I felt like a new person as she skillfully addressed my skincare concerns with personalized attention.Next, the nurturing massage by Liz was a dream. Her intuitive hands seemed to melt away all the tension and stress I had been carrying. Each stroke was like a symphony of relief, leaving me in a state of pure bliss and tranquility.And lets not forget the stellar body wrap by Lupe. It was a truly indulgent experience, as she expertly applied luxurious products that left my skin feeling silky smooth and deeply nourished. The attention to detail and care she exhibited were second to none.Overall, my day at New Serenity Spa was nothing short of magical. It was a journey of self-care and relaxation that surpassed all expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and utterly pampered. This spa is amazing!! The relax/waiting room with all kinds of snacks, drinks, and comfy couches sets the perfect ambience. Everyone who works there is super welcoming and helpful too. I had a facial with Andrea, who was super sweet and gentle. She gave me good advice for my skin type and any concerns. Ive been coming here for years, and no other spa compares. Highly recommend!

New Serenity Spa is the best day spa Ive been to. Their customer service is excellent. Their facials, massages and aestheticians are so good and the ambiance is so soothing and calming. Its one of my favorite places to go to.

This was such a great experience! I haven’t had a facial in forever & on the last day of school I decided to treat myself while my kids were at school and go get a facial. Omg my skin hasn’t looked or felt so good in such a long time, it was wonderful! Please book an appointment with them, you won’t be disappointed I promise!

The spa has a nice ambiance and the staff is friendly, but it’s very expensive. I paid $239 for a dermaplaning session, a serum, and a mask. The price felt quite high for what I received compared to Skin clinics.

All I can say is WOW! From the moment I called, Milla greeted me with warm regards and took my appointment with accuracy. When I arrived to New Serenity the staff welcomed me with kind smiles and checked me in. They showed me to the calm and relaxing waiting room where I filled out both sides of my intake form. While I waited for my therapist I enjoyed the cool and refreshing cucumber water. The art work in the waiting room is amazing and visually pleasing. My therapist Olivia opened the door and greeted me with a pleasant smile and a kind hello. My hour massage was great as I have come to expect with Olivia. She has a firm touch and checked in with me through out the massage. The room and table was warm and cozy. Once my session was complete, Olivia offered me more delicious spa water and reminded me to keep drinking water. Its important to flush those toxins out. On my way out the manager asked for my feed back and I gave them 5 stars on my visit. I only wish I could have booked a 90 minute massage with Olivia but she was booked solid and I was luck to get a 60 minute session with her. I highly recommend New serenity spa and Olivia as your therapist. Now back to recreating some yummy cucumber water for the rest of my day.

Sarah did an amazing job with deep tissue and my facial was excellent! The environment was very inviting and I learned of the dressing room which was very cute, clean and organized. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

This is a wonderful location with a great relaxing vibe. In particular, I have enjoyed the both the deep and serenity massage they offer and I have seen Caitlyn S. for both and found her top notch. She provides an excellent balance of firmness and targets just where I need work very effectively even when I have just 60 minutes but its always a treat to get a 90 minute session!

Kaitlin was AMAZING! She is def the go to woman! this was by far the best treatment and I will definitely be coming back! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

From being out of state, I saw this had a good review and I made my appointment for a facial. The staff was amazing and Rebecca who did my facial did so well and I was extremely satisfied!! She gave me lots of tips on my skin. It was also very clean and relaxing! If you are wanting to get a facial come here and enjoy your time they make it to where you don’t want to leave!!

My experience here was simply amazing, I drove from out of town to have a facial and massage done and was very impressed. I will be coming back.Kaitlin was VERY thorough, explained everything how it would help, and her recommendation to help me achieve my skin goals.The only downfall is my card was charged twice and we are sitting 2 days shy of a week it was all taken out of my account and it’s not been resolved yet.

My experience was nothing short of amazing! The therapists ask for your preferences and offer upgrades at the beginning. If you want everything explained to you, they do a great job at explaining. You can also choose to have a silent treatment. All of the massage therapists and estheticians I’ve had have done an amazing job! I always come out so relaxed.

