This is such a lovely vape store. The lady who helped me was so nice and gave me a discount on a glass pipe. Their glass selection is awesome! I wasnt intending on getting a new piece but I couldnt pass up something super cute that they had. The prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend this store!

Absolutely incredible service! I had a vape tank that was sealed shut and thought I was going to have to buy a new tank or smash the glass so I could change my coil. I tried everything. I asked the woman there to recommend a new tank but instead she fixed mine! She also dug through their entire box of replacement glass to find one that fit my tank so now I have extra glass if it breaks. I can honestly say no other vape shop Ive been to has put in that much effort for me. They literally saved me the cost of a new tank. Thank you!

I’m super indecisive and it took a long time for me to know what I wanted but this smoke shop was so accommodating, patient; and knowledgeable, they really helped me with what I needed. This place has the best customer service and a great selection of everything.

ThisHas been my all time favorite smoke shop since 2012, formerly Kings smoke shop( also 2 other locations, now closed)I have proudly been shopping and supporting these guys since I turned 18.They always are generous with the deals they give!And genuinely care about their customer base! This place is great. They have tons of different e-vapes. The lady let me try several different flavors in the store. And she had me try the one in the store after I bought it to make sure it worked and to give feedback on the flavor. Very helpful customer service. I will definitely recommend my friends and whoevers reading this to come to try this place out. She also gave 10% off on the e-vapes. I purchased the second generation Flum pebble. My price came out to $23 and some change after tax.

Lake City Smoke Shop is one of my favorite shops in Seattle. They have all the tobacco stuff but they also carry drinks and candy and a lot of colorful objects to look at. The best part of this shop is the people who work there -- theyre some of the most friendly people Ive met in this town. Sometimes when walking my dog Ill drop in there to use their ATM, say hi, and buy some Lifesavers and stuff. Great smoke shop, not even close to scary as some others can be. The place to go!

I pass by this store almost everyday and finally decided to stop by and check it out and I’m so glad I did!! First off, let me just say this store has EVERYTHING, from vapes, glass pipes & bongs, cigar/cigarettes, accessories & more! The lady working (I assume she was the owner), was super friendly and helpful, and even gave my sister and I a discount so we picked up a couple vapes on our way out. - Might I add…these were no ordinary vapes either, check out the photo below for cuteness overload

THE BEST VAPE SHOP! The woman that works there was so warm, welcoming and helpful, which isnt normally the case at most shops. They have so many vape options and were very helpful at suggesting new flavors to try. We left with so many and I can’t wait to go back and see what else she recommends!

My partner and I have been coming to this shop ever since we moved to Northgate two months ago, and every time we go in we’re greeted with a smile and great customer service. Yesterday we stopped by and the lady behind the counter (she may have been the owner) overheard us talking about what flavor vape to buy, and she offered us some samples with disposable covers! It was nice to be able to know what flavors were good before taking a chance and buying blindly. She was very nice and we had good conversation. We’ll definitely keep coming back here!

I bought a funky republic today and within the hour it stop working completely. I took it back in right away and they were understanding and explained that it could have been a bad batch. A hidden gem, awaiting the Lake City Way traffic to waft in and behold the selection of this shop.Eye have never experienced head shop customer service like this...eye walked in looking for an ash catcher, and before eye could even struggle to think of the component the young woman finished my sentence!Thats true customer service!! Eye brought in my downstem and bowl for reference, cleaned 😆, and she listed various sizes, asked me a more questions, and within six minutes we were at the register.Eye have been coming here since moving to the area a few years ago, it was time to leave a review.Please pay them a visit!

One of my favorite smoke shops. They have a great selection of vapes and glass. The woman (I believe she is the owner) is such a sweet lady! My partner and I were in one day looking at a glass piece. My partner accidentally dropped it from about an inch above the counter and it broke. The worker at the time told us we had to pay for it. We didn’t really want the piece and decided to come in about a month later when the lady was working (without a receipt) to try and return it. She was hesitant at first but she ended up getting us taken care of. She allowed us to exchange it for 50% of the value. This is a pretty good deal considering it was an entire month later, it was broken, and we didn’t keep the receipt. I’ll always come back here!

