I went here on a solo spa day and it was fantastic. Before my arrival, Cat answered endless questions about whether I’d have space to take work calls in the lodge (there was plenty!) and was incredibly patient. Cami, Cat and Rose all took excellent care of me and made sure I knew where to go for my scheduled massage and time in the grotto. Having the grotto to yourself is excellent but my absolute favorite part was when I sat in a jacuzzi outside and watched it snow on an incredible view of the mountains. Gorgeous! And I had the hot tub to myself on a Friday in the winter?! Highly, highly recommend and will def be back. My day ended with an incredible massage from Kai who gave great pressure.
Amazing experience. It wasnt cheap but it was a fantastic way to wrap up a week of skiing. The massage therapists did a great job addressing achy muscles from all the skiing. Make sure to get there early before your appointment to enjoy the sauna, steam room and relaxation room. We arrived 30 minutes early.
The spa is cozy and amenities are nice but I got a scalp massage and the girl was pulling my hair to the point it was hurting. The front desk staff was super friendly. I also think they should have a cold plunge.
My massage and body exfoliation was amazing!!! My massage therapist was great and super nice.I went with my friends and one of my friends had a horrible manicure experience. My friend is too nice to make a big deal out of anything, but the manicure lady said her gel lamp was broken so she could only do a normal manicure and used a bright blue base coat. I will include a picture, because it was the worst manicure I’ve ever seen.Along with this, when paying for the charges at the end there were a ton of extra fees that were not explained and we had to tell them to remove them. Overcharging on services we didn’t even do.I think this spa should just do facials and massages and cut out the nails. I’m giving it 3 stars because I had a great massage and don’t want to discount that, but the fact we paid for that manicure blows me away.
NICEST person at the front desk. My daughter and I went on Christmas Day since everything else locally was closed. Since it was last minute, everything was booked. The receptionist offered to stay late just so we could enjoy the place longer. During a time when nobody takes the extra time for decent customer service, she rocked. We will absolutely go back agsin.
Went here with my daughter for a special spa day. Both got 2 hour massages. My massage with Michael (female) was terrible. I am usually too nice to complain but after 30 min in I started questioning what she was doing. I was there for a Swedish massage and she was using a pressure point technique with barely even any pressure. I had to ask her three times to stop what she as doing and give me a Swedish style massage. She asked if I wanted my feet massaged and I said yes did she barely massaged them (I have manicured feet no calluses) I think she does not like feet. I added on hot oil scalp treatment and she put it on with the lightest touch to the point it was annoying. At one point I thought she fell asleep when she was massaging my neck. She missed one of my legs when she turned me over to face up. I was so tired of complaining and directing her that I just let that one go. Only reason I gave three stars is because my daughter had a fabulous massage with Chandler (female). Also the manager and staff were all great.
I love the beautiful setting of this spa! It’s a fantastic setting and so relaxing. Katie is an excellent massage therapist. Although there was a scheduling mixup the first time I went, the manager invited me to come back so they could make it right and it was fabulous. I hope to be back.
My sister and I went to visit the Stillwell Spa for a Galentines Special this February. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and she loved her facial. The staff was welcoming and professional. The private Grotto reservation included in the booking was amazing! Make sure to get there early enough to utilize the full 30 minutes. The relaxing room was super nice and smelled very good. Next time I might enjoy the deck outside if it is warm enough. Highly recommend treating yourself to a spa day up there. Look forward to going back.
Nice spa, but we didnt receive the treatment in the package that we purchased. The grotto is amazing and it was reserved exclusive to us. The massage was great but the facial wasnt what we purchased. I received an 8-10 minute facial when it was supposed to be 30-45 minutes. The aesthetician left a gritty exfoliant on my face. We discussed this with the staff when we checked out and they did apologize but still charged us the 20% gratuity on that treatment. So disappointing as upon first impression, I was planning on booking appointments for my friend, mom, and spouse.
I love this spa 😇😇😇💖💖💖 excellent staff with great experience. They have amazing customer service and the spa is brand new. Great amenities. Loved every minute! Going back as soon as I can for sure !
We got the day passes and it was totally worth it! Everyone was so kind and helpful, the atmosphere was lovely, and we left very relaxed.
Amazing couples massage! Thoroughly enjoyed!
I’ve had nothing but good things from Stilwell Spa. The massages our delightful, and the facials always make my day. It’s a perfect “treat yourself” day.
Perfect place to recharge, to have a good time with the one you love. Great customer service, clean environment, in a beautiful place!
The best spa in utah hands down. Unbelievable value for the price and such a lovely getaway.
Booking my appointment now but had to comment on the staff over the phone for booking. I havent had service like that over the phone in a long time, makes me excited for my service. :)
Booked a day at this spa for my husband and I. My impression on the professionalism and kindness of the staff remains in awe!