I had a wonderful experience at new serenity spa today. I requested a 50 minute massage and had heard good things about Olivia so I requested her in advance. I was not disappointed. I’m somebody who enjoys a firm deep tissue massage I was very pleased Olivia listened and performed an excellent service. She was very pleasant I thought she did a wonderful job.Overall the surroundings were outstanding clean and relaxing. The front office staff was engaging and polite. I was pleasantly pleased with the entirety of my experience and would definitely go back and recommend to others.

First time I’ve been to a spa for something other than a massage appointment. A bit more on the pricier side compared to other places I looked into, but New Serenity is a perfect example of getting what you pay for. Kaitlyn was incredibly heartwarming and welcoming and thoroughly explained the whole process of the facial I requested, and was even kind enough to suggest recommendations for my home care routine.

My wife and I had a couples massage. Which I was truthfully nervous about as it was my wifes first time receiving professional massage. C took such great care of her and she loved it. Im really glad, she took the time to communicate with my wife so she could be sure to give her a great session. Thankyou again. Sara was amazing she was so sweet and kind. Her pressure was perfect and touch was so soothing. I felt alot better with some more sore body parts and was super relaxed. Overall this whole experience was wonderful, and we will definitely be back :)

After trying multiple spas that just didnt work out, Im so glad to have finally found New Serenity. The location is convenient, the interior is welcoming, peaceful, and clean. Olivia is great. She was a bit firm for me at first but her communication is excellent and she easily adjusted to my comfort level. I always feel relaxed but also like Ive gotten some good therapy on my problem areas. Shes friendly and easy to work with. Im a regular now with 90 min sessions every month. Highly recommend!

First, the spa is gorgeous! It has beautiful photographs backlit through out the whole space and they are just stunning. Everyone was so kind and there was a lot of positive energy. My masseuse, Sarah, did an amazing job and it was a perfect way to unwind right before my wedding.

My daughter and I went for a massage and facial today and had one of the best experiences by far!!! Kaitlyn and Michael were amazing and made us both feel so comfortable! Wow!! Such an incredible atmosphere, from the moment you walk in. From the shimmering front desk wall to match the concierge simmering personality, to the beautiful glowing artwork from national parks. The entire sanctuary brought such peace.Moving on to the massage, Liz is absolutely MAGIC! The scalp massage not only felt so incredible, it was the best ASMR Ive ever experienced. Just the right amount of pressure all over and checked in so often and gently to make sure I was still comfortable.My honey was able to work out some long time knots that were causing him a lot of pain in his neck with Olivia. The deep pressure was exactly what he needed.Cant wait to make this a regular experience and see all the other services they have to offer!Looking forward to more relaxings weekends here 💆‍♀️😌

I absolutely love this spa. I came to this spa as birthday treat and I’m so glad I’ve chosen this spa. My massage therapist name was Michael and I am truly lucky that I was able to get him at the spare of the moment. Everyone who works there are very professional and is very caring about the service and your health. Michael is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I wish all massage therapist could be like him. The only regret is that the massage has to come to an end. By the way, the lemon and lime water is the absolute best.

My mom and I had an appointment for a spa day (massage and facials). Firstly, let me tell you, the locale itself is beautiful, very clean, chairs in the lobby are comfy. The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic, and truthfully the best part of the experience.We initially did not have the best experience with this spa, however David, the manager took the initiative to reach out to us and has assured me that all previous feedback has been reviewed and related to the massage therapists that worked with us. All in all, if this review was based solely on management, I would give 5/5 stars. Your concerns will be taken seriously at New Serenity 😊.

Very nice experience for the couples massage. Ambience was beautiful. Massage therapists were punctual and started on time. They were experts in their job and made us relax while also worked on the problem areas. Relaxation longue had light snacks and drinks! We loved the overall experience !