Today was my first day stumbling upon the smoke shop by accident and I had the best experience that Ive ever had any other smoke shop as far as the customer service the Disposable mouthpieces to be able to try your flavor and she wanting to fulfill the customers need of what it is exactly that they want and the best for their money I give this store a strong five stars

When the counter person asked if I wanted salted or unsalted after I inquired about vape juice flavors, almost all of their juices having an apple flavor mix & none of their juice bottles being larger that 30 ml... I knew I walked into the WRONG vape store.

Lady working was very helpful and made my shopping experience easy, led me to the products i was looking for, knew what she was talking about. overall a great experience and definitely would come here again. she knew the products and explained new things to me as well, it was a very smooth process.

I LOVE this store. Came in a few weeks ago to grab my mom some smokes, they didnt carry her particular kind, the lady working there told me she would get some in for us for the next time I would be on this side of town. I went today and not only did she recognize me immediately but OF COURSE she had moms smokes there and ready.It is not common for small businesses to be able to accommodate every single customer need but for this store to specifically order something for a customer with no guarantee of selling them just shows such true customer service and dedication to a higher standard of business almost forgotten in todays pandemic age. You guys are awesome!!

The young woman who works there is amazing- very knowledgeable about all of the products, and extremely helpful in working with the customers to ensure they get a product theyll be happy with.I mentioned that the vape Id purchased from them previously hurt my throat, so I never used it and just stayed with cigarettes- but I really wanted to switch to a vape instead. For one, Id rather not smell like an ashtray, and from a health perspective, everyone already knows how bad cigarettes are for you, and even though the possible (and perhaps yet unknown) side effects of vaping may not yet be certain- Id still like to get away from the know negative health effects of smoking cigarettes, on the chance that vaping may end up being less harmful to your health.Honestly, Im not an addicted smoker (I know, they all say that!)- the reason I smoke is as a de-stresser, as well as for the amusement factor (you know, something to do for entertainment... no matter how silly that may seem- its true).The young woman at this shop went out of her way, and let me try samples of every one of their vapes, until I found one that didnt hurt my throat- and I walked out of there a very happy customer, and hopefully a slightly healthier one. Seriously, give this place your business - they deserve it, and you wont be sorry you went here.

This is my new go to for all things vape. I’ve been to four other Vape shops several times trying to find the right atomizers for my Vape. I stopped by this shop and the staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to find the right combination of pod and coil for my vape.I was highly impressed with the level of knowledge they have about their products and how to use them. The lady is always helpful to and has a bright disposition that makes me feel better when I leave there. They also do not crush their cigarette tubes like other area smoke shops do! Most places mishandle them and cause half the carton to be useless. Not here!

But when I was being rung up, my debit card account was short by a little over one dollar... and so I wasnt going to be able to buy my vape cartridge...:( I was in the parking lot digging through my vehicle searching for 90¢ when the lady working here came outside to get me- she told me to come back inside & not to worry.She was so nice that she saw what was going on, and she discounted the purchase amount by a buck so I didnt have to go into work without nicotine... and she saved the day! (and possibly my job! LOL):D I sure do appreciate the staff here. They care about their customers, and it shows!Their pices cant be beat, and their selection is outstanding. Highly recommended!

The only negative thing I can really say about this store is at the Vapes are a little bit overpriced because if I look online, they are way cheaper than the price that he is selling them for. I have been going to this smoke shop for 3 years and they never change up on you especially if your a usual customer. They got everything and it never surprises you. Both karim and his wife are kind people.

Was told a product was 10 but it rang up as a couple bucks more (even before tax) and didn’t notice until I looked at my receipt on the drive home
