DO NOT PURCHASE HAIR FROM HERE. SPENT $900 ON HAIR FOR IT TO BE FAKE. They literally sent me hair from china thinking I wouldn’t notice. I’ve been coming here and purchasing hair for years and now they don’t want to do anything about the problem. I obviously know the conditions of what the hair should be like I’ve purchased it multiple times and this was nothing like I’ve experienced before this is awful hair. The owner who I spoke with was absolutely the worst business person I’ve ever talked to he kept stuttering and didn’t even say anything it was honestly so embarrassing for him. He says we’ve never had a complaint about the hair before. LIES LIES LIES. Because the other review says the same thing that their hair was cheap and from china. They know what they’re doing and it’s nothing but a SCAM these people. They’re purchasing fake SYNTHETIC CHEAP HAIR and then charging $900 for it. This is not how you run a business AT ALL. Absolutely no compensation or a store credit or even an apology. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will blast you all over social media to make sure people don’t purchase this awful hair I would hate for someone to spend so much money and get scammed. I will also be reporting this to the better business bureau. I didn’t want to have to take it this far but when you guys simply don’t care at all and just stutter on the phone and say absolutely nothing when I tell them about the quality of the hair then SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE. It’s sad you’ve lost a loyal customer who would have gone to you for a lifetime but now I am completely done with this awful disgusting company.

My family and I have been going to canyon falls for years. I went to get my hair done by melissa and bought brand new weft extensions through their website for her to install. I ordered 2 packs, and one pack was the wrong color and weft. She put it in my head anyways without telling me, then tried to proceed to tell me they were the same extensions. They did go ahead and reorder the correct ones after i figured this out and complained, but then the color ended up fading in my real hair, she didn’t put enough hair in because she tried to hide the fact she put a machine weft on the top and not a seamless luxe(what I ordered).. (then claimed it was new packaging or version of hair when it’s completely different and definitely not seamless. It was a thick track and the hair was ratty)… one side is now thicker than the other, and I told her and the owner, I would like for them to be fixed it as I just spent $730 + tip just for color that faded and an inefficient installation, and I’m unable to be refunded for the hair. Melissa told me she exhausted all options after taking a grand from me without fixing it. My real hair is now a light, brown red and my extensions are a soft black. I was more than willing to work with melissa and remained respectful and polite. My hair should’ve been done right the first time. So I just spent basically 2 grand on absolutely nothing. Adam is a coward and won’t even give me a phone call. These people are snakes and honestly not that goodBelow is my thin weft vs the thick one she snuck onto my head.

I have always went in and saw Allison. Who is amazing! Well she was out of town. So Jo the receptionist referred me to Victoria, she was super nice but definitely over charged me! By a lot. All I went in for was a root touch up and a blow out. A few days went by and I washed out my hair. My roots are like brown and my root touch up was for straight black! How could you mess this up and charge someone $225!! What ever you do never go see Victoria!! I have a big event and my hair looks worse than what I started with! I definitely got robbed of my money! Also this salon just lost my business, my friends, and my employees business. I tried to call to see if they would make it right but I doubt they will! I am so embarrassed about my hair after one wash all the color disappeared. I even asked for permanent!

Until I found Victoria K a year ago, I went from hairdresser to hairdresser feeling disappointed after every haircut - I have long, thick hair and every other stylist would chop off several inches to make my hair healthy. I never had a particular stylist that I really liked until a year ago when I stumbled upon Victoria would had just moved to Arizona. I walked in the first time expecting a simple trim and because of my length Victoria wanted to do a Hot Cut. I had never heard of this before, but it is something done in Europe and at a couple of salons in New York and LA, and now because of Victoria, its also done in Scottsdale! I gave the Hot Cut a try and I will never go back to a regular cut! With a Hot Cut, Victoria uses special hot scissors to trim off all of my split ends and seal the ends of each strand. It’s a little more expensive than a regular cut, but it is worth every penny. My hair is healthier than it has ever been, without having to cut off several inches (I think she is trims less than an inch unless I ask for more). I get so many compliments about how healthy and full my hair looks and I have recommended Victoria to multiple people and they have all been just as happy.Today, I got a keratin treatment (actual Keratin that is good for your hair, not a Brazilian blowout) and I am obsessed - I didnt know my hair could look any better than it did with the Hot Cut, but its so soft and shinny. I will never go to anyone else, Victoria is simply amazing!

