I went late on a Friday night into Citrus to sadly buy a new piece and had the best experience here. The staff (Bailey and Kynzie) were kind, friendly and thoughtfully helped me pick out a new piece out of a well stocked case. I am very particular - & they were totally patient while I found what I needed and even offered to help me fix my broken piece! Thank you to Citrus!

The guy behind the counter is awesome — friendly, solicitous without being annoying or creepy, super knowledgable, friendly, and a natural at customer service. Great selection of goods at decent prices. This is the sort of place that could make even the surliest folk smile and say “If only other shops could be more like this one...”

Gone here probably a couple dozen times over the course of 5 years, and every time its a less than pleasant experience. The employees are rude, pushy, and have poor professionalism. Ive easily spent 20 minutes simply waiting to get the store attendants attention because she was too busy gossiping with her co worker. Yet I kept trying to give it a chance.But the last time I went there was enough to make me never come back. I went into the store to make a 15-25$ purchase. I was the only customer there, yet was ignored as if I was the store attendants friend whod just come in to kick it....I was told to wait while the two store attendants finished their personal stories. When they were ready to help, they were nonchalant and unconcerned. For an unmarked product, both of the workers literally made up 2 outrageously different numbers. The attendant than quickly changed the subject back to all the products they had accidentally broken today, and laughed it off. I felt as if I was the one being rude for interrupting THEM. At the end of it all I ended up paying about 40$ for the items, was ignored, then quickly shuffled out the door.Terrible experience, will never go back there, nor will I suggest this business to my friends and family.

Randall is the best. Grateful to have such a full service shop with everything you could need or want available. I dont even live in SR but, I specifically wait until I need a bit more product to come here specifically.

This place has sadly gone from my one stop shop to a place I avoid entirely if possible. Inventory is feeling as spotty as a gas station vape selection, and customer service has deteriorated very quickly with seemingly the loss of great management. Still Carrie’s quality glass products though, although a little expensive. Felt very let down for more than one experience now. Sad times, hoping it turns back around.

To Whom it May Concern:This complaint needs to be addressed specifically by the Owner, as it has already been diverted by Katie, erroneously and intentionally.I would like to discuss events that involve Stephanie and myself as she approached me to gossip about my then ex bf, who has been abusive to me historically/documented. I would like to describe the events and the resulting defamation that has taken place since.Please be advised, I work with people on the spectrum and other Neurodivergents who are constantly being subjected to THIS kind of behavior. Stephanie was very quick to point out it was “okay” because she has a “son on the spectrum”; sadly to say this does not make her behavior okay nor does it prevent her from further inquiry.Her defamation has continued and Katie has refused to address my request to contact you directly. That should be considered, altogether.

I cant believe I havent been here sooner (I moved to CA in 2018. They have an excellent selection of fruity+menthol-y e-juice. They have my geek vape coils. They have a bunch of other interesting stuff, too. The people that work here are top-notch friendly and happy. I gladly drive all the way from Cloverdale to shop here now. The other shops Ive been going to either disappear, dont have a good e-juice selection/are consistently out of what I want, and/or dont have the coils I use.

Friendly helpful staff. Wide and interesting selection and range of products. They even have a $700 laser bong. Why? Cause Murica. Thats why.

This place isnt worth going to if the manager isnt there. No one else thats ever worked there knows what theyre doing, including the owner. And most of the other employees are incredibly rude. The manager is awesome and is incredibly knowledgeable on everything in the store. Decent selection with somewhat competitive pricing.

Ordered some stuff for delivery and I completely understand the quarantine and the demand but they never showed up and claimed to have called me. I had no missed call or messages and reconfirmed my phone number with them and it was correct. I was home the entire time and there was never anyone there. 2.5 hours I called them and they gave a B.S. excuse, sketchy as all hell and would not recommend their delivery service. I have no judgement about the actual store as I have never been inside, this was purely about the delivery driver/service. I want to be clear that I am not mad about the late delivery I am mad about the lack of integrity.

Randall is fantastic! He went out of his way to help me get an oil that they didnt carry. He even started ordering it for the store so I always had somewhere to buy it locally. He is so friendly and knowledgeable about vape products and even helped me understand CBD products. Great place to go and them being open 7 days a week is a major bonus. I never have to worry about running out of oil on the weekends now. Keep up the great work Citrus!

