Do not go here. I had the worst experience. Went for a 1 hour massage. Jessica was my masseuse. At the start of the massage her phone rang - she answered the call while she continued to touch me. She yelled at the person on the phone saying “don’t call me. I call you.” and she hung up on them. I asked Jessica to turn her phone off and she said she did. Then her phone rang TWO more times during the massage. Her phone was constantly making noise with alerts and updates. At one point Jessica put a towel over my head and sent a text message on her phone. I feel disrespected and violated. In addition to all of that, I told Jessica at the start of our session that my foot was injured and to not touch my foot. Through out my session she touched my foot little bit which made me on edge. I would flinch and remind Jessica of my injury and she would say “i know”. At the end of my massage Jessica deliberately touched my feet a lot and smacked them which hurt. My experience here was disturbing and upsetting. In addition to all of this there’s the lack of quality. It was $70 for a “1 hour” massage that was short of an hour long. The quality was really poor. This place is not worth it. Treat yourself better and go somewhere else.

Very accommodating with regards to availability. The rooms are clean. I personally can’t imagine relaxing in the large open room full of tables for clients. I prefer one of their private rooms which is private but you still hear everything anyone is saying so it’s loud. And the staffers speak amongst each other across the rooms regardless if you’re in a private one. This is not a spa atmosphere at all, so if you’re looking to relax and have aromatherapy you won’t experience that here. I have been three times and each time had a different Masseus. All three were good.

Good massage and service until the end… the individual behind the counter was upset with a 15% tip. Massage etiquette is 15-20% tip. I’ve never had a professional berate me in front of a store for a tip. Very unprofessional.

My friend and I came in for the first time today. Both of us have had many experiences with foot massages. This experience was one of the best. Technique was relaxing and healing. Communal set up was quiet and calm. Also impressed with scheduling and accommodation. Everyone was eager to please. Will definitely return.

I’ve gotten two massages here, once while on vacation here and now that I’ve moved here, my second one today. Both times, my massages were scheduled out of necessity to help with a tension headache and both times the massage technicians delivered. Today I had Grace who was exceptional! Grace listened to my concerns, checked in on pressure, adjusted pressure accordingly when I asked and was intuitive in her touch. She was absolutely amazing. She also gave me the best foot massage I’ve gotten in years, hitting all the right spots with just the right amount of pressure. The massage was a fair price of $70/hr. I will absolutely be back and make this a regular part of my self care routine. This was a very odd and unpleasant experience. I was referred there by a friend and was very grateful they could get me in same day. I requested a gal who got good reviews for her deep tissue pressure. She left the room several times during the massage, and I heard her talking on the other side of the curtain. Also, this is not a private experience; as you can hear the goings on through the entire place, including loud snoring men. My massage was about 5 minutes from being over when she left the room again and never came back. after 9 minutes passed, I said hello? She came back in the room and laughed at me... then said the massage was finished. I have never been confused about when a massage was over. When I was paying, she said, All youre going to give me is $13? I was so caught off guard. I handed her $8 more, and said.,Is that better? She tried to explain that she just wanted me to know how much I was giving her, but I was very well aware. I wish I would have responded differently, but in the moment I was caught so off guard. I hope it goes without saying, that I will never go back there again.

Bought a Groupon. Tried to book but the owner said Groupon can only be used at 10 am and 8 pm daily. Voucher had no such restrictions and she refused to honor the purchase. Very rude. Wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment. Very shady.

If you want a good massage for a reasonable price come here. My husband and I received a couples massage using our Groupon to celebrate my birthday. Clean rooms and great massages they both were able to get our troubled areas completely worked out.Things we could have done without are listening to commercials from time to time, the door bell ringing each time people coming and leaving the establishment, and the noise from the lobby since the room is only closed off by a curtain. If you use a Groupon you only have two options 10 am or 8 pm.

First time visit, by a friends recommendation. I received a package 30 min foot massage and 30 min back. It was amazing! The gentleman was very professional and knew what he was doing. He takes pride in what he does. And it shows! The place looks clean and very relaxing! After a hurricane stress, this is exactly what I needed!I will be back and bringing friends and family

Awful. BEWARE - they own ABC Foot Spa in Gulf Gate as well and that guy is down right rude telling us that we cancelled an appointment that we most certainly did not cancel. Do not go to either of these places….bunch of rude liars! I will never, ever go back.

We got a full body couples massage today and it was the best massage weve had in a long time. I live in knots in my back and tension headaches and Tony really worked hard on those areas. I felt 20# lighter and pain free when we left.My husband is a land surveyor and his job is physically hard. He lives in pain too. Ricky did a wonderful job relieving pain in my husbands back.We will be back monthly if not more often.Very clean and relaxing.

Wanted to purchase a Groupon and use it day of, but you have to book appointment 24 hour in advance. I got a 60 minute deep tissue table massage and the acupressure helped me relax after weeks of dealing with sinuses.