This place is very unprofessional. Highly unrecommended. Mariam asked me to blow dry my hair myself after my most recent appointment with her. I was concerned about the thickness of my highlights after asking for thin highlights (baby highlights).

Victoria is the best beautician I have ever come across. She truly cares and wants you to look and feel your best. She has so much knowledge and can help solve any hair issue you may have. She is AMAZING!! I cant say enough about her.

Yesterday was my first visit to this salon to have my eyelashes done. I have been to many other salons and I can definitely say this was the best experience of them all. It was a great atmosphere, nice facility and my Aesthetician was Maricel. She was wonderful. My eyelashes look the best they have ever. She was gentle, caring and approachable. The quality and detailed work is excellent. I highly recommend her.

Victoria K. Is an incredible beautician and a wonderful person! Her work is meticulous and I highly recommend her for an overall spectacular experience. She is the best!

2.5 stars would be a more accurate rating. I surprised my wife for her birthday by making appointments for her to get full-set gel nails and a haircut/shampoo. The advertised prices for services were expensive, but I assumed they reflected the quality of work that would be performed. However, this was not the case as the work on my wife’s nails looked very rushed and subpar (see attached pic). The advertised prices on the salon’s website are either inaccurate or misleading. For example, the website clearly states that a full set of gel nails is $55, but we were charged $60. When my wife asked about the additional $5 charge, she was told that it was because she got “gel”, which again, was included in the advertised price on their website. We also had the same issue with her haircut, which was advertised at $65, but we were charged $85. If there was going to be a difference in the advertised price for whatever reason, then it should have been discussed beforehand. Overall, the quality of the services that my wife received did not reflect the quality you would expect with such high prices.

Lovely professional salon that I would highly recommend! The entire staff is friendly , accommodating, and highly skilled with years of experience.After having my hair done by Franco, one of their amazing stylist, I haven’t stopped receiving compliments. For a short hair cut he took his time to make sure everything was perfect, and explained what he was doing along the way. Bobs are not the easiest haircut, but he knocked it out of the park. Thank you Franco and the entire team and Canyon Falls Spa and Salon!

I went in to get a facial with Oksana and she was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend her for all your skin needs, the facial was so relaxing and she was so professional, I could tell that she has years of experience. If you want to get pampered this is the place to go! I can’t wait for my next appointment!!!

Today I had my hair done with Victoria and I LOVE it! I went from brunette to a platinum icy blonde. So happy with how it came out, she’s amazing!

Great [place, spacious, clean, up-beat and offering range of services from hair styling to facials and nails. I am very picky when it comes to my hair, glad I found Alexandra who is now my go to person for hair. She is fantastic not just with cutting, but with color as well. I hear many of the people who work there have been there for any years which is always a great sign of a well run salon.

Unbelievable experience! This place truly prides themselves in customer service and it shows! Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and helpful and made for a great experience. I would highly recommend this Spa and Salon to anyone in or traveling to the Scottsdale area. Nancy did the massage and she was amazing! Great job to everyone at Canyon Falls for making the experience a great one!

I am very pleased with my service. I felt relaxed and my skin felt clean and soft. I had planned to return. But:I was disappointed that my niece who had an appointment with me was not offered services like I was. She was given a “ basic” facial while I received offers, and asked which services I wanted. She was done in 45 min then had to sit and wait for me for an hour and a half. I had no idea that was happening. It was so uncomfortable to come out of a relaxing facial only to find out that she had been waiting that long. I suggest you clarify with both parties when friends come in together. Make sure services offered and performed match up so no one is waiting like this without both people expecting it. I had no idea I had been in there 2 hours. This was my first visit. I requested appointments for facials. A clarification could have taken place when we booked, when we arrived before we were separated or once we spoke with the technician about services. The way it was handled could easily lost two clients and created bad reviews.

My appointment took way longer than expected. The gal had to add more color to my hair twice and for some very odd reason felt the need to bring up my studder while we were talking. I definitely won’t be going back there.

