Two cigar packs that were priced at $.99 each there was no sign that had the price above $.99 and I was charged $4didn’t know the state of Illinois had a 100% Tax hike don’t go to this place it’s a rip off go somewhere elsemore outrageous city prices

Only vape/smoke shop you need to be going into too. They have everything from vapes to bongs. I mean they have everything you ll need if you vape like juices, disposable vape carts, screens and thing in between. If youre a weed smoker they got you covered also. I have gotten a few pieces from here and there great! List goes on for list of glass they have in stock and always getting new stuff. Definitely worth going in and checking out.

It seems the generosity to loyal customers and kindness of spirit from the former owners carried on into the current staff. which is an unbelievable relief. it could be because the scent of the place is always pleasant. the displays and floor is also well kept. the variety here is a smokers dream!

Great quality products.. a little costly compared to some.. but it makes sense with their quality and inventory. Great business economy. Always has abundance in stock. And really unique smoke- equipments.. that are very low price.Although sometimes customer service isnt always the most friendly.. not really a big deal since it could have just been a long and tiring day.. but that could be something they could improve on but we are all humans so... Other than that five stars 🌟

I was introduced to this shop from a friend and am very happy I found it. I drive an hour each way to get here for a great reason. There are many shops near me, but cosmos is the only place Ill go and am happy to take the trip. All of their staff (nick, Andrew and miguel) are incredibly helpful and will answer all of your questions. These guys know their stuff better than anyone around. stop in - youll totally dig it! Ive driven close to an hour in different directions to find a place to shop for my juice and my mods. I stumbled upon this place and I have to tell you- I wont go anywhere else now. Not only are these gentlemen knowledgeable in the products that they provide, theyre up to snuff on the latest and the greatest. They do an amazing job of making sure you are too. Theyre always looking to get you set up and well educated before you leave, inviting you to sit and hang out while they consult with you. Guys- from someone who works in the customer service industry, I have to tell you- you nailed it! A happy and loyal customer

While the staff may not be the most helpful, they are friendly and personable, and to a degree, thats enough. The shop always has some kind of deal going on and its glass prices are hard to beat with an even harder-to-beat selection. They have much and more for the vape enthusiast, and tobacco lines the shelves. It definitely has a more street vibe than some other similar shops, but its enjoyable nonetheless.

Like most smoke shops the customer service is about what you would expect from a trip to Walmart. Only employee there acted like I was invisible... I was the only person in the shop. After a nice three mins of looking around with no interest from the employee to help me I walked out. Every smoke shop I go to treats there customers like they are a inconvenience. Someone who actually cares would kill it in this business.

Also, about a month ago, I got accidentally locked out of my house by my wife & needed to use a phone in an emergency situation & the young guy there REALLY helped me out & let me use his personal cell phone to call for help. 6/5 !!!!! Staff is not helpful. I had a problem with a vape mod that I bought at this location. On SMOK website it says there is a 6 month warranty on their products and any retailer can process a claim but the employee told me they had no warranty. All he tried to do was sell me a new vape. All their mods come as kits only. I wont be going back.

Been coming here since they first opened. They have the cheapest and best prices around and their employees are always awesome and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place