I had to find a new vape shop due to my usual place closing. I tried this place out today and I was pleasantly welcomed and impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the staff here. Not up tight and down to earth folks making my experience very pleasurable. They have an excellent selection and will take the time with you to find what your looking for and meet your needs. I have been going to citrus for over a half of a decade & met so many friendly employees happy to help you find what you need. They take their time with customers to ensure everyone leaves happy as long as you are of age of course. Randal is the store manager and has always gone above and beyond for myself and my friends I send in. He has fixed my mods, tanks & cleaned them if needed when I go in for my vape juice and coils. If something is wrong with my vape he try to troubleshoot it for free. He has fixed several of mine which has saved me a huge amount of money! Courtney is another awesome employee. She takes her time to make sure I happy with my juice flavors and recommends flavors based on the flavors I liked in the past and hasnt failed me yet. She makes me feel like I matter and doesnt try to rush me out of there without me being happy. The owner is a pretty awesome guy too! He comes to greet me when he is at the shop and is happy to answer any questions I have. This place is hands down the best vape & smoke shop I have ever been to in my 10 years of vaping. The cbd tincture & gummies are a fair price and do work. Not to mention the improvements on the shop! They have everything! Go see for yourself and tell them April sent you :)

Very knowledgeable staff you have any questions theyre willing and ready to help if theyre not already helping someone else so if you need any questions asked or you know answer or anything I mean its perfect and the range of products is very impressive too for how small location is even though it did recently get a remodel that made a little bigger but still they they have tons of stuff and other other stuff you wouldnt really expect in a you know smoke shop like beads and all this other stuff I dont know its just its a really its really cool place and if you ever walk by it Id say you know and you you take part in any of that vaping smoking anything regular cigarettes even they sell those just pop in and see how it is. I guarantee its not going to be a bad time.

On my recent visit I was helped by the manager or owner. He was very helpful and steered me in the correct direction for a disposable tank and a new juice. He showed me how to use everything and set it up for me. I was very appreciative. They are my go-to for this area.

Dope staff, great price, keep a ton of glass and many typically head shop things in stock. This is always the first place I go when I need something before I go elsewhere. This is the best head shop in town by far.

I happened to park in front of the store because I needed to use my GPS. I had a problem with my new vape and went in to see if they would be able to help. The girl working, Laura, was amazing. I wasnt able to get my tank open but we got it open there. She grabbed her toolbox and went right to work on it. She also gave me an atomizer from her own personal kit. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I dont meet very many people like Laura, shes a wonderful person.

I get sold product that doesnt work and have to deal with it.its like I am just walking in and giving stranger my money no replacement or refund.

Fast and friendly service. They have a solid selection of E-Juice flavors, which was my reason for visiting. If you are looking for Vaping hardware, I would go elsewhere but they do have a decent variety of traditional and medicinal smoking accessories if thats what youre looking for. Overall a great experience.

Their selection was quite limited because of the Covid 19 pandemic because a large portion of their inventory comes from China. So I didnt have any choices in my selection of products. Their prices were a bit high but like I said their inventory was low & I was looking for something specific. This was also the second head shop that I had been to looking for what I needed. I had never been to this shop before the virus started & I couldnt go inside to look around at what they had in stock, due to the Covid 19 virus worldwide pandemic. Oh joy!!! Not! It would have been nice if I could have gone in to look around the store but I understand why I couldnt.

Awesome customer service, and great flavor selection. You can also make your own custom flavor if you want, just let them know each individual flavor you want combined, and they make it for you for no extra cost. Making your own flavor is cheaper than buying a brand-name product. The prices compared to other vape shops I have been to are just the same, if not lower. Ive been to quite a few vape shops, and its rare to come across one that keeps me coming there. Highly recommend this place.

The shop is large, there is a very large amount of smoke accessories you can see such as pipes, bongs, roll paper.. With pot being legal nowadays, they might even start selling pot there at some point! The thing that surprised me the most tho was the prices. Glass pipes over 500 dollars, bongs at 800. Youd have to be rich to get you one of those cool glass pipes.

Friendly staff but they said I could mix flavors at 1st then change thier minds 4 something I didnt get, & they didnt explain either. So be wary of thier practices. I may try them once more, or not, get my stuff online cheaper.

I had a party foul and needed to replace it FAST and on a low budget, the two boys were awesome. I think the prices are VERY fair, i buy my kanger coils there 6 bucks, they are priced very ncely

Do not go here! Almost every atomizer you buy does not work. I bought a pen from them that did not work at all and they would not exchange it for me, theyy told me i had to go through kangertech themselves but never gave me a good number to actually contact them. Also Their juice prices are outrages, its all a scam