I would like to share that I had an Amazing experience with Hairstylist Larissa at Canyon Falls Salon. She did a great job picking the perfect color shade for me. Then, she took time to shape and style my haircut with so much taste! I dont remember being this Happy with my hairstyle and color before! THANK YOU, LARISSA!!!

I have been coming to Canyon Falls for years to get my haircut. They have hours that are able to accommodate my busy schedule and I can always get in on the day that I want. I always am warmly welcomed by the front desk staff as well as my stylist Samantha. I am sad to hear that she is moving on, but look forward to starting with a new stylist as I know they will provide me with the same excellent service that I have always gotten.

It seems like 5 Stars for Irina Monet’s facials don’t do them justice. Irina is incredibly skilled, professional and simply the best Facialist in the valley! From the serene setting and relaxing music, to the detailed consultation for what treatments are being applied and why. Irina goes out of her way to make every part of your experience as healing and soothing as possible. Even waxing and dermaplaning are comfortable in her care! I’ve been fighting Father Time for as long as I can remember and Irina Monet is the best weapon I’ve come across to combat the signs of aging. If you make Irina part of your Self-Care routine you will not be disappointed!

I got a Dermaplane and a facial with Lisa, and her + the service was absolutely amazing! My face has never felt or looked better. I’m so glad i came here and i will definitely be back. Lisa educated me through the entire process and took the time to even get to know me some. The receptionist was very attentive and friendly, i would highly recommend this place.

I just got a syringe of Restylane Lyft by Diane. First off, the salon /spa is beautiful! Staff is so welcoming and friendly. The spa waiting area is quiet, relaxing, and smells like lavender. The injector, Diane, is very informative. She listened to what I was self conscience about and addressed how to improve it. I felt very comfortable. Love my natural results.

Ive been seeing Irina for my skin treatments for years. As a man my skin is a bit more oily and just different than a womans skin but she always gets my skin polished up perfect. Thank you Irina, you the best! Highly recommend her.

I had dermaplaning and a facial at this spa, and it was incredible. I felt incredibly relaxed, and receive many many compliments on my skin. I have gone to other spas before, that were double or triple the price, but Canyon Falls was just as good, if not better. Definitely planning on going back again.

Excellent service, clean friendly atmosohere. Reasonable price for the area. My daughter got a cut from Alexandra that she loves. Great conversation. My nephews cut was from Chris in the barbershop. He did a great job interpreting the goals of a finicky teenage boy. Thanks for the great service.

I’m leaving three stars because the salon really worked hard to try to fix my hair.He did not leave the highlight chemicals in my hair long enough and my hair came out orange instead of blonde, which resulted in orange hair on top and through my length combined with the previous blonde highlights. He also cut way too much length and did not put any style back into my hair.This man was too busy telling me how he heals people and he does it no charge, but accepts gifts. He is a fraud. He cannot even focus long enough to provide highlights and a haircut, how is he going to focus and “heal” someone? I assume that takes a lot of focus and energy, if possible at all.Save your gifts folks. Don’t get played by this guy.

Had an amazing haircut by Marlee today. She listened to what I wanted and perfectly executed it. She also does a killer blow out! Haircut/blow dry was $60, they take off $10 for your first visit though. Called for the appt and got in the same day. Will definitely come again.

Andrea is the bomb! Came in a week or so ago for a shaping, cut...wasnt completely sure what I wanted - besides to try to get my hair back to how it was before chemo - but I told Andrea, I used to get so many compliments on my hair and I just hadnt been happy with it since it grew back. Kinda gave some details of how it was before, she did her magic (and got me into using hair WAX which Id never used before!) and within 1-2 days, already got my first compliment! Had a few more since. Nice sassy shag cut, easy to style and for the first time in over a year, I am actually very happy with it again. Thank you, Andrea!

