Jason is knowledgeable and conscientious and I always leave the table feeling great! His work is excellent. He has helped me release locked muscles and uptick my circulation in my head, shoulders, hips... which in turn positively impacts my yoga teaching.

And then going to massage envy for years, it took a little bit of time to find the right masseuse for me, but Scott is phenomenal! He applies the perfect amount of pressure, very knowledgeable and professional, and I leave feeling like a million bucks! Thank you Scott!

My experience with Katie Maye has always been great! She pinpoints my trouble spots and works them out every time. I try to request her for each appointment, but she stays booked up, so its always great when I can see her. Many kudos that you have her on your staff!!

Denise is always excellent. I prefer hard pressure and she’s a master. She has a very thorough education on the body and is amazing at massage.

I so look forward to my appointments with Jason at Massage Envy each month. Jason is like the Massage whisperer. He gets in deep in those spots you never knew you had and you walk out taller.

I have had 3 sessions with Ashley at the Clark Rd Massage Envy. She is an excellent massage therapist that is clearly well trained. Her technique to address problem areas works without all the pain some massage therapist can inflict. I can at enough about her skill level.

Scott S was wonderful and I feel so much better! I don’t like how when you check out you’re pressured to sign-up for the membership. I was about to sign-up but then found out when I asked- that you can’t cancel for 1 year. Maybe this should be decided prior to your massage so you can stay relaxed and not stress over committing to $70 a month for a year. I would absolutely see Scott again- just wish it was a set price not a membership price vs. regular!

Grace always does an excellent job with her facials. From the gentle appliction of product to the way you cant help but to relax as she effortlessly works it in, highly recommended.

Luis was amazing. I have a lot of back and leg issues. He really got in there, and this morning I was actually able to get out of bed and walk to the bathroom without hobbling and having to stretch out for 5-10 minutes.

My therapist, Katie Maye, was very professional and thorough. She addressed my neck issues and also had some expert techniques on my quadriceps and calf muscles that I had not felt before! Excellent experience!

Grace was wonderful! I had a 1 1/2 hour facial that was so relaxing! My skin felt soft and hydrated afterwards. Would definitely recommend it!

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for several years, after a car accident and I wanted to try massage therapy rather than continue the typical pain mgmt route. I met Scott and when quickly became my favorite masseuse. He understood my injuries and helped me work through my pain! Always a great massage-thanks Scott!

Everyone was welcoming and helpful! Adam was great, and I feel like he actually worked on the areas where I had the most discomfort. Looking forward to continuing our treatment plan.

After several months of sessions with Dustin, he understands my issues with lower back pain and knows how to provide me with relief. This weeks session was the best ever. I left with no pain at all and it has not returned. Of course, it will eventually return but likely after a longer time and with less intensity. I look forward to continuing the sessions with Dustin as he works me through my back pain issues. Besides his professional expertise, his ‘bedside’ manners are very compatible with my expectations.

Alishea is the most professional and thorough therapist I have ever been. She checks with u as well as doing her job completely. She is considerate and compassionate yet she makes u feel like u have known her forever. I appreciate Alishea for everything she does and I hope that she is recognized daily for her work ethic and team work. I was excited to go for my massage. I was greeted by Jason who took me in to the room. I advised him of the areas I was having issues with and felt he understood that those were the areas that required the most attention. Unfortunately for Jason, I am someone who has been massaged by great therapists as well as have employed LMT’s in the past. I felt Jason’s performance was that of an amateur and a robot. He did not massage as an experienced therapist. He did not pay extra attention to the areas that are causing me pain. I feel the best thing Massage Envy could do to rectify this is to reload my gift card from my children and allow me to reschedule with a therapist who listens and massages accordingly.

My back was really hurting, and I’m so glad I got paired with Ashley. Wow! She really listened to what I was saying, and my back is feeling so much better. A hidden gem! She’s my new favorite!

