Jenna is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever worked with. I am currently receiving prenatal massages from her but look forward to continuing after with regular massages as well. She is patient, listens to concerns, and truly makes for a relaxing experience!

All the staff here have been amazing, I usually ask for whoever is available and am never disappointed. Special shout out to Jenna and her magic hands, I went to her regularly for prenatal massages. Thank you all for the pain relief and relaxation!

I highly recommend Jenna at Unravel in Magnolia! I have been booking massages with her for a little over a year. I started going to Jenna for prenatal massages. Throughout my pregnancy she was very supportive! She helped alleviate pain I was having due to pregnancy. She has such a relaxing and welcoming environment. I always look forward to my massage appointments. Izzy at the front desk is welcoming and really helpful! I’m so glad I found Unravel they have a really amazing staff.

Kelsey, Cory, and Annelie are all so wonderful. I’ve had monthly medical massages here as well as facials and have only had good experiences with everyone. They take insurance which is so helpful and all of the front desk staff are kind and supportive.

I have been coming to this business for a while and I get the best massages from Jenna! She is very caring, compassionate, and always makes sure to provide you with comfort and care. She has even helped relieve my chronic shoulder pain! I will never switch to another masseuse. She goes the extra mile to help her clients in any way, even when it doesn’t have to do with her service. Unravel Therapeutics is excellent! Izzy is responsive and communicative, easily running the front! A highly skilled massage therapist, Jemma has that great balance of technical and intuitive skills, coupled with the strength that I need in massage. She also cracks me up with her humor and vivacious personality! I highly recommend Unravel and Jemma!!

Jenna gives the BEST pregnancy massages! Ive been seeing her bi-weekly for the last few months and its always the best part of my week. You will feel like a new person after shes done with you! I usually feel like 60 min isnt enough time in massages, but she does a very well rounded routine where you feel amazing after and very relaxed. Thank you Jenna for being one of the best parts of my pregnancy! haha

I had my first massage in 4 years today with Jane and it was a great experience! Shes very sweet and we had a great conversation. The massage was awesome as well. I felt really good afterwards and Ill definitely need to book a longer session next time.

One of best massages I’ve had! Javier really finds the issue and works it out till it releases! If you need a therapeutic massage he’s the guy! Also adorable little shop with clothing, candles and accessories.

I have been coming to unravel for the last few years and have always had a relaxing & pleasant experience. All of the masseuses have been excellent, especially Jenna who has given me some of the best massages I have ever had - she is very skilled at what she does and I will keep coming back to her!

I started coming here for pre-natal massages when I was 7 months pregnant - when it was painful to walk due to sciatic pain and Jenna worked her magic! I saw her weekly and looked forward to it every week! Needless to say, my son is 19 months old now and I still see Jenna! Additionally, their store front is super cute! Bonus is that they take insurance! Love Unravel Therapeutics and all their friendly and professional staff.

Got bad gamer neck/back? Jenna is AMAZING, after just one massage I felt like I was actually able to sit with almost 0 pain- I hadn’t felt that good since before I started dealing with chronic pain. Best massage I’ve ever had!

They are one of the few good massage places that bill insurance. There is a facility fee and the availability for my favorite therapist is tough as she is usually booking out two months in advance. I respect that people are busy who are good though! For other reviews check out @therealjenniferjlee

Unravel is a nice, relaxing chiro and therapeutic massage dual business that has a very beautifully curated boutique in front for womens fashion and home accessories.Staff is always very welcoming and friendly, and Ive had deep tissue massages from 3 therapists so far who all did great work. They really listen to what you want while making helpful recommendations for the service and for at-home preventive care.

Great place for deep tissue massage, has parking, all rooms are nice, warm and clean.After 2 years of biweekly massages I couldn’t recommend Jenna as therapist more!!! Jenna is amazing at deep tissue massage and always listens to client requests.

Update: The owner has waived the fee and explained it was a misunderstanding.My husband has loved this place, but today he decided stopped going. 4/7 morning, whoever was in the front desk, rude. She hung up on my husband after he called to cancel the appointment (due to sickness) unbelievable. No customer service whatsoever. Disappointed. Otherwise the acupuncture was good . So unfortunate.

