Serendipity Massage day spa

My wife and I went for a 120 minute massage at Serendipity. It was the first time either of us had booked for a 2 hour massage. It was wonderful. Very good therapists, nice atmosphere, relaxing. When we arrived they showed us to the room.and went right to work. No time wasting paperwork and medical history like some want to do. We booked a next visit before leaving. Great place

Our family came here for a vacation and went fishing. Fortunately, we found this massage parlor. The location is very good, right on the island. The clerk was very good at helping us relax. They are very professional, skilled and provide good service.

Booked couples massage and was the best professional massage either of us has ever had. Will definitely come back if anywhere near the area. Highly recommend!

They did phenomenal. Me and my mom came for her 50th birthday, and they were amazing. They let me come in 30mins before my appointment. They had so many different oils and packages to choose from. When she noticed I had a lot of tension in my shoulders she made sure to spend a little more time in that spot. I would 100% recommend them for anybody visiting or living in Sarasota. I will be back for my next trip.

Wife and I got a 90 minute couples massage. They got us in same day and did an amazing job. I got a great deep tissue, wife got a swedish and they managed to find knots we didnt know we had. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I booked a massage here on a whim and couldnt have had a better experience. We booked online at 8:30am for an 11am massage the same day. He got the deep tissue with Angela and I did combination with Cece and they were both incredible. Cannot wait to come back.

Lovely spa tucked just off St Armand’s Circle. Angela was wonderful: deep tissue massage with hot stones and extra attention to achey areas. Ahhhhh! Do yourself a favor and get 90 minutes. Great massage in a serene spa. I really loved it!

The other day my husband and I had a couple’s massage with Cici and Angela!! Fantastic!! They were so thorough we left feeling completely relaxed!! Loved it so much that we booked for next week!! Can’t wait!!

One of the best massages I’ve had in a really long time. Thorough. I asked for medium and they didn’t push too hard. Just enough to feel perfectly relaxed by the end.

Our massage was awesome! We ran a few minutes behind and it wasn’t an issue. They were so consultative and did an awesome job. Reasonably priced too!

My deep tissue massage Was amazing here. The only reason I’m not giving 5 starts is because I made an appointment, showed up 10min before my appointment time and waited at the front. No one greeted me or was upfront at the front desk, I waited for 15 minuets then eventually after no one cal up front I called the number to let them know I was there for my appointment and had been waiting for them. Another few minuets passed by and then eventually someone came to get me. Again once the massage was started it was amazing I just think their customer service could use a little work when their clients arrive.

Was visiting in town and came for a massage with a friend. They were able to get us in on short notice and we both said our massages were amazing! Will definitely be back when visiting again!

Serendipity did an amazing job! There were four of us that got Swedish massages for 90 minutes and all of us are scheduled to come back again! Don’t miss a relaxing day… I had Grace and she was so kind and caring, and did the perfect massage! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

My boyfriend and I wanted a last minute couples massage so we called here. They graciously took us day off and the massages were phenomenal. We had a deep tissue 60 min couples massage that blew us away. Cici and her partner (I forgot the other masseuses name) were very detailed oriented and really catered the massages to our problem areas. We walked out of the spa with less knots and deeply more relaxed for a great price. Thank you so much. We really recommend this place!

I had a wonderful massage by Grace. She had a really good understanding of muscle anatomy and really was able to get to all those points that are hard to explain but desperately need help. I will be a regular from now on!

By far one of the best deep tissue massages Ive ever had. Cece is great . Unfortunately I have to alter my review on my second visit 9 am appointment made with Cece. I had to wait 40 mins outside as they were late opening and Cece was not even on property. And the guy laughed when i told him id been waiting for 40 mins. Then after I offered a tip of twenty dollars and was told it wasnt enough. So I guess my time is worth nothing for standing around . I wont be back based on this.

CiCi is INCREDIBLE !! I came in for a deep tissue massage and ended up extending for an hour and half. She was professional and could really feel all the knots and imbalances in my body. A great find near St. Armands! We had the combo massage (30 mins body/30 mins feet) as well as a deep tissue. Such a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend a visit.

This was my first deep tissue massage. It quite literally changed my life. I chose deep tissue after suffering a bad fall 2 weeks before. I could barely walk and wondered if I could climb onto the massage table. Deep tissue massage is not for the faint of heart, but SO worth it. She found EVERY pain point and worked each one out masterfully. I left able to walk and turn my head properly - nothing short of a miracle. I wish I lived in the area to visit regularly.

Awesome place to get a good massage. I could tell she felt how messed up my right shoulder was without even having to say so. She gave it a lot of attention that it desperately needed. Will be coming back before the end of the vacay!

They took us as walk-ins for a couples massage on our vacation and we will definitely be back! We each have some unique issues from old injuries and they were really good about asking the right questions to identify what to focus on. My lower back has been bothering me for almost 3 years and I walked out feeling so much better. If I was a local I would be a regular!
