Im giving Five Star Vape & Smoke Shop a 5 star review ONLY because if Adam. Very personable and had excellent knowledge of the products and what child affect the amount of time a certain product would last under my outfit working conditions. He gave me advice to keep it some place cool to prevent any leaking or whatnot.i had an issue with a product and hes helped me keep it safe to were it wont leak, etc.However, there was another gentleman on Monday evening that was completely rude and didnt even bother ask me or give advice when I mentioned I had a ln issue with a product. He instantaneously assumed I was trying to get something free- that wasnt the case, but he wouldnt really give me an opportunity to explain my responding for being there 1 day and a half after buying a product, not to mention Ive been there at least 4 time in the last week, purchasing and referring people. The point Im making is be careful when Adam isnt there and you have an issue or question about a product. The older man may cut you off and assume your just trying to get something for free. If it wasnt for Adam, I wouldnt go back. But the price are fair.Thank you Again, Adam for having such wonderful customer service and great people skills! You rock 🤘

I was in the area for dinner and stopped here afterwards. I bought 2 accessories one which was a battery. I usually check them but 100% of the previous ones were charged and worked and this one lit up when plugged in, but wouldnt worked unplugged so I thought it was just a charge and didnt think about it. After driving all the way back to Port Charlotte I realized the battery is defective and seemed like it COULD have been used or opened before. It was already decently overpriced, but jeeze, broken too!?!?! And dont try to call them, it rings and rings and no one ever answers. I called multiple times, and emailed twice. ZERO response. The two times I was up there, the older guy bounced around the store like he was speed racer trying to sell me EVERYTHING, and the other time was a young guy who was playing xbox with headphones on when I walked in. Thankfully they switched out my battery but I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this place. Terrible experience...Edit to response - yes you switched out the battery, AFTER I called, and emailed MULTIPLE TIMES, and got 0 response. AND there were definitely questions asked, the young man playing xbox had to call someone to verify it was OK to do the exchange,, so how is that no questions asked?? And absolutely NO it wasnt my cartridge, because it worked JUST FINE with the new battery you switched it out for. This response just shows the lack of professionalism and the deflection on responsibility. Your items are overpriced already, at least sell a working product the first time. Or answer your phone/emails? Very poor customer service and product(s). Thats clear by all the other ones star reviews. They may have a few legitimate 5 star reviews, but I bet you do some of your own reviews too. CUSTOMERS - Do yourself a favor, avoid this place

I stopped here for the first time while driving around for work. After walking in, I was greeted by an extraordinarily beautiful woman at the counter. I wanted a specific brand of disposable e-cig and I was pleased to see a large assortment of flavors. The gorgeous young lady didnt try to upsell me. I got what I needed and the cashier was knowledgeable enough to give me some tips about my e-cig. Ill definitely be coming here again.

Took my buddy to get vape juice and he asked for a box of juice which clearly was supposed to have 2 bottles in it for the price.... But no it was only one bottle in it and the guy clearly knew that and still charged almost $25 for one little bottle of juice. Place completely ripped my friend off and that is bad business

Terrible, dude tryed to get me to puff on testers like hello are we not in a pandemic, gross who knows who has tested these pens. Ended up getting a fume that has a bad after taste ,probably fake Wont be back , dont recommend.
