Dont know what has happened to place as of late. For the last 17 yrs this place has had great service. Now not so much.Crazy to think Id be giving a bad review 😔 the security on shift today around 530 give or take was super rude and didnt care at all. Same as the lady working the window on the same shift.There was a kid that was maybe in first grade walking around asking for a ride home. Security was completely oblivious to the kid or as to how he got there. And genuinely didnt care with a non chalant shoulder shrug as his response to anything and everything. I wonder if David even knows about any of this. Hopefully he doesnt and corrects this

Very poor customer service! I went through the drive thru to get drinks for myself and kids also get a bag of ice avoiding getting down. I was handed my drinks but was told to go around the corner to grab my own ice!!! Ive been to going the smoke shop for years , and never had to get down and grab my own ice when going throughthe drive thru. Im not sure if this is a new thing but whats is the point goin thru the drive thru if i have to get down!!! Also the security guard working there was VERY rude; as I got down to ask where do I get the ice he closes the door in my face. He saw me get out my vehicle as i was walking behind him when I asked. In disbelief I said excuse me and he just shrugged his shoulders!! Out of all the times I have gone to this shop I have never been treated this way. If this is how he treated a community member I wonder how he my treat non community members. If his actions continue like this im sure it will give the shop a bad name and eventually the tribe a bad name!!8/12/24 5pm.I really hope the owner sees this and corrects it!

Interesting shop no doubt. Its well worth the drive for the experience and value. The staff are super helpful and are willing to help answer any questions you might have. Make sure you are 18+ to get further into the store. Again its worth the drive, anyone that needs a good tobacco here it is for you.

Great little place! Happened to stop by while passing through, and am glad I did. They had a wider range of cigarettes than one would’ve expected for a smaller location like this one, including cigarettes that you don’t see very often and can be rather difficult to come by. I was very pleased to find not only did they have Lucky Strikes (my absolute favorite) in stock, but they sold them by the carton for much less than one usually sees them go for. The prices were by and large more than reasonable, and that added together with good staff and such a large selection made me excited to have found the place. The shop itself was reasonably clean and easy to navigate, with large aisles and products clearly displayed and easily reachable. Parking was sparse, especially for larger vehicles, but still enough to accommodate a decent amount of customers, and was easy to get in and out of in spite of the busyness of the main road to the side. In total, a good shopping experience with a wide selection and great prices- what more could I ask for!

Everyone is always nice!! The drive thru is awesome if you dont want to see prices, dont forget your stamp card!!

Been a customer for almost 20 years - They are ALWAYS nice. I honestly dont think Ive ever seen a clerk even have a bad attitude or anything!! Best prices in the state, I drive 40 minutes to shop there twice a month. I frickin love them.

I like most of the staff! Very friendly, however, theres always an exception. On 10/1/17 @ approximately 545pm the cashier at the smaller counter was pretty rude. I asked for the Camel crush, I didnt specify, so cashier rung up the black box of Camel. I noticed it and said I was sorry for not being more specific. The cashier grab the black ones and cancelled them off the register. I said Im sorry, are you mad? Smile, dont be mad. Making no eye contact & in a very monotone voice says maam Im not mad! It wasnt very good customer service. By the way, all through our short encounter there was very little eye contact! Thanks for your time!

This evening was my first time visiting someone at Plaza Healthcare.I wish there had been more parking near the doors but the staff seemed very nice and the building and hallways were clean.I will gladly visit my sister there again!

Outstanding prices for smokes and other tobacco products. Snacks and other treats priced at a competitive but average level.This is the only place in the East Valley Ive been able to find Lucky Strikes.

My wife smokes and this where i get all my wifes cigarettes. The prices are way, way lower. Everybody working here is friendly. I wish they would get in to vape. I would get my vape here also. The location is really easy to get to. Not that far away from the 101 and 202

It okay if you need like a lighter or cigarettes. Otherwise depending on whos working there rude people. Watch out for there bad customer service skills.

SMOKIN COOL PLACE -a little confusing to enter bc of the road construction but well worth any hassle. Saved $20 on a carton and no limit on amount to be purchased.

ON-AUK-MOR means the smoke shop its a good place got over 350 flavors of different kinds of tobacco or cigarettes they got good employees good service you can either walk in or go to the drive thru thats good helps a lot of people out of there in a hurry I should know this is my tribe my reservation

Awesome you can drive through walk-in the staff is really friendly you can get in and out of there within minutes and the smokes are cheaper than other places thats great

I come to this place every week to grab 2 cartons of cigarettes. With my son being a big smoker and mentally ill and with us being on Social Security, this place has saved us a ton of money.