Scoot did very good in message, highly recommend, he is the best. For facial I really don’t recommend Olga and Adriana, they never follow 50 min time frame and I didn’t see any change after facial, also Adriana is rude.

I had a wonderful facial with Olga!! Ty Ty. My skin feels wonderful.. I purchased 3 products to start off with. Love the eye cream and exfoliating cleanser. And the gel lip balm ROCKS!Staff are professional and friendly. I always feel welcomed there.

Maude is a great massage therapist. She was very professional and personable. Maude used different modalities to bring relief to my pain. She had the perfect balance between talking when needed and being quiet to provide a calm and relaxed environment.

Samatha is fantastic, and I highly recommend her! She significantly reduced my neck pain. Bonus for me was that she also is a TMD specialist. The clicking along my jaw also decreased. Great job!

Therapist needs to:1. Message more with hands not theforearms and elbows.2. Be more aware of the quiet experience and stop banging things around as the noise is very distracting.3. Less light rubbing strokes, more actual hand squeezing message activity (feels primarily like I’m being lathered down with sunscreen)My wife and I have been a ME members at the Clark rd location since it was first opened and over the years I have repeatedly asked the above preferences to be included in my personal profile so the therapist is aware, obviously it doesn’t matter to management. If it doesn’t improve then we will be canceling soon.

Ursula was the best! She is very kind and tries to find your problem areas and wants to fix them and make sure you are out of pain. She genuinely cares and works hard to make you feel better!

The massage was good. However there was a noise coming form the ac, which was louder than the relaxing music playing.. The costs came out at 120$ per 90 mins which would be ok if I wouldn’t be pressured by “gratuity guide” posters in every room. 1. Why would I want to see that in the tranquility room or massage room? 2. Pay your staff properly! I don’t see a reason why I should pay 40$ on top of the actual massage price and being reminded of it on every step. Where does the actual money go then??? 👎

Dustin is a rare jewel in the industry. Because I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, and a few other painful issues with some stenosis in my neck, mid-back and hips I usually favor the women thinking that I will get a less aggressive massage. However, I needed to do some stretching to keep the flexibility so I chose Dustin because he was the only one available at the time who is doing the stretching with the massage. What a marvel! His skill level is second to none and superior to most.He is both intuitive and well trained. His experience as a marine in the field has taught him compassion and although sometimes I do feel like I have just been given an order, that’s the marine in him, the care I receive between the massage and the stretching is the best care I have had for my muscles and joints. I am touching my toes and doing downward dog every morning effortlessly. That is quite an accomplishment at 75 when one considers the issues that I struggle with.

Maude at the Clark Road Massage Envy is the best. My 90 minute massage was heavenly. I feel like i have a brand new neck. Every time I see her my massage gets more and more customized. She has magic fingers. And so nice and easy to talk to. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. So glad I made the decision to treat myself to a regular massage.

Jonathan is a fantastic massage therapist! He works with you to get at, and relieve, whatever area is giving you pain. Highly recommend!

Heather, the Front Desk Customer Service Fabulousness, just spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me identify massage therapists for me to try since I am new to the practice - AND scheduling four months out so Im all set and dont have to worry about scheduling every two weeks. This was a big deal. Ive been getting regular massage (2-4 times per month) for 43 years. Massage is not a luxury for me. Its core to my physical health and emotional well being. Heather was patient (I can be a handful), professional, kind and personable. Shes new to the practice and I hope she stays. Thank you, again, Heather!

The only reason it wasn’t a five is because you should never make a client change rooms from massage to facial. I even specifically asked if I was going to remain in the same room and if I wasn’t then only wanted to do one of the services instead of sitting in the waiting area in a robe.

Susan listened to all of my concerns and work on my problem areas with great skill and care. 5-Star Experience!

