Daniela was amazing! I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for about 15 years and have tried many therapists so i know when I’ve found a gem! I like a quick welcome, quick consultation about what I’d like and the pressure and then let’s get to it! She was spot on with my request for firm pressure. I like it when my knots are all worked out but i also leave feeling relaxed. I love that she wasn’t afraid of giving my feet a good massage. I love that she ended with the face and scalp. Will definitely be returning to see her soon! ❤️

I am going to be honest… I am 31 years old and I have never had a massage before, but coming here has definitely changed that. I walked in and asked about prices and services originally for my mom and ended up booking for both of us. I had Tony and he was fabulous! He made sure I was comfortable with everything and respected what I wanted done and not done. I will definitely be coming back!

Paul is an excellent massage therapist. Not only is he able to help relieve tension from areas of concern, but his techniques also is helping to strengthen my muscles for better balanced stability and recovery. I am very grateful.

My second time to massage envy and my massage therapist was great. Josh used the perfect amount of pressure and really worked on some problem spots leaving me feeling more relaxed. Julie was my esthetician and she was highly professional with a positive energy. Had a great experience!

I have gone to massage envy for massages for a number of years. I recently had a facial for the first time there with Anastasia and it was wonderful. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

I like the service, I have not been able to come in awhile and brought a family member with me to experience a massage when I could start again.There were so many extra charges to give him one of my many accrued sessions it wasn’t even worth it. I will be using my sessions and stopping the service. Been a customer for 4/5 years always paying faithfully. Disappointed in policy, family member was my adult child.

Kevin my massage therapist was amazing!! I have hip and back issues and he got right to the pain points and I left without any pain in my mid amd lower back and hip. I scheduled another appointment with him before leaving which I rarely do.

Tony gave a great massage! He has a good sense of humor and a good sense of touch👍 I thoroughly enjoyed the session.

I have been going to Kevin at Massage Envy Blossom Hill for over a year and I truly will not go to anyone else. I suffer from tension headaches and migraines regularly and he is a life savior. He is very educated and really listens to whatever issues I have going on with my neck and shoulders. I cannot sing enough praises. If you are in the market for a new masseuse, Kevin is your person!

Terrible quality, they keep getting worse and charging more.I am shocked as a returning customer. I used to get a consultation, map of body areas to select from and now it was like nothing. The whole session was supposed to take 60 minutes and it was not even 50 minutes. They said its 15 min consultation and charging of clothes but it was not even 1 minute consultation.The masseuse kept scratching my head for like 15 minutes and do nothing and not even minding focusing on the focus area I had asked for. Honestly the lowest quality chair massage can do you better.The manager from my previous experience at this location keeps pushing for membership and they all act like if you are not a member you are entitled to a bad service. Ill never go back there again and will not recommend their services at all. You can literally go to the mall across the street from them and get a higher quality from other message centers.

I have had massages from Mui and Daniela and they are both amazing. Very thoughtful and intentional on how they perform their techniques, which left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

Luis’ hands are straight from heaven. Great therapist. Very genuine. Would go back to this location just for Luis. Bigger Massage Envy location that seemed to be missing basic amenities that most others have: no envelopes to leave cash tip at front desk (instead gather all tips on a folder/therapist), no candy bowls, etc. I realize these are small quips but still think they’re a nice touch to establish standardization.