My wife and I came here for their 1/2 day relaxation package. Definitely on the pricier end, however you definitely get what you pay for - simple as that. Walked in and was greeted/welcomed right away with a smile. Our masseuses were very polite, gentle, but yet also listened to what we needed for our bodies. Our aestheticians for our facials were the exact same as well. Overall, as far as a spa, this was hands down one of the best experiences we have had. Not only is this business part of our community, it is the only place I go to get the best deep tissue massage. Olivia is just amazing! She goes over parts of the body to get an understanding of what is needed and she begins her magic! She loosens all the tight nots and won’t let you go until she’s satisfied. Faith predicted that Id end up having Jade and Shelly for my hydrafacial and massage because they were the best Id had in a long time. Both ladies were friendly, experienced, and had excellent techniques. I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and like a completely different person. My sisters and I did the friendship spa package together and it was a fantastic experience. They were very professional and thorough. Taryn my massage therapist gave one if the best massages I have never had. She listened to me and truly wanted to help me relax and feel great. My esthetician Kendra was fabulous as well she addresses my skin concerns and tailored my experience to my skins needs. The lunch proceeded was delicious and we were treated so well. New Serenity Spa provides top notch services! I started going here for massages, but recently started getting facials in preparation for my wedding. They not only provide an excellent spa experience but also helped me to make a skincare plan so my skin will be in the best possible condition for my wedding. I have extremely sensitive skin and rosacea on my face, and they knew how to handle that without any issues. I also have had great experiences with my massages, I personally enjoy deep tissue and they have matched me with therapists who really know how to dig in. I would highly recommend coming here!

She actually took the time to explain to me things specific to my skin that I needed to do in order to help care at home, and I came to her with VERY problem skin. I was actually scared when I came in, unsure of whether or not a facial was even a good idea for me.She reassured me and made me feel comfortable in her hands. Still blissed out from the amazing massage I received from Michael. Hes a great option if you prefer to chat and learn during your massage. He was excited to share massage tips and techniques for me to incorporate into my daily life and for use with my partner. The whole experience was very comfortable and the spa and Michael communicated thoroughly. Do yourself a favor - if youre on vacation, dont book anything shorter than 1h30!

I visit Scottsdale 2x a year from Chicago. I love a great massage on vacation. I never spend $$ on a pricey massage at the resort I stay at, rather I always go to New Serenity. They can always accommodate my schedule and get me in. And every therapist I get is wonderful. Over Thanksgiving weekend I had Rachel - she was WONDERFUL. Deep tissue and really expert at what she is doing. I highly recommend NS.

Love this place! I got a facial from Nicole and it was amazing. My skin hasnt looked this good in a while, and the whole process was relaxing. Check in is super easy and the ladies at the front are very welcoming. Nicole was very understanding and didnt make me feel bad that I hadnt got a treatment in a while. I had a deep tissue massage today with Rachel. Talk about relaxing and beneficial!!! She is detail oriented and gave extra focus to the areas I told her have been causing me pain. Her deep tissue work is amazing and was so relaxing at the same time. She also added some essential oils to her massage lotion that made my experience even more special. Ill definitely be scheduling with her again!

New Serenity has been my ‘happy place’ for several years and never disappoints. Facials there are like nowhere else and their Le Clair products only make it even better! I love everyone there but especially Alicia and Julie. These are true professionals who take the time to analyze your skin, ask your concerns, and then let you relax and soak in the luxurious treatment. I’m not exaggerating when I say that several days later someone told me my skin was glowing and asked what products I was using.Last thing - buy the membership! Trust me, in AZ you NEED a good facial at least once a month so why not get a discount on the already very fair prices? The membership gets you 10% off all products too so it’s an excellent deal.

I needed to find a new place for massage and BAM found it and my guy Michael on the first try. Michael has been doing massage for 10 plus years, specializes in deep tissue, and this was day 3 for Michael at his new home (New Serenity Spa). He did an amazing job from introduction to finale. Did I mention FANTASTIC massage! I’m sure all the therapists are great here, but Michael is my man moving forward. Thank you Michael, feeling great the next day! Last but not least, I also received AMAZING customer service from the lovely ladies at check-in and check-out.

