My husband and I were attracted to the beautiful mural outside of this establishment as we were walking around at night. We had to check it out and we did the next day. The experience was amazing! The owner was so sweet, personable, and created a warm and welcoming environment. We loved talking to her about the products she had and was willing to pull things out for us to look at and compare. We picked up a beautiful ceramic piece and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with everything we purchased. Before we left the owner suggested some great places for us to eat at and explore. We also got to meet the stores sweet and cheery rescue parrot! 🦜 ❤️Thank you so much for everything! We truly will remember and cherish our experiences at this establishment. If we ever find ourselves in Santa Fe, we’ll definitely stop back into the concrete jungle!

I was looking for a unique piece of glass and I’m so glad I came to this place. Rebecca is a very lovely person who chats with you as if you’re an old friend. She was very knowledgeable about her pipes in a way I’ve never known a smoke shop owner to be. Just from her head she could pick up any pipe, tell you about the artist and the materials used to make it. Amazing! Not only did I have a wonderful time talking to her, I walked away with some beautiful pieces. More than I should’ve, but you only live once right? One of the pieces was made from the same material used to make peace pipes! How can you visit New Mexico and not get art made from Native artists? If you need a unique piece of glass that isn’t an import and made by local artists, this is the place for you!

The owner is always so helpful. She gave me cbd samples and went above and beyond to get me my kratom! Love the bird, too.

Everyone here (the two folks that I have met so far) is very nice. The guy who seems to run the place is very nice The woman who seems to run place, also, is very generous with her knowledge. Ive always been satisfied and happy when leaving here.

We were recently passing through and stopped to check out the edibles. They were amazing! Great tasting peanut butter chocolate, mint chocolate, and tasty gummies. Very courteous and knowledgeable about products!

Its been okay. A hard left turn off Guadalupe w/no lane (I was rear-ended here last year). But lately (09/18), it seems they are ? Remodeling? Or something. Kind of a disaster. Watch out for the large bird, it can be aggressive. They *seem* to have a good selection; they did offer discounts, but the last time I went in, I was completely ignored, even though the shop was half its normal size. I just left. Hope it gets better.

I dont know about their other products but they up charge horribly for puffco products. Trying to charge me 80$ for a 60$ atomizer (on puffco website) that was initially labeled at 95$. And they get them at wholesale prices. When I questioned this, the lady working there told me they pay MORE than retail for wholesale orders from puffco which makes absolutely no sense and was almost insulting (I was like how dumb do you think I am?). Would probably not go back after that experience, I went to another smoke shop and paid 60$ like I should.

The owner Rebecca is an absolute sweetheart. Born and raised, she treats you like family. This is your one stop shop in Santa Fe for glass, accessories, insence, body jewelry, tapestry, hippy loving needs. I am happy to support this shop. Better than the rest.

Went in for my first time with my husband and found so much cool stuff the owners were very nice and helpful got some cool candles a few new pieces ashtray and some stuff to hang on our walls in our room the prices were awesome really good prices will definitely be going back for some more cool stuff soon

How do you give negative stars? good thing this lady owns the shop, she comes and goes as SHE pleases and not based on her customers needs. Web says open until 8 pm Wed., I drove from across town. As I was getting outta my car, she was leaving with a friend and told an already waiting customer that she had a dinner date otherwise, shed go back in - sorry! She sure is - sorry, that is! This a frequent occurrence...how nice it is...

Was on my lunch break and decided to check out the shop since its near my job.(I hadnt been there in months) It instantly felt smaller. They had their backroom closed. They said they were having some work on it or something. I used to love their backroom, it had snakes and a nice atmosphere. The place was small on my recent visit, yet still they were friendly and suprsingly had a range of nice pieces from local artists and were very knowledgable on everything. They knew who made the pipe and even how the piece was made. I bought a steam roller and a nice transparent pastel pipe alongside some incense and lighters. So although its smaller it still maintains its cozy atmosphere. Every time I have come to this shop I am greeted with smiles and good service. The owner has never made me a bad face, I dont know what all these other people are talking about shes awsome and owns a pretty rad smoke shop. I look forward to the day they open up the backroom and become one of the best smoke shops in Santa Fe.

By far the best place in town to get a new piece or smoking accessories... I usually go in and buy a new piece every month great quality pipes.. some are good priced and some alittle bit more than usual but well worth it. U get what u pay for, Quality over quantity any day..

Love this place! As with any commercial transaction, the attention placed towards the customer is the difference between buyers remorse and buyers rejoice. Concrete Jungle is in a great location with stellar stsfd and a great selection of smokers toys.