I highly recommend Monica for anyone looking for a professional and relaxing facial experience. Her attention to detail and personalized care made my skin feel rejuvenated and refreshed. I left their treatment room feeling pampered and with a noticeable improvement in my skins appearance. I will definitely be returning for future treatments with them. This review is for Julie & Ryan. Lets start with Julie. I was never a fan of facials because they just didnt do anything for me. They werent enjoyable or relaxing & I didnt see any significant changes in my skin. But after having my skincare in boxes for about a month (i was moving) & just washing my face with a Dove beauty bar & using body lotion, my face was begging for some tlc. So, I decided to start-jump my skin care routing with a facial. Im SOOOO glad I got Julie. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she also gave me a full masterclass on how to improve my skin. I wont give away her secret formula on here. Youll have to book with her to get them ;) her vibe was so nice. Shes one of those people who immediately makes you feel comfortable being around. I love her.Ok, on to Ryan. Ryans hands are truly a gift sent down from the heavens. OH, MY, GOD!! I truly hope he works here forever because his 90-minute massages have become an elemental part of my self care. Hes sooooooo intuitive & knows how to anticipate what my body needs before I even know what it needs. He pays close attention to what works & what doesnt. He checks in with me to make sure Im comfortable & enjoying the massage. But he doesnt overwhelm me with too much talking. Its such an enjoyable experience. Hes better than the massage therapists I see when Im on vacation!! I hope management values him enough because hes that good! He will adjust the pressure or technique to what you need & enjoy.Love them both, Julie & Ryan!!!

I am an athlete, and I have had several different massage therapists over my lifetime. Janet hands down is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She applies a good amount of pressure and finds the areas of the body that need extra attention.

I have gotten monthly massages from Daniela for just over a year and can honestly say that she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and most importantly she listens to what my current needs are.

Ive been going to ME for about two years now, but just visited the Blossom Hill location for the first time. I made my appointment through the app so had no idea about and of the therapists. I arrived and was warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. I had Janet and she was easily one of THE best that I have ever had. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to give a deep tissue that was really therapeutic. I am now probably a regular.

Very unprofessional place I’ve ever gone to , the manager refused to give me a appointment I believe his name was jamin he was very rude and provided terrible customer service and this is the only massage envy I’ve been too and It was my first time , never coming here again.

This has one part for the massage and one part for the store itself.Out of the 40 some odd massages I have had with massage envy, this location was quite possibly the worst experience Ive ever had. Not because I was in pain at the end, but the technique of the massuse did nothing for my muscles. Muis technique was less a massage and more akin to an aggressive application of body lotion. Some cases Id be ok with that, but not when Im looking for a relaxing massage. She did nothing for my actual muscles, and ended up being halfway tense and halfway bored throughout my experience. Other places would help you with the blanket when you turned over, but she asked me to turn over and left me to my own devices. My left foot and right hand were left uncovered for the duration of the massage. When she was massaging, she did this thing with her thumbs where she would rub them in the same spot back and forth like she was trying to start a fire, but not hard enough to do anything with the muscles. Going into it I told her which areas I would like focused on due to my headaches and she completely either forgot or ignored it. When she did massage my head, she put her hands on either side of my head and began to just scratch with her nails one side and then the other in an alternate succession. There were several instances where I just wanted to get up and leave but I did not want to be rude before Christmas, so I stuck it out. She definitely needs more training before being exposed to customers.As for the location, you could tell that the manager or owner went out of their way to nickel and dime customers and in cutting costs. The equipment was grungy and dirty, with rust over half of it. The fan in the room was super loud and rattling throughout the massage. The pillow that goes under the feet was sad and dilapidated so much that it provided no support to the point wherw I had cramps in both feet. The bathrooms lights are on such short timers that I had to keep waving my hands around to keep the lights on. I couldnt even finish urinating before the timer ran out and everything went dark.For the first time ever I wanted to leave no tip but decided since it was near Christmas I decided to leave $15. I told the lady at the front desk and she put $150 into the machine. I asked her about it and she said it was just to allow the machine to calculate the tip suggestions for 15% 18% and 20%. My massage was only supposed to be only 100 dollars so when I asked her, she said oh, I put in the wrong amount and proceeded to change the total to $250. This I can only assume was to jack up the suggested tip calculation. This was a mild annoyance as I just put in a custom amount but shed some light further as to how potentially shady this location is. After I put $15 into the machine, the final charge was $15.93. After all that they wanted me to pay for their credit card charge as well.No matter what, this is a location to avoid at all costs. If it was just the massuse that was the issue, I could try a different one, but since its the location that also ruins the experience, I will not be coming back to this one.

