofessional staff and very limited knowledge of English. Sorry will not return…

Kenzie pulled the same thing with me when I tipped her. I gave her a $20 bill n she said she wanted more. WEIRD! The owner needs to talk to her, because I liked the place but will not go back. She was begging n that’s makes for bad business.

Wow what a great experience seeing Mckenzie at Kim Anh Spa.She really knows her muscle technique and worked out my shoulder and neck kinks that the doctors have been working on for 2 years with little success.If you break a bone go see a doctor if your muscles hurt go see Mckenzie .You will definitely thank me later.

This place is trash! Bad attitude and a rip off! $60 for a half hour. And awful massage!!! They will harass you for tips too! Don’t waste your time

Pretty happy with the massage I recieved. Came here on Sunday on my day off, and it gave me a quick escape.

I had a terrible experience, they dont know how to actually give massages.. they just kind of move their hands around your body and elbows and whatever other part of their body they would like to use and call it a massage but definitely not professional and wouldnt recommend going here if you really need help with muscle pain and tightness.

Terrible experience. Staff has very limited English. Two of the masseurs said they could do deep tissue but had weak arms and wanted to walk on my back but that doesnt replace deep tissue with the hands.

Dont waste your money and time. it seemed like it was the first time for the masseur. She was just trying to pass the time. the only thing she did was rubbing the skin. she didnt even know where to put pressure on.

Bad service, on her phone twice plus texting while giving me a massage. Walked out twice to be on her phone.

$ 10 mandatory tip for a massage that was not good! The price of massages is expensive and not worth it.

They gave a good massage, the music was nice but in the end they were forcing me to tip them and since I didnt want to, they got angry. The massage cost 75 dollars, I dont understand why they force you to tip.

Bad experience, they are not professionals, and they require tips less than 20. Garbage!!!!!!