Visiting and we had no idea how to pick a spa, so we trusted the reviews and we were very happy to know, we found an amazing spa. From the phone call to schedule 4 services for 2 people, to the greeting that morning with sips and snacks, to the amazing facials and massages, we felt pampered beyond what we could have or ever had, experienced. Thank you for a wonderful experience. When people love their job and the place they work, it comes out in their service. It is obvious why these ladies were so amazing with their talents and customer service. They love where they work! I want to make another trip to AZ just to come to your spa again!!

Did a random search of good spas to go near where I was staying and found this place. It was my first time in Arizona. As my cousin and I walked in, the setting was immediately relaxing. I got the special which included a massage and a facial. And both were great! I had two different girls (forgot their names sorry!) I was pleased with the prices, it was not unreasonably expensive. It was worth the money. I left the spa super relaxed! Wish I had this spa back in my hometown!

First visit. I had a fantastic organic facial w/oxygen with Juanita today. The service was really wonderful and shes got a fantastic touch. While nothing can reverse years of hard, fun living, she did her best and my skin feels great! Shes funny, professional, and it was one of the most enjoyable 90 minutes Ive spent in a long time. Received an amazing deep tissue massage from Rory. She took the time to understand my needs and areas of focus. The massage table, room, aromatherapy, & everything else was very relaxing and what you would want in a spa experience. Entire staff was very friendly, accommodating, and had COVID-19 precautions in place. Experience was nothing less than 5 stars.

I had a wonderful massage and facial at New Serenity Spa!! My massage therapist Rachel was amazing I almost dozed off I was so relaxed. Casey my esti really understood my skin concerns and her energy was fantastic! The front desk Michaela was accommodating and knowledgeable!

A very warm greeting when you arrive, all the staff is very pleasant - no snobby attitude here! My wait was very short, the massage room was a great temperature and very relaxing. The table itself was heated, but not so much that youd think you were having hot flashes. Laura did my massage, one of the best Ive ever had! The massage lasted the full 60 minutes and was incredibly relaxing - the foot sugar scrub is a nice touch!

Kristina and Jennifer have been very effective and I go to Andrea for the facials. The staff is polite, helpful and caring. I have enrolled my family too and now they enjoy the spa too.

I was at New Serenity Spa about a month ago for the Serenity Facial. Christina, a young woman with a soft demeanor performed the treatment. She was very informative,knowledgeable and professional when it came to the skin care side of the facial and I walked away knowing more about my skin than I did when I went in. I left with a cleanser to use at home,because I now know that water and soap does not cut it! After she looked at my skin,I was in a daze from there on out. Lots of massage and steam which was amazing. My skin felt rejuvenated and baby soft when I left that day. There is no doubt, I will definitely be back the next time I want full relaxation for my mind and body!

I received the best massage I have ever had. I have a lot of back problems, and the standard massages are never enough for me. They are enjoyable, but I still feel out of wack afterwards. I happened to just walk in to the Serenity Spa, I was scheduled with Ana, and she gave me a medical massage after hearing my concerns with my back. She gave the perfect mixture of a deep tissue, a very enjoyable massage, and a minor alignment. I would absolutely recommend Ana, as well as the New Serenity Spa, and will be becoming a member very soon.

I opted for an hour massage and an hour facial. The massage was wonderful. I was so relaxed I needed a nap afterwards. The facial was amazing. The esthetician took all the hot stock dry sun off my skin and revived a more youthful look. Even some of my wrinkles smoothed away! Highly suggest Serenity!!

I recently received a Serenity facial from Andrea and a hot stone massage from Amanda. The whole experience was phenomenal. I walked in and was instantly greeted with pleasant smiles and warm greetings by the girls at the front desk, Stephanie and Sarah I believe were their names. The lobby area was beautifully decorated with lit up photographs and had such a classy feel. Not to mention the snack and beverage station which was a nice touch! :)As for the services, they were hands down the best I have ever had. Andreas touch was relaxing and soothing. She massaged my arms, feet, shoulders, and head! I have never had a facial prior to this where they were so attentive. My face felt super soft and clean by the end. I even bought the products that she recommended for me! My hot stone massage was wonderful, too! I normally cant handle too much pressure but I have a lot of aches and pains, so they recommended that I do the hot stone. Boy were they right! Amanda was able to really get in there without causing ANY discomfort at all. I was able to receive a relaxing massage while getting fixed; miracle!I have so many good things to say about New Serenity Spa. They have customer service down to a science. I signed up for their membership so I fully intend to be back AT LEAST monthly! ;) Thank you everyone for my amazing experience.