Every person I’ve had be it for a massage or facial have been excellent. Specific shoutouts go to Kevin and Anthony. Kevin can offer a firmer pressure to knock out those knots in your back and offers solid conversation. Anthony does a great scalp massage and got lots of tensed up muscles moving again.I have sometimes also been able to get a last minute appointment in, which I greatly appreciate for when work runs me ragged and some self care time is due.

Lina provides a very professional, helpful, amazing, and knowledgeable, service for facial. She has spoken to me about products for my skin and I’m so happy at it. welcoming attitude and very professional helpful Front desk (owner). I would highly recommend this business to others. Probably the worst massage Ive ever had. Therapist Moi was not interested in giving a massage. Never asked about pressures for massage. I asked for more pressure but didnt happen. Didnt work one single muscle more than a second with actual pressure on it then moving to light to nothing kneeding She same did motions over and over. I will never go back. We canceled membership to poorly run site. Multiple times AC out. I think this guy is trying to save a buck not running AC.

I booked a massage for the following day. Woke up and checked my email and it had been cancelled. If I canceled it I would be charged a fee, but if they cancel without even telling me or calling me to try and reschedule? I do believe I am owed something.

Daniela is amazing - upbeat and easy to dialogue with. She listens to areas of concern and addresses them. I work in the hospitality industry, so I’m on my feet long hours, with lots of stairs, and heavy lifting and carrying. I show up in pain and leave (reluctantly!) relaxed and ready to face my next big event.

I have my first massage at Massage Envy yesterday with Luis. He is my daughters massage therapist and she highly recommended him. Great massage therapist! He took the time to see if there were specific areas I wanted addressed and discussed an injury that I previously sustained. He provided a great massage and I would definitely go back to him the next time I go.

One of the worst massages I’ve ever had. I spent $175 (plus an addt’l $20 for a tip which I was reluctant to leave) for someone to put lotion on me for 60min. Lots of footsteps/wasted time going back and forth to the lotion dispenser. In addition, there were a few long pauses in which I think the person dosed off. My 10yr old granddaughter could have given a better massage. Don’t waste your time or money. You’re better off getting a $30 foot massage!

Elina is very good at her job. I am always satisfied. Shes also very personable.

Love my facial and specialty services with Lena! She is amazing and each treatment she does amazing work making my skin feel youthful and glowing. Im 55 years old and never used botox and my skin looks like Im in my 30s. She truely keeps my skin yourhful!

I’ve come to this location for facials and massages. While massages have been a hit and a miss my facials have been amazing. I highly recommend Julie for facials and Daniela for massages. My main complaint with this store is their management/ policy and some front desk staff. On some occasions, the front desk staff can be extremely pushy and will call ahead of time to schedule you for appointments when they have vacancies. While this is inherently ok, they should be able to understand if I politely decline the first time they ask.More recently, I scheduled a Microderm treatment a day before I was to come in. I was told on the phone that the full fee would be charged if I cancelled 24hrs in advance. Then on the day of the appointment I received a voicemail that there would be a $20 up charge since I wasn’t a member at this location. This policy isn’t enforced consistently and I wasn’t told this when I scheduled. If I cancelled the appointment I would be charged the full fee any way. With a tip included I would end up paying $35-40 on top of a service that came out to $150 (which lasted 35 minutes). I had no choice but to get the service since I would be charged the full fee + up charge since I was notified less than 24hrs in advance.After expressing my frustrations, upon arrival the owner explained that not notifying me prior was an oversight and to make up for it, she would leave some products for me to take home when I checked out. I gladly accepted that and was thankful something was being done. I just checked out — there was nothing left for me at the front desk. So basically I was promised something and given nothing. I would like to note that the Microderm was great but the stores policy and customer service makes me not want to return as it seems like they’re trying to squeeze money out of you at every opportunity and backing you into a corner.On another occasion a couple of weeks ago, I scheduled a massage. 20 minutes prior to my massage, I was told my service would need to start 30 minutes later due to my therapist running late. I arrived 30 minutes after my original appointment time and still had to wait 20 minutes before my massage started. During my massage, my therapist was burping. She tried to assure me that it was just “trapped gas” but after about 15 minutes it got to a point where I was afraid she was going throw up on me and I was just not able to enjoy the service. I asked here if I could just come back another time. When I got to the front desk, the employee (I believe his name was Casey) offered no apology and rudely asked “ so you don’t want the massage right now then?” After politely explaining the circumstances to him, he just said “you’re ok for today then” and brushed me aside. I had no assurance that I wouldn’t be charged and no recourse for scheduling at a later date. I explained all of this in a private feedback survey and checked the box to hear back from a manager. I was never contacted.Again, in my opinion — abysmal customer service and absolutely no recourse for mistakes. A tragedy really because their therapists and estheticians are talented but they’re management and policy dropping the ball. It’s come to a point where the bad is outweighing the good.UPDATE 11/13/23: As you can see below, I’ve received a standard response. I’ve filled out the feedback form for a 2nd time from the link. I still haven’t been contacted by management. It says to allow 48hrs.UPDATE 11/13/23 (2): I received a call from the owners about 25 minutes after posting the above update. I was told that I could pick up the products I was promised whenever I dropped by or at my next appointment. For that follow up I will increase my rating.