I went here about a year ago because it was listed as in network with my insurance. the massage was, fine. the massage rooms were pretty clinical, more like a doctors office than a massage studio. decided not to return. fast forward A FULL YEAR. apparently this wasnt covered by my insurance and i got a phone call out of nowhere saying i had to pay my bill or go to collections. if you were that concerned about being paid, why did it take a full year to reach out to me. no email, not call before this, nothing. I could have used my HSA card to pay this bill last year, but now that im on an FSA i cant use that money because this happened outside of this calendar year, and has to go on my credit card instead. very disappointing payment process.

My husband and I recently went for a massage at Unravel, and it was amazing! From the moment I walked in Noha at the front desk was gracious and offered me refreshments and showed me around. Did you know as an added plus they have some super cute clothes as well as a skin care options??My masseuse was Megan, and she was very attentive listening to what I needed. She gives one of those amazingly strong massages that are just the right pressure. Would definitely go again in the future!

I’ve been visiting Sheryll at Unravel for 10 years for everything from prenatal massage to general sports or Swedish massage. She is the absolute best but is moving on. Glad they opened up a second location in lower Queen Anne.

Javier is amazing! Careful, knowledgeable, skillful assessment of my problem and a really effective massage after I wrenched my back. Javier likes to talk more than most therapists, but I was ok with that because he was interesting and offered some good advice. He made sure I was comfortable throughout.

I booked a massage appointment last minute and took public transit across town to address my widespread back pain. It was absolutely worth it. I was super early but luckily they have a darling shop downstairs you can browse through while you wait. Staff was friendly. I was then taken upstairs to another cute cozy waiting area to meet my therapist. My therapist was Will and he was incredibly intuitive. He really listened to my concerns and did exactly what I wanted without too much explanation from me. Several times during the massage he checked in about the pressure, and I was impressed when he asked “does this feel like the area I need to be working on?” (It was always dead on) And proceeded to recommend some stretches for the worst area. I left satisfied and feeling a TON better in just 30 min (now wishing I booked a full hour). I don’t think I’ve ever gotten EXACTLY what I was looking for in a massage before this one so I will definitely make the trip across town to come again. He repeated a lot of the movements over and over but I actually felt like that was more effective and relaxing than if he changed it up constantly like a lot of therapists do. Kind of perfect. If I had to complain about ANYTHING, the head rest and table weren’t the most comfy but It didn’t reduce the quality of my massage. Try em out!

I’ve been going to unravel for some time now and it’s been an amazing experience. I have a lot of back pain from work and it has decreased significantly since going there. The front desk people are super kind and helpful and the therapists are great as well. Overall, I always look forward to going back!

Came here for the first time to get a massage with Mia. She was really receptive to my asks and did an amazing job working out my whole body. I had just returned from a backpacking trip the day before, and finished packing/moving into my new place just two weeks ago... So my body was a mess. I slept for 12 hours that night and feel sore in all the right ways. I will be coming back!

By far this has been the best massage place ive been in Seattle. Super relaxing vibes,very professional therapists, great customer service, and everyone is just nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

My experience was far less than satisfactory in two aspects. the massage person was much too rough and continued to be rough when I asked her to use less pressure. I dont get a massage expecting to come away with bruising. The new billing system is or was a mess. I expect to pay a bill and have it be correctly posted. Ill not go back.

TD;LR: Avoid Unravel Therapeutics in Magnolia due to their wildly unprofessional and inappropriate billing practices.I received massage therapy from Unravel Therapeutics five times through my insurance. My insurance EOBs say that I should have paid Unravel a total of $29.50. I just checked my credit card statements and Ive paid them $36.07 plus $80.00 in tips. Based on this they may have actually been overcharging me.I received a letter today from Unravels Pre-Collection Department that I have an amount of $5.90 that is 120 days overdue and “Your account has recently been brought to our attention…” plus “…your account may be referred to our outside agency…”.Its worth noting that to-date Ive paid every invoice theyve sent me without reviewing; usually the same day I receive their invoice. The last time I received service from Unravel was 111 (not a typo) days ago.Not only is their overdue notice wildly incorrect, it appears to be outright incorrect. Avoid Unravel Therapeutics if youre seeking treatment through your health insurance: its not worth the hassle.Addendum: Unravels unprofessional practices are not related to the PPE charge (which my insurer has paid every time).

Unravel is simply perfect. Ive been a loyal customer for many years because they offer the best massage, wonderful organic facials, acupuncture and a lovely selection of clothing, jewelry, cards, and handbags. Heaven.

Went in with some lower back pain and the masseuse was amazing. Focused massage for lower back pains and deep tissue massage, very relaxing and super recommended.