Related to The Hair Company and the 808 extensions:I purchased 808 extensions from the Hair Shop last month when their staff member told me they were on par with Great Lengths, which is what I usually used. My stylist put a color on the ends (peroxide and ammonia-free) and put them in my hair like normal. Within two weeks, if I moved my head at all, they would knot and matt. Finally, I decided after two extensions ripped out when I was brushing a knot in the extensions about mid-way down, it was time to take them out. My stylist was appalled at the quality of these, saying she had never had that experience before with them. I spoke with the company and was told they would give me a store credit if the hair was tested and found to be tainted. I brought the hair in (along with the clumps of hair which came out with the extensions) and was told by the owner, Adam, that he would send them in, but he was embarrassed to do so because they had been colored, and my stylist should know better. Mind you, my stylist has made a major name for herself in the hair extension world. He told me he was not willing to do anything to make up for the horrible Barbie hair which was sold to me under the statement from his staff that it was Great Lengths quality. When I asked him about customer service, he told me I needed to be angry at my stylist and not the extensions. This is a hair supplier who works with plenty of stylists in town. Surely, my stylist is not the first one to apply a stain (which should not damage the extension at all). The fact that I was told he basically didnt care about my experience makes me feel that others needs to be aware of not only his lack of care regarding the people who keep him in business, but also puts stylists at risk of damaging their relationships with clients. He was quick to talk poorly about my stylists work and even quicker to shove blame from the extensions. Be warned. My hair now has gaping holes from where the extensions were matted and ripped and my hair itself is now thinner and looks like I fried it off because of the damage from the knots which presented themselves. It should also be known that I have had extensions before and know how to take care of them, and also know that three weeks for extensions to go this bad is not normal. Dont make the same mistake I did. Use Great Lengths. And purchase them from anyone BUT The Hair Company and Adam.

I come to this spa to see Phoenix. She is an aesthetician at Canyon. I have had issues with my skin for a long time. Oily, frequent breakouts, and dark spots. She has made my skin a million times better. Its almost never oily anymore which is the best thing plus I have had about 70% less breaking out. If you suffer from this type of thing you know what it means to see any sort of improvements in your skin. This was significant changes after my first appointment and after each time I see her. She is not going to give you a puff facial which to me is useless. Ya know.....slap on a mask or whatever products they may be using and add a little shoulder massage thats what I call a puff facial. Its nice but not good for skin issues that need to be addressed with extractions and such. She is the best and I now dont have to waste anymore money or time searching. I am so happy to finally see my bad skin changing to great skin. Thank you Phoenix:)

Yesterday I took advantage of the services of the Master Larisa Malayeva. She is a professional. It was very pleasant to communicate with her. She found the style that fit me. As a result, I was pleased. The color of hair and the haircut were exactly as I wanted! Now I know who to come next time!

Marlee is the best! The whole place is clean and very nice inside! Everyone was super sweet! There was a mix up with my booking, which was disappointing, but Marlee explained it, the manager came out and spoke to me, they handled everything wonderfully! She made she she knew what I wanted and really made sure I liked it before I left!

Unfortunately not pleased with the haircut. I felt like I paid $60+tip for a trim rather than the haircut I requested. In fairness, she was adept in styling it, but when I got home my sister said she couldnt see that I had a haircut. Went in the following week to have more taken off. I could see Maria was put off that I was back and dismissive of my concern. Still didnt get it right. Its now 2 weeks since I went for the initial cut and it looks like I need another cut. $60 is way too much to pay and not get a full cut. Needless to say, dont waste your money.

Canyon Falls is wonderful! I initially purchased a Groupon for massage and facial and continued to use their services well after. I love that they use PCA skin care and their estheticians are professional, knowledgeable, and always make me feel relaxed. I can completely trust their recommendations. I would also suggest taking advantage of the wellness program. All you do is book your next appointment after the service/ within a certain amount of time and you get a considerably better price on the next facial.

I wanted to write this review while it was fresh in my mind. This is my second time seeing Oksana at Canyon Falls Spa & Salon located in Scottsdale. This time I went to see her for dermaplaning and an eyebrow wax. The last time I saw Oksana was in December – but she remembered me, which is always a good sign. Knowing I had a talented and professional esthetician, I knew the results of my services would be stellar. What I didn’t expect was how relaxing she made me feel. I entered her dimly lit room. I put on my little cover-up, and then I crawled under the covers to lay on a warm, heated cushion. Throughout both procedures, I was able to sit back and relax. I didn’t have to worry about her messing up because I knew she provided quality services already. Believe it or not, I almost feel asleep and I have to admit – it was more relaxing than the massage and acupuncture treatments received the week prior (at a different salon). Oksana even introduced me to a hair stylist that I am confident can handle my needs. All-in-all, I highly recommend Oksana at Canyon Falls Spa & Salon. At risk of her becoming overbooked, I have to admit I don’t know why people would use anyone else but her. Today, I even asked her what other services should I get from you. I left her salon feeling like a million bucks, and she only freshened up my face. I just think about what Oksana can do if I put her to work on a full body overall. She is a must have esthetician in your life. Look forward to seeing you soon Oksana, and thank you again!