Highly recommend Janet! I’ve been going to Massage Envy located on Blossom Hill Rd in San Jose for a few years now. I always book my massage with Janet. She is professional, reviews my file and does a quick check in with me to see if I’ve had any changes medically or if I need extra attention in a specific area. During the massage she’ll check to confirm if the pressure is good. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Front desk personnel are always pleasant and helpful.

I have been a member with Blossom Hill Massage Envy since 2017. I made an appointment yesterday to come in for a 90 minute massage today. Regrettably, I woke up sick and have tested positive for Covid so acting ethically, I called to cancel. I was informed I would be charged full price despite having several months unbooked credits, they will charge me separately instead of using my prepaid credits. Furthermore, the cancelation policy states that same day cancelations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service price which under the circumstances should be waived. I was unable to cancel within 24 hours because I had booked the appointment less than 24 hours ago so now Im being charged for being honest and for the last minute booking. Obviously, I wanted the appointment and had full intentions of being there. This is such a dishonest business practice! Massage Envy is encouraging clients who are sick to come in, otherwise they will be charged, ultimately disregarding their therapists health and safety. I cannot support a business that acts as such so I will be canceling my membership. Really disappointed with this management and their unethical business practice. Never supporting them again. Greedy and unethical.

Massage envy blossom hill. Employee calls me prior to my appointment to ask if I wanted to add a facial. Thats fine, I said no thanks but he was pretty pushy. I arrive for appointment and same guy, might be a manager, aggressively tries to push the facial again. Pretty uncomfortable in front of other patrons and employees even after i said no. Im here for a relaxing massage, not an aggressive sales pitch. No means NO!!!

Ryan is a miracle worker! No matter how much pain Im in coming in, I always leave feeling like Im walking on clouds. Hes great with all pressure types and communicate and adapts so well. I highly recommend Ryan if you need deep tissue or sports massage.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called to inquire about an appointment and called back within 5 minutes to say the traffic and rain made it impossible for me to arrive and owner was very aggressive and angry saying he would charge me. I explained to him that I could not afford the charge and how this had never happened before. I have been going to massage envy in Morgan hill and I have never been treated with such unprofessional behavior and aggression. This man is money hungry aggressive and rude. I asked politely to please not charge me and he yelled at me saying he would and he did. I would never go to this location this man is intimidating over the phone and had no empathy knowing that holidays just passed and I could not control the traffic. I asked if there was an appointment and I needed to cancel the other and the appointment was not booked. I will be canceling my membership

Janet is absolutely the most amazing massage therapist that my husband and I have ever had. We have been going to her for years and she is always consistent with a firm/deep massage that leaves you feeling amazing!

