By far my favorite smoke shop in Seattle. I loved it at the old location but this one is even better! Super well-lit, great selection and the prices are killer. Hannah and the rest of the employees are friendly and helpful. I try not to shop anywhere else, thats how much I like it.

The team members here consistently exhibit a helpful and accommodating attitude, always ready to provide assistance.The pricing here is well within reason, making shopping even more enjoyable. Moreover, they carry an extensive inventory, ensuring that all my needs and preferences are met.I genuinely appreciate the excellent service and the wide selection of items available. Came in very last minute before close. The clerk there was super cool and funny. He also hipped me to some knowledge about classifications of some fruit ( which I was in need of my daily dose of general knowledge!) He helped me find a new flavor of elf bar that I did wind up liking but I did not pick ...He accidentally grabbed the wrong one and I was in such a rush to get out of there I didnt even notice!!! Its totally fine though! I also got him hip to a new flavor after I bought a...Mint ULTRA. Thanks for the MALIBU ELF BAR BRO-SKI!!!!! IT IS light but sweet and has a good fruity flavor. ****s only because of the Minor Mistake. Im not mad at ya! Going back to complete my purchase soon!

From the minute that clerk opened his mouth I could tell this was going to be unproductive… He acted like he didn’t want to be there at all, and he sure didn’t want to answer any of my questions… I bet it would’ve been different and I got in the store and flashed $100 bill… Never go back there

So glad I found this place! My interaction with staff was genuine and warm which is not often the case. The prices are better than virtually any other place in Seattle! They sell the best head shop kratom (imho) Klarity Kratom. This will be the place I come to from now on!

Everything is very cheap and they have a very large quantity and selection of different items. Also the cashier was pretty nice and was actually kind of funny

Great selection, but very pricey!!! Some things are very well priced though, but their vape products and torches are super expensive! Oh and the security guard kept repeating, I love to beat the sh!t outta people and he was the employee helping me make my purchases. I think he was intoxicated. But he was able to answer MOST of my questions correctly, so I guess he wasnt too bad...Totally unprofessional though. When I picked out my two torches in blue and in yellow, he told me not to get the yellow, because he didnt like yellow, because for him it is unlucky. Ok so what?? He said oh I thought youd get the pink. Why? (Im a girl, btw) sheesh. Too much talking, not enough professionalism.

First time in the store. Did not recognize a lot of the vape juice brands that they had, and the ones i did, they were ones that i either did not like or was not super impressed with in the past. Nonetheless, good variety of flavors, and staff was super friendly and helpful picking one out. She pointed out a few that she personally likes and uses regularly, and ended up with a watermelon blue raspberry flavor. Will be back for my next bottle.

I love this little smoke shop and prefer to never shop anywhere else. I had a couple problems with one employee not knowing the products or how to treat people, but after speaking with the owner and explaining what had happened he made sure his staff knew the store and everything in it and made things right with me. I would definitely recommend this place for all your smoke needs. Great prices too! Thank you!!!

This shop does not do returns. Even when the product they sell you is faulty. I bought a $50 vape from them and when I told them it leaks vape juice everywhere they would not let me return it. Waste of $50 and they lost my business for life. They also sold me a mint flavored vape juice that tastes so bad, its sweet and doesnt taste like mint at all. Again they wouldnt refund me. Another $18 down the drain. Horrible customer service.

I come to the shop everyday for my daily pack of camel and I absolutely love the service of the 2 gentlemen that recently came from California they are always so helpful and courteous. I love Golden Smoke.

After going to this shop I realized I am getting ripped off everywhere I go as well as the guy that is always working here is that effing man!! He always makes sure everyone and I mean everyone is taken care of!! I am living proof!! As well as they are literally like half the price of every other smoke shop!! They have masterglass rigs and really nice and good sized ones at like 80 bucks!! Puff bars are the cheapest I’ve seen!!! If you don’t go here you’re losing out!!!! On money!!!!!

Awesome little smoke shop, decent selection of vape juice, lots of good glassware and dab stuff and some good regular tobacco stuff too. Shopkeeper was very attentive to the several customers he had in and very knowledgeable. Even after tax the price was still lower than I pay for my desired juice at my old Vape Shop. Im very impressed and this has now become my go-to spot.

The people who work behind the counter have always (and I mean it!) treated me with kindness and respect that reminds me of the rural communities that I lived in as a kid and later but only sometimes as an adult, up in the plains and hills of the Dakotas. There was a sense of honor and strength in showing humility and being honest and supporting your fellow human I guess is the sweeter way of rephrasing an old term used to describe all of us but was aimed at men in particular and with no apologies to those it still disrespects.

