Not a bad spot for quick needs they could be a little bit friendlier but with the type they have around its understandable but ok prices and decent selection of items most others wouldnt carry

Friendly staff and super helpful. Always have what I need:Cigars and rolling tobacco. Plus they have a pretty cool unique gift section. I highly recommend this place for your smoking needs and pleasure. Easily 5 Star worthy.

Came here 20 minutes before closing time, expecting.to get a nice bowl piece that I badly needed for a road trip I was about to begin. I show up to find the door closed, as well as the employee standing outside chatting with a friend. No worries, I thought, hopefully he will sell me this one item before he leaves. After all, they should be open anyways.. Well, I asked the guy, and he turned me down without even considering it for a second.The worst part might possibly be that his excuse was that he had paperwork to do before he left. For some reason, I dont think this paperwork, or the 20 minutes you saved for yourself, was more important than spending less than 60 seconds helping out a customer that drove to your business, only to find it closed early. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back here, due to how rude I perceived this to be. Given, they have cheap(low quality) glass, but the lack of care for the customer outweighs the value of a couple dollars saved, in my opinion.

Owner is very welcoming and friendly. Always smiling and customer service is great! They have an amazing drink. I wont give out the name but will give a clue for you to try. Orange glass bottle (carrot/orange juice). Taste different then you think

#shoplocallyI bought a battery earlier today. After charging it for hours, it wouldnt hold a charge. I returned it with ease and the employee exchanged it for another. Before leaving, he made sure the product worked. I appreciated that.

Overpriced cheap glass, i bought a brand new piece & downstem along with bowl. It started cracking with the heat of lighter aftee first few hits. I Went back to see if i can get a replacement & i was denied. Save your time & money and AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Great selection, fair pricing and amazing customer service. Every time I have a question I get friendly, knowledgeable service that always seems to go above and beyond. For this reason alone I highly recommend this place, they want your business and act like it. The vape selection was extensive and priced competitively with other shops in the area. They have tons of E juice choices and a bunch of discounted ones for those of you on a budget. They carried all the big name brand mods and tanks, real ones not Chinese knock offs and clones so they back there products and you leave knowing you got a quality product. My last experience there I was having problems with my tank a few days after i had gotten it from the shop and messing with it, he spent a good 15 mins working on my tank and putting in a free coil. It made my day, because I had gotten the cheapest tank there yet he gave me service like I had gotten a $100 tank. So he has a customer for life and a recommendation from me when anyone asks where to go for there smoke shop needs. This is your one stop shop. Also side note: great prices on tobacco Too!

Great Smoke Shop! Best in town, the staff are super respectful and helpful. I had bought a piece, and upon using it, it cracked. I took it back immediately (within 20mins of purchase) and they replaced the cracked portion of the rig. No other place in town has customer service such as them!

Took a while to get help from the attendant who seemed very disinterested in helping and actually avoided me 3x to help others strolling through the shop after me before reluctantly showing me some items and getting pricing (although only for his own knowledge, as he didnt seem to want to tell me the prices either..) It took a short interrogation style conversation based on aggressive repetion before I received the ever elusive pricing... $3... That being said, everything else, grossly overpriced - (2x) what others are charging for same product...

Seems to be less friendly then when they first oped and had nothing on the shelves on the customer side of the counter, used to be more willing to work with me or basically hook it up chwaper for a cash price but the other day it seemed alil diff but Ive been living down south a couple years so maybe if I was a more loyal patron the shop would show more love...

Your one-stop smoke shop stop when in upper State, and theyre open til 10pm. Masks required but you can smile thruem easily..

They are good shop. Not like other shop, which is a bad shop. They sell things you want at prices youll pay.

Literally just went in for a new coil on my $150 mod, they took it apart, broke it, put it back together, then claimed they didnt do anything as they cleaned up all the juice they spilled on the counter in front of me. Do. Not. Trust. These. People.
