Asked if I can mix and match for the half oz deal, the bud tender said yes. Then my subtotal didn’t match the price listed on the display. He responded with it’s because you got eights. That’s why I asked if I can mix and match…. He then did a refund and gave me my change and was short 10 dollars. When I said this he said no I gave you 16 and wouldn’t believe me but he game me six… go anywhere else the bud tender was not helpful at all and stole my 10 bucks.

This place is great for people who know what they want and dont like to wait. Ive been here twice and had great experiences both times. I ordered ahead online and they had amazing specials and a search/filter system that made it so easy to find exactly what you want. They package your order for pickup quickly and message you when its ready! The dispensary is cash only with an ATM inside. Even if you order online you pay with cash in person. I dont mind this as they give you the total when you place your online order so you know exactly how much you need to bring and can just get cash back somewhere else for free if needed. The staff is friendly and efficient with great recommendations. This is my favorite dispensary Ive been to since I moved here, and I havent been to another since I found it. The prices are reasonable and they have a wide selection of local brands!

Great store. Believe it was better before the smash and grab incident tore the place up. Now, there isn’t really much on display as before, not even a price so that makes things kind of weired for shopping. Prices have went up as well. But it’s still a go to when in the area. Still have a great quality good though.

Been coming here since 2019 and has never been disappointed. Bradley was much help today so I left a satisfied costumer today, but this shop specifically has the best reputation at least to my knowledge.

They almost always have what I want. Theyre fast, friendly, low-priced, and theres lots of parking. My favorite dispensary by far, the 20 minute drive to get there is more than worth it!

My favorite spot! I used to drive back here when I lived in West Seattle because I just love the people here so much. Trinity is an absolute gem and every single staff member is so helpful and friendly.

I see reviews that talk down on this shop but I go here almost exclusively. The staff is always fair and doing their best and the website hasn’t failed me any of the times I’ve used it. The only bad reviews seem to come from people who have an entitlement chip on their shoulder to check. The deals are normally good but that goes for any shop you visit.

Went later in the evening. We were on the exhausted side. Iesha was great. She was patient thorough and friendly. It was great she wasnt like the robots we see all the time. 😘

This is my favorite dispensary in town. From the friendly staff that makes you feel at ease when shopping, to their competitive prices. Quality product for discount rates. Their loyalty program keeps me coming back as well. They always have quality product available and they are growing daily, as this is still a slightly new dispensary. I saw the reviews that say their online system is messed up but wanted to give this place a chance because its decently close. Dispensaries take cash only so I went out of my way to go to the store to get cash back and then drove here to pick up my order. Instead of three 10 packs of edibles, I was brought a single (!!) edible in a package. When I questioned the person at the checkout and said it was supposed to be three 10 packs, they said the price was wrong on my order and that they couldnt honor the sale because the correct price was too much. They offered a 30% discount on a full pack and apologized but didnt seem to care how much of an inconvenience this was in my day. Gas is not cheap and time is money. Theyve clearly known their online system is causing issues for customers but dont seem to want to correct this ongoing problem and that says a lot about their business. Fortunately, there are many other great dispensaries in town with better prices. I wont be returning to this one.

This place is great! They have a nice displays so you can easily see all of their products and prices. The people that work there are always so nice and very helpful. This is hands down my favorite dispensary. Ive never had a bad experience there. Every staff member is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the products. I always ask for suggestions when I go in, and not only are they happy to help, but the quality of the product exceeds my expectations every single time. I also enjoy that the store isnt massive, so Im usually in and out very quickly, and theres always room in the parking lot for when I drive there. Love this store and you will, too!!

Been going here for 5 years and the service has gotten worse while the prices have gotten a lot higher. It’s like LA prices at this store ($60 for an 8th and nothing below $50 for that price). Would recommend going somewhere else as you can save yourself like $30 dollars. Significantly over priced compared to other stores

Small in so many ways.....small building, small selection = small overhead, I get it but the lobby is not welcoming nor are the bud tenders. Mine didnt even know the brand of dabs I had asked for, even after they directed me to their location. The staff that was present seemed more interested in each other than the customers. The location seemed to be a good fit for the neighborhood but their parking lot was a speed course for those wishing to avoid the traffic light... yikes!Thanks for the opportunity but will pass on you the next visit.

