Terrible description of the place no one picks up the phone nor a good spot

I was reading the other reviews, something I do everytime Im about to leave my own, and I find it quite funny how someone would be so bitter as to leave a bad review because she chose to go to this stunning smoke shop (never thought Id be calling a smoke shop stunning) before it was to open and I get how it must have been upsetting that it didnt open when it said it would but clearly the lady who got upset doesnt take into consideration that life seems to get in the way of things sometimes and Im sure there was a reasonable explanation as to why Haze wasnt open at said time! Anyway we cant go around leaving negative reviews when we dont get our way! This smoke shop is not only one of the best in Sonoma County, they have reasonable prices, inventory you cant find or let alone purchase elsewhere like locally hand-made CBD lotion and much much more! The fact that they support local merchants deserves a 5 star rating alone.Ive visited Haze quite a few times since moving to Sonoma County last year and Ive never had a bad experience. The staff is welcoming, charming, and answered all of my questions to the best of their knowledge!I highly recommend Haze Smoke and Gift to anyone and everyone!Its also a great place to get your stoner family member or friend a Christmas present theyll love!!!Thats all for now! Ive come here twice each time was a bad experience. The first time the customer service was pretty bad, they were snappy. The second time I came here they didnt even open on time. I got here early cause I had other things to do I was waiting before they even open. Opening time came and I waited another 30 mins and no one showed up. Definitely wouldnt recommend coming here.

I came in last week looking for a bong to replace the one I broke. The customer service was so cool at helping me find exactly what I was looking for and offered advice on other things I was interested in. Ive never experienced a negative attitude or rudeness from any of the people who work here.

Ive been here 6 times. Once they were closed and it was during business hours. 2 out of the 5 times Ive gone Ive gotten what I needed. They said they would order my coils but havent had them the last 2 times Ive been in. One guy knows nothing about vapes and has me go behind the counter to look for coils and juice and the other, when I asked if I could look, said no one is allowed behind the counter. Weird.

Amazing place!! Everything I needed/asked for and then some! The customer service was outstanding and the ownership is top tier. I’ve gone through a multitude of smoke shops for what I need and this has become my new one stop shop!! The atmosphere and vibe is above all and more😍 if you haven’t stopped by, y’all need to! You couldn’t ask for more here without already having what you expected😇

So happy this place is close to home . The owner is awesome and always welcoming. All of the employees there are all amazing as well. A very chill environment and always has what I need when I come in . I highly recommend this place . They also have other things that people will enjoy .

Will never go here again. Our first visit and the guy working was unfriendly and acted like we were bother him. We took our business elsewhere.
