Massage Envy

They cancelled my massage via email unexpectedly - I called to ask why and the explained that this location is permanently closing on 4/30/22…? Very unprofessional way of notifying your members. I have been a member for 7 years and been going to this location for 2+ years. Will now have to find a new location and therapist. It was hard enough to book an appointment with my masseuse at this location, I’ll likely cancel my membership.

I am a member of Massage envy, I was recruited at the clinic in Santa Monica, it was a lovely massage, however when I became a member I was not informed at all by staff that I would have to be a member for a full 12 months. As a student, which they knew I were, it is close to impossible to add the expense each month to a massage. Fortunately they let me freeze the account several times due to a tight financial situation.They do give great massages, unfortunately I am not impressed at all by how they treat me as a customer through e-mails (as I am not in the US to actually speak with them), their customer service is the worst I have come across. I asked for advice on what to do, when I wanted to cancel, however they did not present the possibility to cancel since I am living more that a certain amount of miles away from a clinic.They have not answered me for two months and still they withdraw money from my account without answering my e-mails, and dodging my international calls.I could not be more unhappy about their service and how poorly they informed me about terms and conditions. I work in the service branch myself, and it is unheard of to treat a customer like this. I would imagine that in the US where service is supposed to be amongst the best in the world, that they would know better that to ignore members and customers.on the other hand, their massages are great, so if you have loads of money and want monthly massages, its great. however if you dont have enough to pay for this each month, then id stay away from the membership, just so you wouldnt have to actually deal with them the way I have.

Keomah is a great masseuse. He made my experience relaxing and enjoyable. It was my first massage and he made me very comfortable and assured. He explained each process and focused on my areas of tension. The foot scrub was exfoliating..I will be returning when I visit the area again.

The therapist gets 5 stars for the incredible massage, the house gets 2 stars for cleanliness and orginization. so it averages out to 3 stars. Improve the house and the rating will go up. I was impressed with the conversation during the massage

The worst massage I ever had. 1 x massage out of 5 was ok and the other 4 been so bad that i never return again. Usually a massage therapy helps to reduce stress, this one creaeted stress!The 1st massage was ok and i am sure this was the only one, after the same girl was never available again in 4 weeks??? I wonder why!!!

Look no further than Keomah for a highly customized and amazing deep tissue massage. At these places, important to find your person. Friendly and professional receptionists. Needs new carpet!

I have been coming to this massage envy for at least 3 years and have encountered some very talented massage therapists. The front desk staff have always been helpful and accomodating . For the price, I feel this is a great bargain.

I had cancelled my membership in June and was told it would be no problem, four months later they charged me over $200 dollars and are not willing to give me a refund.

Not very impressed with the massage. I find that more and more the best massages come from hole in the wall Thai places. M.E. feels very corporate.

Some of the therapists are great!However, the clinic needs new carpet and the bathrooms could be cleaner.

Love the place the staff where amazing the masage whas awesome I think my body was to tired that when I got home I get some rest but I and it fooling sleep from 4pm to the next day at 12pm OMG that was something else right

I have called multiple times to make an appointment and they have just been rude and unaccommodating. Still havent successfully made an appointment. Can you believe it?!

Clean, relaxing ambiance I had a professional technician who was able to workout my lower back knots.

Always ask for Queen or K-man (I know thats not how you say it lol) for deep tissue