This is a wonderful place. The staff is friendly, very professional and above all very accomplished in the art of massage. I started going here about two months ago with some foot issues. Go once or twice a week. Recently had my second back massage with Peter. He is very adept and intuitive at finding points of concern as to back and foot issues. I can recommend this place highly. Clean, well appointed and quiet. And as a bonus, an hour foot massage which includes hot water foot soak and a five minute neck massage at the beginning AND hot stone for the final few minutes of your session...$38!

If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I have been here for couples massages. The rooms are so clean and nice and we love the traditional style rooms. Today I got a massage from Lisa. It was the best massage I have ever had. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing massage

The massage was nothing special for $70. At the end, I added a 14.28% tip - which came out to be a good round number of $10. The masseuse complaint that she worked very hard and not happy with the tip amount. Very annoying. Wont go back here because of the attitude. If you want higher tip, stop talking very loudly to your coworker while giving a massage and be polite!- Dear owner, the incident happened on July 24. 2PM. 2 persons. Total bill was $160. Apparently the masseuse also kept saying Its not fair! its not fair! as we were walking out the door. If there is a log, you can probably find who the masseuses were. One speaks English, one doesnt seem to be.

This place is amazing! My mum and I come hear for our 90 minute full body massages and never walk out disappointed. Each massage therapist really listens to what we need and leaves us feeling great. Great pricing (approx. $1 per min) - they have wonderful foot massages as well, should you only have 30 mins to spare.If you come frequently, they have a punch card that you can use to one day get a free massage 🤗

I’m giving a bad review based mostly on their lack of a system for handling appointments made online. I booked an appointment online for the hour long foot massage. I showed up and was told, via an awkward telephone call that the person at the front desk placed to some unknown person, that they only saw my appointment booked online an hour previously and could not see me. But then I was ushered in to the massage area. The first 25 minutes were just fine, but then the employee awkwardly asked me to turn over and get on my stomach. And proceeded to do some kind of a back massage. It was very obvious that either the service I had booked was not communicated to the person actually seeing me, or their concept of a foot massage is very strange. I think that the biggest roadblock here is one of language. The staff do not speak much English and I was unable to communicate my frustration or my need to them. I normally would not give a bad review just because of that, but their inability to set up appointment booking and manage their schedule really lead to a terrible experience.

I just left a combo full body massage with my mother and we in our combined 90 years of life have never experienced anything like this. I’m very picky about where I go, and was recommended from a family friend. I will be visiting this place EVERY single time I come back to Sarasota. Ask for Rick!!! SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I had missed my reflexology treatment in Dec.. I had a few little health issues and thought I should try getting some relief. So glad I did. Very peaceful and I felt so much better. Will definitely go again.

Very good place. Tina did a great job on both the foot and body. She is careful to ask if the pressure is too strong, and knows how to use her knees and elbows to work out myofascial trigger points (muscle knots).The place is clean and attractive, and the service friendly. They are native Mandarin speakers but are pretty good with English.I like that they have up-front prices unlike some others in the area that have a Get quote button. But note that they are cash prices; 3% surchrge for credit card presumably to cover processing costs. Even so, the prices are very reasonable either way.

I purchased a one hour massage which started out with the masseuse massaging my back through a beach towel. When I ask if she used oil or lotion, she squirted something cold on my back. She also was talking to someone else throughout the massage in her native language, which I didn’t appreciate. She never massaged the front of my legs or feet because she spent too much time on my back, which I did not ask her to do. Since she mismanaged her time I think she should have completed the masssge.While getting dressed I look up to see a woman using bars above her head to walk on the man in the room next to me. The curtains that separate the rooms really need to go to the ceiling- no privacy!This place is not fancy and now based on people getting massages with women walking on them, I am wondering what kind of business this is??The masseuse had the gall to ask for an additional tip, even though I tipped her 20 percent , which she didn’tdeserve since she didn’t complete the massage. AND if you don’t pay in cash they charge you 3 percent to use a debit card. Who does that? There are far more professional and nicer places to get a massage- I won’t be back.

A very good massage but not a full back/front body massage. Masseuse was very good and worked mostly on my back and upper legs.However, the salon is noisy. There are only 3/4 walls (bamboo/paper/light curtain) and every noise can be heard - other clients, doors, phones ringing, front door, etc. Plus, the massage therapists talk between themselves(rather loudly) and with the manager/owner. Hard to relax when it feels like its a hotel lobby.

Went to this place during our vacation. Was greeted at the door by a gentleman that ask if we had called, we didnt, and thats when everything went down hill. He proceeded to act like he didnt understand us, at the same time he was trying to talk us into services we were not interested in receiving. We agreed on service, and we were given half of a massage. And the massage was rushed and interrupted several times!And if all that was not enough, we tipped accordingly! We always tip well, very well, when it is deserved! The lady looked at my tip and started raising her voice! She was mad because I gave a $10.00 tip, which in all honesty, was $9.50 too much!! Lousy, lousy, lousy service!I do not recommend this place at all!Oh, and then the lady started yelling at us, loudly, in her native tongue as we were leaving!!This place was a horrible experience!