I had a Swedish/Deep tissue Massage. I asked Ashley to concentrate on some areas, that due to some intense excersize, needed some additional attention. She did a great job. I would highly recommend this spa and especially Ashley. Everyone I came in contact with, were very cordial and helpful.

Amazing and talented staff! Im not from the area and was visiting my fiance over Thanksgiving, we had a photo shoot the day after I arrived and they were able to fit in a haircut and style, eyebrow waxing, manicure, and pedicure the morning of. Great pricing for the quality work that they do.

This place is horrible! Asked for someone on a master level and she absolutely destroyed my hair! It was dead inside and the place was dirty and definitely dated. When I walked in, it reminded me of a failing salon but because they said they’d been there so long - I figured it was ok...how hard can it be to cover some roots ...apparently very hard and my girl was off for triple the time she said she would talking with her friends. My hair turned out brassy yellowish (hot roots)...basic brown touch up is so easy - she must’ve mixed it incorrectly.

Everybody was great. When I got there an elderly man greeted me and said he was my stylist. I was immediately wary. I told him what I wanted ( pixie undercut) and unfortunately he had no idea of what I wanted. Like I said, everybody was super nice. Hes just not up to date with current trends.

Had the derma-planing treatment with enzyme peel. Lisa was amazing! My skin looked and felt incredible. Will definitely go back soon!

If you need extensions, this is the salon.. I get mine done by melissa. I have had my hair ruined by different extension experts. If not ruined, I always had a mullet that no one could manage to blend. Melissa has done an amazing job with my hair. The blending and application is perfect. My husband was one to point out the mullet and he is very pleased with melissa, also. The cost of the extensions is not cheap of course. But you know what they say, you get what you pay for”. Well, melissa is worth it!

Lisa is amazing. After the dermaplaning and facial I was a new person. My skin looks so great that I keep touching my face every 5 minutes. I will be back for sure.

Nassi Morgan is the hair QUEEN! She is a master colorist and does a Keratin treatment (not Brazilian Blowout) that is good for my hair and lasts four months! She is the best!!

I have been to all of the top hair salons and was amazed how hard it was to find someone who knew how to do extensions and hair color correctly. Finally, after years of hair damage and frustration I found Nassi at Canyon Falls Spa & Salon. Her knowledge and perfectionism to get my hair right was a God send! I have had several compliments for the first time in years! Nassi is not only a hair expert she is also a genuine compassionate person who actually really cares about the client-wow! Nassi is an implant from California and Scottsdales best kept secret until now! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Got a facial at this place before my bachelorette brunch and it was the best experience ever.The environment was super relaxing, the experience was not something ive ever had but it was so soothing, refreshing and freakin amazing that i was relaxed the entire day and felt like putty somewhat like one does after a really good massage. The prices are a bit high but totally worth it.

This is indeed the place to splurge and have the most amazing tiuch and customer service experience. From the person taking your call to the person delivering the service, it was a soectacular experience. I had the privilege to be introduced to Yana, the brow specialist. This lady is phenominal and highky skilled in what she does, that I dont have the words to describe her impeccable approach to delivering a first class experience. There is a huge difference between telling clients and prospects about focis on customer care and actually doing it. Yanas focus on customer satisfaction is second to none and Im so amazed at her deep sense of positivity. Yana took the time to explain the micro blading process to me and did everything to make the experience as seamless as possible for me. My eyebrow is just simply fabulous and I couldnt be happier. Thanks to Yanas dedication to perfection and her ability to listen and pay attention to my need. This lady is a gem and the best!

Lisa Morelli performs a fabulous individualized facial. She explains what she will be doing before she starts and again as she is performing the various steroid of the facial. I felt that she personalized the facial to my unique needs.