Decent prices for what they got, and the owner is always willing to work w you if you talk to him.update : they have expanded their inventory quite a bit and are more organized than ever. If youre in the area and looking for smoking/vaping related wares stop by and check them out.Also they do sell Kratom, for those interested. And if thats something that you are into, it looks like they have some different options.check them out - support another local business

I absolutely love this place hands down smoke shop ever. I will drive Barn to come here I will wait over and I say if I need to buy something just so I buy it at the smoke shop. Fast friendly services with the cheapest prices on all products. Theyre open super late, actually its the latest open smoke shop in Seattle... Edit no longer a 5star place. I showed up 25 minutes before they closed and they wouldnt open the door and they had customers in there. Such a shame

I went to the Golden Smoke House to buy my first hookah. I got the best service. They showed me different options and found the right one that was matching my budget. You cant beat their prices, they are always willing to order inventory if youre looking for something they dont have, theyll even set up delivery. Large selection with the significantly cheapest prices in Seattle. That alone would do it for me, but the staff is also very friendly! Why go elsewhere when they have what I want at the best price and treat me so kindly? Parking is easy, too.

5 Star Rating for this place cause of the owner or the people at the counter.I was looking for a Khalil Mamoon Hookah -- The one that is used in Hookah Lounges.AndLady got me one for 59$ + tax that is it.Best Money spent on Hookah -- very economical on the stuff you are looking for.This is in Aug 2022.

The store is not set up very well. The Main Entry is blocked with boxes so you have to go around to a dirty, shady back entrance. Even in the daytime its not a real secure entry. Why dont they block the back door and take advantage of the higher volume of foot traffic on MLK Jr Wy S? The people that work there are nice enough, but I get the feeling some of them dont really know much about their inventory.

First time going here and the Owner gave me and my friends free membership and a free extra hookah. Extremely fast service. We sat down and 30 seconds later had a hookah. Employees were courteous and polite with a little hint of humor which made my visit extremely enjoyable. The outside of the venue looks a little off putting because it almost looks like nothing is there, but once you’re upstairs the place is very welcoming. Great music and great hookah and it’s very relaxing, I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. I definitely recommend to anyone wanting to come here for a first time.

From Everett to Seattle I have yet to find a smoke shop/head shop that is better than this one specifically! No place has better prices, the hours are one of a kind for a tobacco shop (opens early closes real late), to the service from the guys inside! BEST SHOP EVER HANDS DOWN. One last thing.... GET A TIP JAR! 😁 Place is so cheap & cool you just want to leave a tip because I always feel like I leave with more money then I expected to spend. At other smoke shops I leave broke and have to sometimes ‘take a penny’ hard to leave one! Great place, just moved to the area and they price matched with my previous smoke shop. Even offered a bit of discount for veterans! Flexible on product returns for coils too since we didnt know the right one for one of our mods.

Ill give you one reason to support these guys. They support smokers of both persuasions with expert service and a great price.I bought the Yelp deal and I was greeted by Manny when I asked him about an unbreakable pipe. I then asked about a wood pipe, and Elliott, I believe, told me about how wood pipes alter the taste of the smoking material and that a glass pipe is better. I got an unbeatable deal on a glass pipe, along with a great price on a pack of American Spirits Black.Will definitely come back, if only to buy cigarettes from. Support those who support you!

I just go in here to buy cigarettes cuz theyre about the cheapest place I found in this neighborhood 10 bucks for a pack of Pall Malls out the door. The people that work there are always friendly never have to wait in line or anything and its easy to get to just pull up out front and go ahead and get what you need.

It was not open even though it was advertised as open and the posted store hours said it should be open so I am thinking customer service could be a bit spotty, but that is based on an assumption. Maybe they are the best smoke shop in the world accept it looked pretty sketchy and I probably will never know if they are good because I would need my head examined if I ever wasted my time on those yaywhose again. Now I am not trying to give them a bad review because that would be mean and I try not to be that way, so I am not going to say that they suck bigtime. I am going to think it though.

I guess I can rate this store a five stars because I like the sign that says Hollywood because I always wanted to go there. Im go check the store my own self. Sometimes what looks good in the outside it doesnt mean it looks good in the inside.

I visited this smoke shop after a long tiresome day searching for dab bongs and butane for my torch. A young lady by the name of Lulu (Sorry for spelling) happened to be working that day. She was extremely friendly and quickly helped me find the items I needed. Will definately be a repeat customer. Nothing but good things to say in regards to the staff here. Lulu Recognizes the needs of others and reaches out to lend a helping hand and Is capable of distinguished performance in a higher-level position. Promote this woman!

The Golden Smoke Hole is where I prefer to go to get my bubbles, my bubbles break quite often, and so I find myself going to the Golden Smoke Hole quite often... I could find bubbles alot closer but Golden Smoke Hole generally has them cheaper and a better assortment, I like the blue or green colored ones.

I like this place even though the area is a bit crowded but Demonte always makes sure I’m satisfied with my purchase before I leave. I come all the way from Kent just to come here. Thanks Demonte!

We arrived at the Golden Smoke House in which hours posted on GOOGLE leading to EVERY ONLINE SITE AND the physical store it’s self all state that the hours of operation are 9:00am to 1:00am! Sadly when we arrived after a 30 min drive to get here 5 mins before 1:00am they were closed up tight!!!