Loved the store. It had a new car feel to it. The environment was welcoming, with the perfect lighting, wide, easy to see display cases and friendly staff. Everyone seemed to be excited about their product and helping out the community.I have definitely found a local store that will be a regular vendor for me. and I couldnt recommend it more.Im not a smoker so their varieties of chocolates and edibles was more than sufficient. The budtenders are very helpful and offer great recommendations. There is an easy to use online ordering system that i utilize since I am familiar with their products. Best shop I ever been to

By far the most friendliest and welcoming dispensary Ive been too! They have all their deals and product on display, the budtenders were extremely patient and knowledgeable. We placed an online order which I thought was going to be an experience, but it was actually faster/better than I thought. If Im ever back in this area Ill most likely stop here again. I was actually surprised by their great prices.

Store is clean and nearly every product is dynamite. Prices are a little on the higher side for my budget, but the quality is there if you have a little extra scratch to throw at it. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

My friend and I showed up Friday night, about 5 minutes before they were closing, and the staff was still super friendly and genuinely helpful (even though we were those people showing up at closing time). Great products, at great deals. Win.

This store has a decent selection for some good prices. I would have left a 5 star review but unfortunately some of their staff need an attitude check. One of their budtenders that’s typically there in the morning always seems like she’s in a bad mood so now I rather come after I get off of work. She kills my high. The rest of the staff there are decent human beings.

The cashier who helped me tonight made my entire interaction extremely uncomfortable. She made several comments regarding a conversation I was having on my phone prior to being helped by her, while in the store. I felt that the snarky uncensored comments the cashier made were completely inappropriate and very unprofessional. I wish I would have gotten the name of the cashier who helped me tonight (12/21) just before 6:30pm, she was sitting at the furthest register to the right of the door. The skinny, white-skinned girl with the long straight blonde hair; I feel like you should never feel comfortable enough to make any type of comment in relation to a conversation that you weren’t welcomed into. As I attempted several times to move on with the transaction and continue with my purchase she continued to speak on the personal conversation I was having. In my opinion it would be good practice to train staff to remain present in their job duties rather than inserting themselves in the personal matters of the customers.

They have the best selection in town. Vary friendly staff and manager. I recommend this place to friends all the time. Great deals in the morning as well.

I spend a lot of money here but two times Ive been talked into what suppose to be really good stuff i get home and find Its low grade/bottom shelf products. I just spent $70. There and Im very dissatisfied. I feel like i was stolen from. Then to tell me Ill give you extra points yeah sure that helps a lot. NOT. WATCH WHAT THEY TRY TO SELL YOU. Theyll rip you off. I went further up North to a different dispensary i told them what happened. They said you guys are doing it to get rid of low grade weed you dont want. You guys are thieves.

Okay so I just went in and first they couldnt find my order because I used my short first name, okay. Then they gave me things I didnt even order and I didnt realize it until I got home and looked at what I had originally ordered. I ordered, Paris Return of the MAC and Fleek Leaf Cannabis French Aloha both 3.5 grams. as well as Legal Tonics Rainer Cherry, I was given just the French Aloha and the Legal Tonics was Pomegranate flavor. The guys did go out of their way to help me out though and though confused I think that I still owe you guys because you also gave me an extra Rays lemonade that I didnt ask for, maybe I did pay for it, not sure but it was in my bag. So if you come up short one Rays Lemonade tonight I just want you to know where it is and that the next time I am in, I am happy to make good on it, I dont want the cashier to have to pay for something I accidentally got. You guys gave me pretty awesome service besides that little oops with the pomegranate instead of the cherry, and you have no idea, that was the one thing I was really looking forward to, Aint that how it always is... lol.

Saturday night i came through and enjoyed my visit both employees were in great moods, excellent customer service, professional paitence, out going, talkative and funny... Very knowledgeable about the strains and they each picked out a strain for me and i tipped them... Came home and rolled up a Dutch with a mixture of both strains and now i have created my signature blunt which is Candy Glue & Purple Punch= my signature smoke💨💨💨 i am bad with names but thank you guys!💯👌

So welcoming, nice parking lot, great prices, and lots of kind faces to welcome you. This is my favorite spot and I live like 25 min away, I drive out of my way to go here because the variety of flower is also AWESOME. They also have online ordering and a sweet rewards program.

