I just received a call at 5:20 pm to tell me that my couples massage for tomorrow at 2pm is being canceled and refunded because they couldn’t get a second therapist. I had even texted prior to booking several days ago to ensure they had availability and I was told yes, please book online. I then texted back and confirmed that I was all booked! A simple “sorry, I tried” today doesn’t quite fix the fact that my Mother’s Day weekend massage splurge has been canceled with basically no notice. As a small business owner myself I would have at least offered a gift card to come back and try them at another date as an olive branch for ruining what was supposed to be a special occasion. Very poor business management on their part. Something I would suggest for the future if this ever happens to another client...

I don’t normally write a review on the places I visited but this place deserves it. Absolutely the Best massage I have ever had a truly wonderful experience. All I can say is World Class. The staff are all very kind and friendly. I am looking forward to returning to have my facial this week. I love this place.
