Best shop in Sonoma County thats for sure! Ever since I found this shop I havent gone to any other shop. The customer service is top notch and the eliquid is freaking insane!!! The device I got was the Boost from Geek Vape and for a little mod its a powerhouse! So if your ever in Santa Rosa and need anything vape related check this shop out!!!!

This is my go to for every vape need! Out of all the shops in the area this one was the only shop I could find that carried the type of atomizer I needed, their prices are fair and availability of the staff is unmatched. Selection is huge and they are super knowledgeable about all their products which makes it easier as a consumer. You guys rock! Shop local!

Choose. This. Shop. Ive been going here for ~4 years now & I wont go anywhere else. Theyre good people, local small business, always enjoy the conversations, but they read my mind when I need to drop in quick. The atmosphere is kinda gothy, really calming, minimalist, and clean. They wont try to upsell or push certain flavors aggressively like other shops will do, theyre always kind & chill. Wish I could give em 6 stars!

These guys directed me to a great tasting reasonably priced juice based on my telling them my taste preferences. When I was paying I accidentally gave a 100$ bill and a 20$ bill (thinking that it was two 20s) the person ringing me up noticed the mistake even though I didnt notice, and was honest and told me what I had done. Very impressive!! Friendly, helpful, and honest... Very rare these days. I cant say enough good things! Check out this shop!!

Dropped in on a road trip to pick up juice and had a great experience. Oliver greeted us on the way in and we were met at the bar with a smile from a super knowledgeable staff member. (I forgot to ask her name. 🙁) When I mentioned that I needed to change the wicks on my vape, I was offered tools to use which was also super helpful. I would have taken pictures of the shop, lounge area, and juice selection but my phone was at 5%. 10/10 would visit again!!!

Amazing vape shop! They had everything I needed right when I came in. They even offered to make special orders for me for certain juice that I like that they didnt carry. The guy working there named Essa was very friendly and helpful! Definitely coming back here again!

Everytime I walk into this store I feel at home. Everyone is super friendly and also very helpful. I love that they always have great tasting juices also at a very fair price. Also I love the fact that they introduce a new flavor every week.

Great juice great hardware and even better staff and customer service! I came in not knowing what I wanted and left with some awesome juice and whole new SubZero set up for a killer price! I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Shout out to Essa for the dope hook up!

I Just moved her from Michigan, so naturally I go out and sample the areas vape lounge, after going to Digital Ciggz I went to Smoke & mirrors in Santa Rosa, the 2 gentlemen working their Forgive me i don’t remember the names where some of the nicest people I have ever encountered here, they were patient and provided great conversation. Its a nice change from the corporate style vape lounges. I went in a customer and left feeling like family.

Best vape shop in town hands down. Tone is the most amazing person and will help you wether youre a beginner looking to just try this new thing that could very well get you off cigarettes.Ive never seen her push a product on a customer that wasnt at that level. All the other employees are amazing too.Skylar is a master at all things vape. Any chance I get to spend just a bit from him, I feel honored.In conclusion, this is a very well managed store. I know it can be a little intimidating waking into a vape filled room with awesome vapers doing awesome tricks and all the awesome hardware these pros have but I have never seen them speak down to someone coming in to buy coils for their nautilus tanks. Ive never seen them try to sell something who wasnt ready for it.I have stopped bringing my business to any other vape shop and will only visit S&M from now on. Now if only they can keep my milk man in stock in 3mg 😦 lol jk.Love you guys and I wish you all the success in the world. Definitely the best vape shop in Sonoma county! Always get excellent service when Im in there, the people are very knowledgeable and they have a wide variety of oils. Cant go wrong!

I went in there to purchase a vape one day but there were two fat guys in there and they were rude to me, or maybe it was sarcastic, or both. They made me feel very uncomfortable, like they acted like they didnt want me to touch anything, or I tried to ask a question and the guy just looked away, so I just thought; to hell with these guys then, and just quietly walked out the door. I am definitely going to share that experience with my friends, I already have and my partners got heated. But thats ok cause I will just take my business somewheres else.

I was here yesterday and saw that the store was getting packed up and I even talked with one of the people who worked here that they were closing up permanently due to Covid-19 and they will be a missed business in the community.
