The guy that helped me was off-putting and uninformative. When I told him that my last pod had gone out within 2 weeks, instead of saying, Im sorry or anything like that (as one should do while working in customer service. And I work in customer service so I know that this is how youre supposed to handle people) he told me that two weeks was a pretty average time for a pod which I know is a lie because Ive been smoking the same device for months. Also I was in shopping for juice and while I was looking at the case I asked if there was any juice that was specifically melon flavored and the guy responded, the juice that I have is whats in here. I asked the question because I dont want to have to look through all of the boxes of juice in the case, I didnt have time for that today. As an employee he should have just answered my question. It was a simple yes or no question.After having been there a couple times Im fairly positive these two brothers opened a shop just so they could get away with their own brand of terrible customer service without repercussion from bosses. I, like another customer, tried to go once at 11 am only to wait for 30 minutes before leaving. When I told the guy this he gave some excuse about his car until I pointed out that Im not the first one to experience their lateness (you can see another review here on their Google). Then he gave me some BS about being a small business and only having 2 people. Bottom line is this: if you cant maintain your hours, change them. Obviously I wont be returning

These guys run a great vape shop. Fair prices, awesome service. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and more than willing to offer help and suggestions if you need them. Whenever you walk through the door he always greets everyone with a smile and warm welcome.

This place has good products and great customer service. My husband and I were extremely happy with our purchases both times, and the salespeople were helpful and friendly, and not at all rushed. The guy who helped us today recomend the BlackBerry custard vape fluid which was delicious! Good prices too. We will be back!

Best in town I recommend everyone I know there! I have never had any issues with these guys. Great customer satisfaction and service! I have been in many different vape shops, even in different states and this is by far the best and my favorite! They always do their best to get me new rigs when I toast mine in rivers or lakes lol. Definitely have the best prices by far. Have seen the same rigs in different vape shops for 60 dollars more than what they sell theirs for. Definitely and will always be a loyal customer there!

I don’t usually make reviews on shops but I felt I needed to after reading some of these reviews. This is by far the best vape shop in town and the owners are incredibly helpful and personable. There is a huge selection of juices as well as other neat stuff and they are always bringing in new product and they are always sold at great prices. A+ selection of premium juices, mod and tank selection is solid! I went there to replace my old sub-ohm mod, but there are a bunch of glass pieces too. Theyve got a bunch of neat imported drinks, so thats pretty rad!Also huge thanks to Justin for hooking me up with a full SMOK setup for an awesome deal! Probably the best price for a full high end setup Ive gotten, so points for that! Big props to that guy, and Ill definitely be back. Nice to find a fully fleshed out vape shop in SFEDIT; I do have one criticism! Its kinda hard to find the place if youre going for the first time. A sign would be cool but I cant take off a star for that. Its in the same building as Dominos

I usually buy online, mostly because I find vape shops annoying most of the time but lost my only vape and wanted a replacement ASAP.I knew what I wanted because I bought a big stash of pods a few weeks ago for the vape I lost and didnt want them to go to waste. Thought it was one model, which I bought, and then got out to the car and realized it wasnt the right one. Whoever was working let me exchange it right away for a different model. It wasnt the one I was looking for, but he let me know that I could bring the pods from my old vape and, so long as they are unopened, exchange them for the right ones. Super nice guy, really chill experience. Will definitely be going to them again in the future.

I bought two puff bars, one day ago worth $30 neither of them worked so I went to exchange them shorter guy working told me he can’t do anything for me that they sell the product but are not responsible for defects. I explained none of them worked I would just like to exchange them and he said no but he could sell me another one for $10. I’ve been doing business with them for a long time and to treat a good paying customer like this is horrible.

I have been coming to this place for a long time. Tonight I had a great experience tonight the shop was already closed it was 20:20 about 20 minutes after they closed, they were already walking out leaving for the day. I asked if they could help me and they did! This so has great juice,service,and prices the best so in Santa Fe give them a try you wont regret it!

Best place in town. Great prices on everything and a huge selection to choose from. My favorite section is the pod devices and they always have new products with a GIANT salt nic collection. Very knowledgable about everything. Go give em a stop

Friendly service but they sold me the wrong coils for my device. Tried to return one but even though their hours said open at 11am, nobody was there and another guy was there waiting for them to unlock the doors. Wont go back here again. It wont be in business long anyway.

Very poor vape shop low inventory and they sold an underage minor while i was in the store (i did report it) and that is why the vape comunity look bad horrible place should be shut down.