Worst massage I’ve had. If you want to lay there with a beach towel and get your body beaten up and smashed then I would recommend this place. She also kneeled on the bed. Never got a full body massage and focused more on the back going over the muscle she already aggressive went over while talking to another co worker for most of the time. Forced a tip at the end. Left in pain.

Husband and I each got a massage (he got combo, I got 1 hr foot) - both were good. I would not describe foot massage as reflexology, though it does incorporate elements - more like a traditional foot massage with tui na components. Husband enjoyed back massage - got some deep work in shoulders (including some knee presses!) Very relaxing space, comfortable lounges for foot/combo massages - nice and quiet with relaxing music. Our kids were able to sit close to us and relax since they werent busy at the time.

I am shocked that this place has so many great reviews. Encouraged by those accolades I went there and purchased a package for one hour - reflexology, plus hand and head massage. Now, I must add that I have massage done regularly for years and had many many reflexology sessions, so I know what it is. This one, at Oriental Foot Massage, was by far the worst massage I ever had!The person was rubbing my foot back and fort to the point of irritation, then changed the position and did more the same kind of rubbing in another spot. Even though it was annoying, I was waiting patiently, hoping that it is perhaps a prelude and some better moves will come. But nothing better came - it was all I got.It was as far from reflexology as it gets and it cannot be even called a foot massage - it was some kind of a foot rub, and very poor.Before writing this review I called the place and described my experience to the manager of the place - I was hoping that I will receive some explanation, but she was quite oblivious, didnt show much interest. Simple apology would be so nice...

Have been several times in the past. Walked in today and got the 60 min. for $50 massage. 30 min foot 30 min back. It was the same as usual, good massage nothing fancy. Paid and tipped $5. Well that was not good enough the man says to, “that tip isn’t enough.” Mumble mumble something I didn’t understand.” It’s customary to tip bigger”. I said, “excuse me?” What is customary is not to say anything about a tip. Are you trying to embarrass me? Cause you didn’t, you only embarrassed yourself. How do you know I didn’t save up for 2 months to come in today for a massage AND I DID TIP?! Disgusting behavior. Scanned some other reviews before writing this and this happened to someone else and the lady yelled at her! Hope it was worth losing a customer over this...

Very professional, respectful, and clean. best massage in town, reasonably priced. No shady business here as some other Asian massage places are morally questionable in their intent and personal self worth. This is a legitimate reputable business.

Every time give me different feelings, the people here are very kind, enthusiastic, professional, although some massage is not very smooth communication, but can accurately find my body uncomfortable, to give more massage! They are amazing and extremely affordable. One hour reflexology and you will walk out feeling like you have new feet. Go alone as a walk in or with a group but call ahead so they have enough people. Lovely vibe in there, extremely serene.

If you want to get hulk smashed on the inner thighs at the end of your massage, then I recommend this place. The whole time I felt like I was being beaten by the way they would hit me. I left in more pain then when I got there.

Terrible place! They didn’t tell us we couldn’t pay with card until after the fact we got our massage... they need to have a sign that clearly states CASH or check ONLY on the door and not visa and MasterCard. Not only that they complain about their tips!

Simply asked for foot massage and full bodyNever got foot massage done and then they asked for a tip...will never go back here again...And massage was too rough....i asked for the combo. This place was amazing the lady I had was LiLi she did a amazing job I had the combo massage the foot and whole body she was very polite and caring knowing I had a spinal fusion and recent surgery to my right ankle , the Lady that greeted me I didn’t catch her name was also very caring and examined my long scar of my back and foot , the prices are great I Did the one hour for 50.00 and believe me it was worth every penny , I went in there with bad pain from a long day at work , well I work At the hospital and I wasn’t over 15,000 steps that day , LiLi the the therapist Was very gentle with all of me well my scares left from surgeries and was able to get great circulation from my foot all the way to my leg and used the warm stones , by the time she was done I was so relaxed and the pain I had was gone I went home it was about 8pm and I went right to sleep and had the best sleep ever something I haven’t done in so long since my work sch is in the middle of night like 2 am to afternoon it’s hard being on your feet all day I am most definitely Going back I will drive the extra mile even thought I live like near UTC and university parkway Thank u LILI FOR VERY GENTEL AND CARING U HAVE EARNED ME ON BEING A REGULAR CLIENT I HAVE ALOT OF FRIENDS AND WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD ON HOW WOMSWEDUL U ALL ARE , Thank u

Fantastic!!!🌺🌸I got one hour massage from oriental foot massage &spa.My left shoulder got pain seriously.I can’t sleep well and can’t go to work.My friend recommended me to go to oriental foot massage &spa.I walked in and receptionist gave me smile face warmly.She introduce Rebecca to do massage for me.Rebecca told me I got frozen shoulder problem.After one hour massage,Rebecca trained me to do some exercises.After three times massage,my frozen shoulder recovered.Thanks Rebecca saving my shoulder and I could come back to work again.😊🤽‍♀️.I recommend this store to the people need massage.
