This is my second time here and I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everything is amazing, the service, the staff, the message, their products and atmosphire.This is a super clean place, they are very organized and ALWAYS provide above and beyond service, I recommend 100%

I purchased a Father’s Day massage package for my husband and it had a free massage for me. From the front desk to the masseuse themselves, everything was amazing! I was stress free and relaxed after. Mauricio did an amazing job. We are not from the area, but will definitely book again the next time we are in town.Location is great and the personnel was amazing!

Vanessa at the front will ensure to make your experience memorable from greeting and checking you out with her smiling outgoing personality. She is a Riot! Aaron and Maurizio have been addressing my neck and shoulder issues with deep tissue Massages. My favorite is the Hot Stones Massage. Using the stones as a tool all over the body to release tension, stress and muscles soreness. My son and I have received facials from Talia and Brittney! They both are very attentive to our skin type, customizing the care to our needs. While my son had great result with the blue light for his acne, I leave feeling 10 years younger after each facial. This was our first time here, my husband and I had a couples massage. Very clean. Mauricio was very professional and targeted my areas of need with the correct amount of pressure. Tara was equally as good.

Really nice therapists and staff! They made it a very relaxing and personalized experience. Dani at the front desk was very helpful in explaining the services and patiently answering all the questions I had. Britney was super nice. She is very skilled at facials and did a great job making me feel comfortable. Kate was awesome at deep tissue massage. and made sure to really customize it according to my needs. Felt great after! This was my first massage at Massage Heights. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable in various areas. The environment was inviting and the ambience was exceptional. Tara completed my massage and focused on my problem areas with just enough pressure. Her personality and expertise was worth the booking!

Britney gave me a great facial, address my concerns with my skin. Also Diania gave me a wonderful massage!! Everyone at the service desk especially Vanessa are great! I will go again and again!

Have received a few massages and a facial at this location since it reopened under new ownership and management. Very happy! I received massages from Dani and Leah so far and felt so much better! I also got my first facial from Brittany which was nice as well. The establishment is clean and professional, the employees at the lobby desk are friendly and efficient. The whole place makes you feel at home and pampered! If you are considering massage and facials for improved health and wellness, definitely check this location out. The pricing isnt expensive either for what you get. If you join their wellness program you get perks and monthly services which you cant really beat. I have had an amazing experience every time I had a treatment - from the call to make an appointment to being greeted when I arrive and being heard when I discuss my treatments with the therapist. I chose this specific place due to the good reviews. They were all true, amazing massages and very attentive to problem areas. I have to say the first faces you see welcoming you were star team players. Charlie and Vanessa eased our minds with uplifting conversation. Their bubble personalities were one of the best customer service we have ever experienced. They were knowledgeable about the hot spot areas to check out while we were on our vacation. My masseuse, Kate, was absolutely amazing. Not only did she take the time to listen to my concerns and areas of discomfort, but she also customized the session to address those specific areas. Her attention to detail and expertise were evident throughout the entire massage.Kates technique was exceptional. She skillfully worked on each area, applying the perfect amount of pressure to alleviate the tension and soreness I had been experiencing.. The receptionists were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. Massage was good. But seriously, 160 an hour for a massage after the intro rate is ridiculously expensive. I suggest you lower your prices or I will not be back. The membership is a gimmick because you’ll end up paying the same per month as you would without it.

So far I have had two massages with two different massage therapists with different styles. They were both fabulous. I also had a wonderful facial! My first facial ever!I signed up for one of their wellness programs and so very glad I did!The front desk staff were as equally professional and helpful finding the best fit for me!I highly recommend Massage Heights South Sarasota!

Check out the massages before you invest $1,000 !My wife tried out their massage services. The first one was ok so she signed up for their Membership program. $39.99 membership fee and then $79.99 per month for 12 months. Total $999.87.She didn’t like the second massage and decided to not return. The problem is she is stuck with the 12 month contract.She assumed subsequent massages would be acceptable. When they were not she wanted to go elsewhere. Massage Heights would not let her out of the contract.So the moral of the story is that you should try them a couple of times before signing up. Just off the street you would pay about $120 per session but the additional $40 is a good investment.As a post script, I took over my wife’s one year membership. I have found the two massages I have had to be very nice. I upgraded my star score from one to four. I still think a less than satisfied client, like my wife, should be able to exit the one year agreement. Perhaps a penalty fee like paying the regular rate for the past massages.

Edyne gave me an excellent massage. All of the people at Massage Heights were very friendly and focused on making my visit an excellent experience. The &69.99 intro rate makes a massage affordable; they have some money-saving packages that I’m considering.

Hands down Rylee gave me the best facial I’ve ever received. From her touch to personality and genuine passion for what she does! She will have you coming back for more! I always feel revived and youthful after my facial combined with LED light therapy! The best value I’ve ever had by purchasing the annual membership for only $69/month for top notch service. Upon arrival I was greeted by their friendly receptionist and offered water and a restroom. Shortly after my aesthetician came to the lobby and introduced herself and guided me back for my appointment. Very timely and professional!

I HIGHLY recommend! Rylee was my esthetician and she was PHENOMENAL! I like to ask questions and learn about my skin, and Rylee is very knowledgeable. The facial was heavenly and my clean glowed for days! I will be back again and again!Also, Charlie was working the front desk. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. I surprised my girlfriend with a couples massage at Massage Heights. The receptionist was nice and the facility was clean and very relaxing. My massage was great. My girlfriend said it was the best massage she ever had. Happy girlfriend- mission accomplished. Great service and we will be back.

If you haven’t gone here, you’re missing out on the most luxury spa. Every second from when you walk in the door to when you leave the door feels like it’s the most sincere thought out experience. I recommend the couples massage and ask about their monthly deal!

Visited Massage Heights because they could get me in the same day I woke up with terrible pain in my back. Everyone was very professional. The receptionist was very personable. My massage was great. Nice place.
