I am so happy I found this vape shop. It is so hard to find a store that sells the liquid I use and they have it and are good about keeping stocked up as this is a popular brand. The two people I have dealt with when I come in are very friendly and helpful. I am now a regular customer and this is my favorite vape shop!

Service was FANTASTIC. I went in with a malfunctioning piece that Id been troubleshooting for weeks via the internet for days with no luck, and they immediately knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a pinch! And they were so nice!The staff is very knowledgeable about different brands and flavors of juice and hooked me up with the most delicious flavor Ive had, which I was able to try ahead of time at their awesome tasting bar.I got a bunch of stuff for like $60 too, so pricing is pretty fair.I stopped here on a whim while I was running errands and now Im pretty sure its the only place Ill go, even though I live 20 miles away. I cant speak highly enough of this place.

Nice clean organized place! The staff was very helpful, even went so far as to call another store and order what I needed from them. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Did I mention that the place smells really nice...

Previously a die hard loyal customer years ago. Went back to regular cigs for a bit, now for health reasons am back to my ASPIRE tank and a new variable battery. Now in need of some old school atomizers- rely on paratransit to get around. I have called the contact number Listed on their website as how to contact for two days now approx total of 20&25 calls at random times of their posted operating hours. It for the phone to NEVER BE ANSWERED EXCEPT 2X LED TO RECORDED MSG BUT NO BEEP . Being as I need to know if they have the. In stock how much etc.. so I can arrange a paratransit ride over to store Im now in Bennett Valley and it takes a long time for me to get where on goi f and back. Oh we their customer service in person is/was superb but Ill just go to another store closer to me and suck up their lack.of ppl skills and outrageous prices.

I just had the best experience here, i arrived just as the place opened and i was greeted by a very nice lady, she knew exactly what i was wanting even when i couldnt explain it well. 5 stars to the nice lady with red hair.

Great selection of hardware and juices. Friendly staff is always helpful. They have a great rewards program. When you spend $100 you get 15% off. If youre a hardcore vaper, then between equipment and juice its super easy to earn these discounts. They also have an ejuice punch card system, although I feel like it takes too long to earn free juice. I think its something like 13 30ml bottles gets you one free. Overall its a great vape shop and I always look forward to a trip here.

Nice store with friendly staff. Looks like an apple store, small glass cases with very little product in them. They also have a tasting bar to sample the product before you buy.

Always so helpful and friendly. I feel like Im in there all the time with questions and they never get annoyed with me or hesitate to explain the same things over again.

Should have better hrs. I mean when you run out you need a place you can count on to be open do they sleep in? Id say so.