Gee has extensive knowledge and experience with neuromuscular massage. I am in the middle of healing an injury and I have a lot of neck pain. The massage with Gee released a lot of deep muscle tissue, not only in my neck but many other muscle groups. I don’t have the words to express the relief that I felt! I really did not think that I could get release from the pain. Gee is also helping me get better by teaching me a lot about how my muscles work. Gee is a very experienced & knowledgeable massage therapist and I am very grateful for his help!

Nicolas was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt so much better after the session and appreciated how he explained his style and offered suggestions of how I could continue stretches and treatment at home. I’ve already rebooked and looking forward to my next session. Thank you!

This is just for the check in service. This is not the first time I have checked in and the masseuse was late/ not actually on site yet and no one communicated that. Life happens but it would be nice to get a heads up when I arrive that my appointment will start late so I can adjust my schedule. Which unfortunately I couldnt do once I asked about my appointment and was informed it would be late so I lost 15 minutes of my session yesterday. The big annoyance is no communication.

Excellent staff! Clean and calming facility! The owners care about each client who come in and the staff take time to ask about your needs and focus on making sure that they meet your needs. I travel 30 miles because this ME is so great!

Booked a couples massage here for my wife and I. It’s a drive for us and when we showed up, they didn’t have a couples massage booked. We had massages in separate rooms, which wasn’t the end of the world. I had a great therapist, I believe Louis, who gave me one of the best massages I’ve had to date. My wife had Nick who offered the exact opposite experience: he was inappropriate and a pretty bad masseuse. The front office person was also a little short with us. One of their bathrooms was broken with all these hand written signs stating keep out and such: not exactly super professional.There is a new location opening closer to us in Monterey and we are grateful. Although I thought Lewis was amazing, we can’t readily recommend this location.

Herbert at ME- Blossom Hill has been a god send. He listens to what concerns and changes up his style to meet my needs and focus on areas that are causing me issues. This last session he was able to identify the muscle that’s as giving me pain, ask clarifying questions to make sure he could perform the right techniques, and give me feedback on how to prevent it from getting worse in the future. He is very attentive to my needs and I will definitely continue to book with him for all my future sessions.

Janet has been my massage therapist for almost a year. She is very responsive to any needs I have for each session. She will vary the pressure accordingly. Went in yesterday with a tension headache and this morning I woke up with no headache!

My massage therapist is good but her being late 2x in a row 15-20 mins for my appt is really upsetting as it cut into my massage time and I didn’t get my full 90 mins. I will be looking for someone that can be on time.

Ive had a ME membership for about a year, and this location is my regular spot. I use my monthly service credit for massages and facials. I love the flexibility of getting either service every month. The facility is always clean & quiet, and every service provider has always been great. The front desk employees are friendly, and they are great about sending appointment reminders.

Have had many facials but none that burned my skin. Then got solution into eyes while doing facial massage. Instead of asking if I was ok, was told that never happened before and I should have just done a 60 min. Instead of 90.Weak massage, kept poking me with nails and had to stop after 40 as was just aggravating.

My masseuse Gilbert knew exactly where to work on my back and felt so relieved after my massage. Professional, skilled and friendly.. Thanks Gilbert! Ill be back to see you soon!!

Luis is a five star massage therapist. He is very knowledgeable of the body, and beyond a wonderful massage he has done stretching and given me exercises to strengthen weak areas.

I am a new member and was able to use my FSA card here which is fantastic. I was a candidate for back surgery but after seeing Janet this has changed, my lower back has been pain free within three sessions with her. The front desk Rexy and Casey were wonderful and explained the program well. I am glad I found this place of wellness. They have text messaging for last minute appointments which is great.

Everyone, everywhere... Tom is amazing!!! I was suffering from horrible trigger point pain and had a crazy migraine all day... I had tried a chiropractor earlier in the day to relieve my pain and it didnt help at all. I called in the afternoon, desperate for appointment that days. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and patient with my questions...the paper work when I got there was helpful to my therapist and he seriously gave me one of the best massages of my life. He focused on releasing my pain and I immediately felt so much better afterwards- this location is so wonderful and I will definitely be back!