Of all the many many spas in the Scottsdale area, New Serenity is truly a unique gem. The beautiful interior is welcoming and soothing and perfectly compliments the phenomenal service you receive. The Serenity Massage completely exceeded my expectations, the attention to detail went above and beyond other corporate type massages Ive had before where it felt too rushed and not very personal. It was all thanks to my therapist Eddie, his knowledge of anatomy and what was specifically going on with my body blew me away. He kept me informed on what he was working on and gave me some great tips as well, you can tell that he truly cares about and enjoys his work. After a long day of travel, the couples massage with the romantic date package was the perfect way to wind down. The massages themselves were fantastic and the champagne and food at the end were a great touch. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and and would highly recommend this massage and spa.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I popped in last minute for a two hour treatment (1.5 hour deep tissue, 15 min feet, 15 min scalp massage). Sheer bliss. I have had hundreds of massages in my lifetime and the one I had here was the very best. The table was soft and perfectly heated. The therapist used warm compresses to relax my tissue throughout. She maintained consistent pressure through the session and checked in with me regarding pressure, often. I loved the massage and the therapist. I will be back monthly! ❤

I’ve been a member for a couple of years now and as a fitness professional I am always sore and tight everywhere by the time I schedule a massage. Every therapist I’ve had especially in the last few visits have been awesome! So knowledgeable, and professional with great techniques for working out even the toughest knots. I had a membership to massage envy for years before and there’s no comparison to the quality of therapists I’ve had at New Serenity Spa.

We experienced the Friendship package which was phenomenal! I specifically had Julie for my facial and Kimberly for my massage. They were excellent. My two girlfriends had everything great to say as well! Very happy we did this.

This was the 1st time at New Serenity and I had the best treatment from Alicia! She was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and best of all , her skill set of an aesthetician was on point. I received a chemical peel and add on of hand and foot massage. The chemical peel is straight forward, however the add on massage for the hands and feet , wow, a must have!!! Thank you Alicia!! New Serenity Spa is a first-class operation... We visited the facility during a quick trip to Scottsdale and found it had much better pricing than the resort spa menu you will find at the nearby hotels. In speaking with the reservationist to make an appointment, its clear they actually listen to what you want to accomplish on your visit. They are very thoughtful on what therapist is suited to your needs which is a nice change from other places that simply slot you in. The facility was great - very comfortable, clean and not too overdone. Ive been to some real over the top birkenstock hippie spas that have scented oil diffusers at every turn that pour way too much granola vibe onto you... New Serenity on the other hand is quite comfortable without being too much. I visited Alycia for 120 minute deep tissue which was FANTASTIC. Ive gotten body work done over the last 10 years to help unwind my poor desk job long commute posture/soreness and she was easily one of the best therapists I have ever seen. Everything was purposeful and there was no time wasted on non-sense. Alycia really understands what will work for you and doesnt simply go through the motions. Id also add my wife had a facial and massage combo that she was really happy with as well. Ill definitely be back when we visit AZ again. Thanks!!

I decided to walk in to see about their massage availability and that turned out to be a great decision. I was relaxed the moment I entered the spa. The receptionist was very warm and friendly. I was so glad they had an massage opening on such short notice. This was the ultimate massage experience. I booked the Serenity Massage for 60 minutes (my only regret) wish I would have booked for longer. The room had this really interesting backlit photo with an incredible Arizona sunset and saguaro. I immediately felt at ease and ready to relax. I discussed my problematic areas with the massage therapist and she made sure to focus on my problem areas. I LOVE scalp massage and they used sugar scrub and warm towels on my feet. This was the best massage Ive ever had! I know a lot of day spas come equipped with fancy jacuzzis and decor. This spa is focused on top notch service without the unnecessary bells and whistles. If you want a phenomenal service in a down to earth environment, this is the place for you. If you are looking for rose petals and fluff than a bigger resort spa may be a better fit. New Serenity Spa was exactly what I needed and I didnt pay over the top prices for my massage. Next time I am in town I will be sure to bring my husband for a couples massage and facial!