Ursula is one of the best massage therapists in Sarasota and certainly deserves a 5star rating. But thar was the only good experience at Massage Envy. On the second appointment, I was charged $120 not tip included without letting me know prior to my massage. Supposedly, the first time was a introductory rate but I never have experienced such an increased rate after. And I do not want to be forced to become a member every time I visit either! As a result, I Massage Envy certainly lost my business and because of this business manner, only 1 Star.

Susan was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Susan gave an amazing massage at the perfect presure that I requested.

Katiemae gave great massage and facial combo. I felt really pampered. She always asks if I have any areas that need special attention and accommodates every need.

It was overall a good experience for a 1 hour massage. One suggestion is that the therapist does not have long nails. I could feel her nails and on my side the nails pinched me. After making her aware that the pinching was uncomfortable, it continued.

Jason helped the pain and tension immensely. I feel so much better!! 😎

This is the best place in Sarasota to get the fascial. All their estheticians are fantastic. Last year I had great experience with Olga that have done fantastic microderm and fascial, and yesterday I saw Natalia for chemical peel. Both estheticians are extremely knowledgable and they share their knowledge with their clients. Yesterday Natalia told me so many stuff about regular skin care I had no idea about, but Im eager to incorporate them into my daily routine. I have to also admit that the front staff is very professional, helpful and friendly, I really felt welcome there. I cant wait to come back for more treatments. The only thing I could complain about is that all their estheticians are very busy, so you really want to book the appointment a few weeks in advance to be sure you get the spot on the day and time that is convenient for you. But Im not surprised, they all are extremely professional and they know what they are doing.

The staff at the front desk is always delightful and welcoming. Denise is o e of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had and I have been getting massage usually 2 to 4 times a month for the last 20 years. Obviously the management at this location is doing a great job as well!

Jonathan was great. I’ve gone to many different massage therapists and his technique is one I’ve never experienced before. I felt absolutely great and relaxed afterwards. You can tell healing and helping people feel better is a true passion of Jonathan’s and he is very knowledgeable in how the body works. I will absolutely go back to him and recommend Jonathan to my friends who have real bad chronic back and neck problems.

Johnathan is impressive in his compassion to help others with his healing touch. He is one of the best intuitive massage therapist I have had the experience in working with. He actually heals my body and my movement is much greater after seeing him .

Try canceling your membership after you fulfill your agreement is impossible, its easier to cancel your report your credit card lost. And a 60min massage is actually 37min.

I have an account here that I use every once in awhile. Definitely worth it as in on the road a lot and there in alot of cities. I really like the waiting room. I always start to fall asleep and feel comfortable

Wow, her hands found knots and niches of soreness I wasn’t even aware of, and she smoothed it all away. She is truly gifted.

Ursula was phenomenal (again). She really listens to what you say as well as to what your body is saying. I cant wait until my next 2 hour massage with her!

It was my first time here and I had Natalya. She never explained anything to me what she was doing or about to do . I couldn’t really relax because she talked and talked constantly about her jobs . When my session was over I had barely two minutes to get myself dressed and back together. She knocked on the door and told me she had another client that I needed to hurry and she stayed in there while I was finishing getting dressed . I thought it was rude and made me feel rushed . My location was Clark road . However, the receptionists were very friendly and knowledgeable!

I had a great session with Mike P. at Sarasota South.. I had some pretty sore spots & he was able to relieve the knots without pain. I felt relaxed & invigorated after.

John gave me my first massage and I have sciatica it hurt initially when you leave but you will feel relief just expect more than one visit in close proximity if you have a bad flair up. Hes very thorough and clearly great at this.

I can’t say this enough. I have been going to Rocia since Thanksgiving 2022 and I don’t know if I would still be walking without her. I have been suffering from sever sciatic pain and between the massaging and stretching she helps put me back together until I see her again. I’m so thankful for her… working with me, trying new things and helping to get my muscles working again. 5 stars isn’t enough.

She was good. Poor lady had carpal tunnel. The front desk messed up by scheduling a deep tissue massage for 90 minutes with her after I specifically requested a strong person able to work on me. Was a complete waste of my time.
