Massage Envy

Absolutely horrible. Had a membership in this place, but I will be canceling it after the situation. What happened to me and the way they handle it the issue. I scheduled a massage, confirmed my appointment, arrived on time and find out that it has been canceled. Never received a cancellation call or voicemail or message letting me know that it has been canceled. Front desk left a note to their manager who supposed to resolve the situation next day. Instead of resolution, she escalated it and was interrupting me the entire conversation and wouldnt even let me speak. Absolutely unprofessional way of handling business and customer service especially when you are a member.

Terrible!! Worst massage envy ever!! They put me on the schedule for a facial that I never booked and then said they left a message saying they scheduled something, which I never received the message on my phone. They said I could’ve deleted the message and refuse to credit the account. I’ve been calling this entire week but the front desk person (who scheduled and did all of this) said the manager is too busy with interviews for their office to call back and the front desk person said this is not her problem. Charged me for 1.5 hours that never happened and booked me without confirmation and refuse to refund or credit the account.

This is my first time going to massage envy, and it was amazing. They are very punctual, organized and welcoming. I was lucky to get Jenna, and I highly recommend her. She got the pressure just right, and worked out the knot I had in my neck.

I have been a member of massage envy for years. Their service has gone way down and the price has gone up. I get it because Im a business owner myself. The front desk staff has always been great but the massages, appointment times are getting harder to book. The deep tissue staff is always booked and when I am able to get one, they are not deep tissue. They have cancelled three appointments on me recently and it took me a 30-45 days to even get these appointments. I am happy to cancel my membership.

Kylie was super helpful. it is not her fault my 2 person appointment was never actually booked even though when we spoke, the lady ( not kylie) who spoke with me confirmed 3 times. what an anniversary gift from me to my girl. after being on the edge of tears for 6 weeks i wanted to do something special for her and eventually i was finally able to save enough money to get her a massage. she was SO SO excited! i felt like the best boyfriend ever! but i should have listened to the reviews and went somewhere else which is what i will do from now on as well as make sure everyone in my life knows to not spend money there. what a terrible experience. the Walmart of massage places. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

I had my first massage with Massage Envy. Everyone was very nice. My Masseuse was Alberto. 100% a professional. I got a very good massage. I also understand that this is a business and everyone wants to sell their business. I listened to the spiel knowing that I could not afford the luxury at my wages. I said no thank you and pretty much the pressure was over. Remember everyone just wants to make a living.

Great massage therapy, but terrible business policies. I was charged for an appointment I missed on day light savings day, after I was told I could reschedule for later in that day. So I’d have to pay for the missed appointment as well as the rescheduled appointment. Uh- no! Subsequently, I cancelled all appointments on the books and the membership. I’ll take my dollars elsewhere. update to post: Cancellation was not processed, so they have been charging my card since October. No return call from managers.

Rudy was wonderful as a masseuse! He found all rhe muscle areas that needed work, and was good about not working too deeply, keeping my comfort level in check!

I get a massage once a year, for my birthday. This was my annual me day. I was treated well when I came in and after answering questions was taken to my massage room. My masseuse, Linda, was professional. However, when I asked for more pressure she told me she doesnt do that and didnt they tell you that?! A lot of time was spent wishing for more of a massage. I was disappointed. To add to that, afterwards the front desk gentleman and manager spent 10 minutes trying to sell me on a monthly massage program. I just wanted to relax and unwind. Just be prepared before going in.

Monthly membership fee is applied to one massage but they rarely had time available when I needed a massage. For nearly $100 a month I wasnt getting the relief I needed. I cancelled my membership and started going to Michaels Reflexology on 2nd Street in Santa Rosa. No appointment necessary, no frills, but $25 for an hour long foot reflexology that hits all the body parts that hurt? Yeah. Their hour long massages are less too and better because there isnt any chit chat.

Awful service dont buy gift cards from here. The receptionist dont know how to do their job. They sat me in waiting room, sat for a while then get a phone call trying to cancel my appt due to me being late when she sat me in waiting area, she clearly forgot to check me in! Then wouldnt accept my gift card cause she is not properly trained and no manager or anyone higher up to assist her on showing how to use gift card. To top it off its impossible to get an appointment!

Absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The massage therapist called in sick and rather than email, call or text to notify me, they did nothing. Then when I showed up for my appointment, I was met with an attitude by the staff person Rebecca.

Love getting massages here, but it is very hard to make an appointment. I have a few massages stacked up with my membership but every time I call to make an appointment to use them up I have to schedule a month out. Im never going to use up all my massages at this rate...

Devin consistently does a fantastic job! I have been going to her for the last year, and Im always happy with the results.

Laura is the best! I had never had a massage with her before, but she is my new go to therapist, for sure!

Rudy is knowledgeable, communicates and listens well. He untangled the knots and performed a therapeutic workout. Can’t thank him enough.

Its hard to find a masseuse who gets it all right...professionalism, warmth, amount of pressure, intuitive guidance and sensitivity, and skilled technique. I found that at Massage Envy with Cynthia. Im very appreciative.

Website needs work, scheduled the need for a firm massage and was paired with a massage therapist that didnt have the strength I was looking for. They did offer to reschedule but my schedule sucks.

It was free, my GF paid for it and it was a very good massage. I just wish we didnt live 35 miles away or Id go more often.

The staff at Santa Rosa are incredibly helpful and kind. I have such a relaxing experience every-time I go there.

Selena provides a great overall massage with requested attention to tender spots.