I booked a 6 pm facial appt and a massage on another day.... I walked in for my facial appt and the girl at the front desk said that the new girl didnt book me for the facial just the massage. This may be my home store, but this is the second time theyve failed to book an appt and could not help me book one to my convenience. I cancelled my massage I will not be back to this shop. Because the girl behind the counter didnt offer to help me find an appt with another location. She recommended that I call around and find another appt MYSELF. Avoid this location for the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. I am done with Blossom Hill.

I made an appointment for a massage and a facial. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment. Whe I arrived it was late on in the evening, the front desk girl was busy taking with cleaning lady, didnt acknowledge me.After 20 minutes past my appointment time, I went back to the front desk to check if they just forgot about me. The receptionist told me to just wait. After 45 minutes, I was approached by the masseuse to informed me that he was running late but he will make up for the time, not to worry.I went back to the front desk and told the recepcionist that this was unacceptable, I didnt want to stay there until midnight.I asked if I could just have the facial done. The estetitian was not onsite. I waited for her to contact other available estetitian but after waiting for 10 minutes, I was told I just had to wait. They didnt even care about the inconvenience they caused me. Not once they apologized. I told them since they couldnt accommodate the appointment, I was tired and I want to go home. They didnt have anything available the following day either. I had schedule a trip in the following days after. The manager contacted me 2 days later, only to tell me that I was going to be charged for the cancellation of my appointments, because I did cancel before 24 hr cancellation policy.The manager didnt have the facts together, and she didnt care to listen to me. The call got disconnected, and I didnt hear back from her anymore. Since I have been traveling, I was not able to check my account. The manager went ahead and took away 2 hours from my account, without my authorization.Im very upset that this kind of people think that they can get away providing this horrible customer service and stealing from customers.Watch out! I hope my experience helps you not to make the mistake I made by even trying to give this location a chance.

Beware of this location! Ive never had a problem with any Massage Envy locations until now... I called on a Thursday evening in early December 2016 to make an appointment for the following Saturday morning as I was having extreme next pain. The next morning, I felt better after taking Ibuprofin and Flexeril so called to cancel my appointment for Saturday. All seemed well but I noticed a pending charge for $10 shortly after. I didnt call immediately because sometimes pending charges drop off. After the charge posted, I called the location to inquire. I was super nice about it, I was just curious why I was charged $10. I was told that the charge was for the transfer I did (transferring a massage from my membership to somebody else). I havent been a member for more than 6 months and had nothing to transfer; I never did any such thing. The lady who I talked to was super nice to me and mentioned that shed ask the manager to refund the $10. I watched my account carefully and called back in a few days when I didnt see the refund. I was told the refund was coming. A few days later, I received a voicemail message from the manager stating theyd be issuing a refund. I waited a few more days and called back. Was told they credited my account on 12/22; no, they didnt. Then I heard the manager in the background telling the guy on the phone with me that they are switching systems and they will issue the credit that day. A few days later, I called back. Irritated. The lady told me they are switching systems and will issue the credit soon. I mentioned that this has been going on for weeks and they should call me if they cant issue the credit because they keep telling me they are issuing the credit today. The lady proceeded to talk over me and not let me speak. She told me shell issue the credit on Wednesday. I told her Id be spreading the word about her location if I dont have the credit on Wednesday and then she proceeded to yell at me telling me I shouldnt threaten an establishment and that she was going to notate my account about me. I asked her to call me on Wednesday if she wasnt going to be able to refund me on Wednesday and she said she would; the call ended. On Friday, still no refund. I called again and was super nice this time. Theyre still switching systems and theyll issue the refund on Monday. RIDICULOUS! They took money out of my account without my permission and now, a month later as of today, I still dont have my money. I finally called the bank yesterday and disputed the charge. The bank gave me my money immediately so now I dont have to deal with this rude lady anymore. Seriously, dont go to this location! I will continue to use Massage Envy but NOT this one! Just beware.