I have known Stacy, the lovely , warm, compassionate and beautiful owner of new Serenity Spa, for years. I am so incredibly happy that she has the courage and experience and passion for her business, and has now expanded to a beautiful new facility off Raintree and the 101. The new spa has 6 treatment rooms as well as a fabulous yoga studio. The spa is serene, calming, exquisitely decorated..The moment your foot passes over the threshold, you are transported into a sense of calm and peace. I had an incredible deep tissue massage yesterday that lasted 90 minutes; Christine the massage therapist had her hands full with all the knots in my shoulders and back, and when she was done, I felt like a new woman! I will definitely be booking regular treatments and am so happy there is an environment that really is different than so many other places. This is all about personal attention, that you really feel you are cared for and not just a number and an anonymous face. Stacy also carries top of the line beauty products. Absolutely mind blowing experience! Amy and Stacy were amazing to work with in setting up an incredible spa experience for a 15 girl bachelorette party. Not only did they work within our budget, but they went above and beyond to offer us all the bells and whistles to make this experience one of a kind and leave the bride to be in awe. The spa room they set up for us to lounge around was equipped with spa beds, plenty of space, and tons of treats. They made us little gift bags to boot, which were an unexpected touch and completely out of the realm of what any other spa would ever do. I cannot recommend the spa more to anyone and everyone, especially those looking to do big group spa visits. If youre looking for a perfect place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, bachelorette party, valentines day, or a just because day this is your place!Not to mention the amazing masseuses on the spa team. They were all fantastic and left us incredibly relaxed for the rest of our weekend in Scottsdale.

I have used the New Serenity Spa many times for deep tissue massage and have never been disappointed. They really know what they are doing. I have Fibromyalgia and it is not easy always to figure out, so I have been very pleased with the massages I have received.

I had a bit of a mishap during my spa day with construction noises next-door, but the director of the Spa reached out to me to rectify it, which was greatly appreciated. However, my husband thoroughly enjoyed his relaxation day and loved his facial.

When I walked into New Serenity Spa last week, my body felt like a gigantic ball of stress, and my spirits were dragging behind me like a flat balloon. Amy greeted me with a smile and a cup of strawberry-infused water. Then, Christina and Marica did their magic. Christina took care of my customized facial. This facial included the basic facial plus four extras I chose from the facial menu. Christina used Skinscripts products to bring my dull skin back to life. Her gentle touch truly touched me. After my facial, I slipped on my fluffy robe and slippers and eased to the next room for my deep tissue massage with Marica. Since my back is almost always in terrible condition, I expected a no-pain-no-gain experience. I dont know how she did it, but Marica loosened all my stress balls without hurting me. As far as Im concerned...shes a miracle worker. When I left New Serenity Spa that afternoon, I felt relaxed, renewed and encouraged.

Rico made my life soooooo much better! My pain was greatly diminished and riding my horse and driving were much easier the next day. Not to mention the late hours of business were nice so I could crawl into bed within an hour of completing the Swedish massage and felt well rested the following morning. Highly recommended and my only regret is that I dont live closer.

Dont bother making an appointment.Arrived 15 min early for my appointment, filled out paperwork then at the exact time I should have been starting my services I was told that who I was booked with was not in. Seriously how could you not know prior to my arrival?!!! Or even when I first arrived!! My appointment was 10 and it was 1002.The solution offered was super inconvenient as all transportation was prearranged. Do not recommend if you actually plan on receiving services that were booked (almost a month ago).

Dont sign up for their monthly membership !!!!I was convinced to make a monthly payment of 69 dollar. I was told that I can use this money towards any service I would need. When I Called today to schedule for a hydrafacial appointment, I was told that I have to pay $190 for the service and cant use the accumulated credit i have with them.