Good massage lovely facial, but receptionist was trying to convince to get more services. I just wanted to use the credits I had. I gave money to tip and was asked is that all I gave $20.00 I asked for change and he just assumed that the money I handed was a tip. (Rude). But the massage and facial was nice.

Tried charging me an up charge. I signed up in Nevada with a locked in rate, in writing signed contract that I can go to any massage envy and use my monthly credit. They tried to charge an additional $30 totally unethical and couldn’t provide proof in writing that I am subject to an up charge. I called corporate and they told me upcharges are allowed in San Francisco and New York but not San Jose. Other location in San Jose at the plant are so nice and never upcharged me once. On top of it all receptionist is flat out rude and unethical as well, tried to get me to pay this up charge and as I declined began to get unprofessional and have attitude. I signed a contract binding the terms. Please take your business to a more ethical Massage envy who is not trying to rip off the consumer. Lastly my massage therapist did not even speak any English and this was not even communicated to me before visit. I kept trying to tell her where she’s supposed to massage and she didn’t do it, I even pointed to the iPad with the diagram of the back when you make your online appointment still didn’t understand me. Receptionist said because I made appt online they weren’t able to let me know ahead of time but yet they have all my contact information. Stay away from this place, you come to a place like this to unwind and have peace but it is the opposite, terrible customer treatment.

I have been to many massage envys due to being stationed in numerous places but with every move i have to refer to blossom hill for any transfer issues or issues in general. Ive been a member for three years and finally had enough of the hassle. I canceled and was told that they would still charge me for the next month because they have a 10 day if your next payment falls within ten days of your decision to cancel we get to charge you cancellation policy. Of course that is Corporate greed at its best, but i was unaware of their cancellation policy. I called blossom hill and talked to Hera. Hera. Hera informed me that i should of read the fine print on my agreement. Unfortunately I couldnt recall the fine print from the agreement i signed THREE YEARS AGO!! Hera, a manger, also asked dont you read the papers you sign!? You would think with after 3 years of monthly 60$ payments they would be a little understanding. Do not waste your money on massage envy! They are beyond greedy and the service is not at all worth it. Neither are they military friendly. Hera, was the rudest individual ive ever encountered! Completely condescending and antagonistic!

This establishment lacks professionalism. They do not value the time of the customer. I sat there waiting for my scheduled appointment and after 20 minutes of waiting I approached the front desk guy -Cj to see if they perhaps forgotten about me but he was very rude and informs me that its not their fault but the astetician is a no show! He didnt even have the decency to inform me while I waited. He was very smug and condescending and offered no solutions. In addition, he gave me anxienty with his hyped up demeanor and attitude, constantly interrupting me while I spoke. I will NOT be coming back here again!!! Word of advice to the owners : if you want to run a successful business, customer service is everything and it starts with a welcoming and friendly staff/front desk who value the customers time and appreciate their business!

I am their member from las year.I tried their Microderm infusion and several types of body massage. I would say you can FIND professional there but it is not easy or fun especially for body massage. It cost you a lot of money!!😬(75$ per 50 min)My last massage session was really unprofessional, she massaged one of my hands for 5 minutes and the other one less than a minute! She skipped my palm and fingers!!! I asked for more shoulder focused massage and got more back massage 😏. You could get WAY BETTER massage at nail salon 😂. On top of that, It was shorter than 50 minutes too.(I tipped her full though, but her name in on my black list.)There was a middle age guy who did a great job with my neck spasms one time, but it doesn’t happen often to get a great massage session there.

Very disappointed with service. I bought a 2 hour massage for my wife for Mothers Day on Mothers Day. I told the lady that booked the appointment that it was a surprise for her and to not call her for any reason. Well the day before her appointment they CALLED HER TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT!! Are you kidding me??? I spoke with the assistant operations manager and all she said was she is sorry that hat happened. Will never go back to this place and would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