I was there exactly one year ago today and wish I was there now. The staff was super helpful. I wanted to try eatables and they took the time to walk me through the different strains and the potency which would suit me best. I was extremely happy with my purchase. The next time I am back in the city I plan on being a repeat customer.

I was so disappointed in this store. The inventory is mostly displayed in locked glass cases and the rest is behind a counter. Ive only been here once and I will probably try another dispensary. I say that mainly because the day I shopped there, the one guy that helped me didnt seem very knowledgeable, at least for what I was looking for. Or maybe it was because he was high af, idk. Overall, I wasnt very satisfied with my experience shopping here.

UPDATE:A few years after the incident below I gave Seattle Cannabis Co. another chance. It looks like the guy who took my ID is no longer there. The staff is extremely chill and the store has a pleasant vibe. No reason to have a negative review for an issue that has been resolved.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The security at this store is incompetent, rude, unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. They confiscated my legitimate ID and told me I would have to talk to the police to get it back. After I called the police I was forced to wait outside the store for nearly an hour. After some time had passed the security guard got tired of waiting and gave me my ID back. I also watched this same guy deny a 60yr old woman service due to a possible fake ID. I hope that in the future the staff is better trained on security protocols, but for now they are needlessly harassing customers due to their own lack of education. Never come here, no one should ever have a legitimate ID taken away from them and have it held hostage.

Love this place its so close to home. i went in a few times but the last two times i went i was helped by KJ i believe his name is he is so helpful and polite the best customer service ive seen in a while he was knowledgable and i would take his recommendations any day of the week

The employees there are rude specially Jessica. I came in there on the 16th after work. with my work uniform on. She Tired to make a joke by saying “does your manager know that you’re here” I told her that I didn’t wanna talk to her and that she was rude. I purchased what I needed and left. An hour later I got a phone call from my management. she called my management told Then I was acting like a goofball.

Got helped by the budtender, Lo she recommended me the GREATEST oil and infused joint. Stoney for hours, Lo was very attentive and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and no BS. Thank you for the best experience I have had in any dispensary!

Nice staff, clean building. Prices equal with ikes, equal selection (a lot). What brings me to write this review is this, I had a pre loaded oil juice cartridge that was a lemon. They gave me another free and were very nice about it.

The staff is always helpful, and when they ran out of full spectrum, I asked about it and next day they were stocked. Thats just a small example of how their crew goes out of their way to help. I worked in medical for years, and I appreciate their professional approach.

Always professional and courteous. Had 6 ft markers on the floor, four people in the shop at a time, and hand sanitizer. Also nicely-priced ounces of trim ❤️

Came in yesterday 3/31 to buy a airpro brand cartilage for $52.52 and I tried it with my pen an it didn’t work so I came back today to get a new one An the worker working literally acknowledged the cartilage is broken an instead of being a good employee am giving me my refund or exchange for a new one he ignores his job duties and tells me to wait while he helps all the other customers as I have to wait when I was the first one inside the shop. He refused to help me first and begin giving me negative remarks as if I’m not a customer with rights!

Asked a bud tender for a good suggested oil that was potent, she gave this wack suggestion. Slurricane. It cost $35 and I feel nothing. Lol like absolutely nothing. I called to ask to exchange the product and they said no. So I told him that was horrible customer service and I’d stop shopping there. Either way their customer service isn’t up to bar for me. If you’re a bud tender make good suggestions if you’re customer isn’t satisfied do what you can to make them happy so that they continue to support you and your business.

Very nice selection as well as the prices are to be desired. If you are ever in town in the Seahawks are playing stop on it. They have nice deals in pre rolled. As with most places in Seattle parking can be an issue but it is worth it.

I love this spot. The staff is chill and it’s low key a vibe with the music. But as soon as I go outside there’s always the same people harassing customers in the parking lot. I’d hate to see this place go out bad cause of the neighborhood. I don’t get why everywhere else has security when y’all probably need it the most lmao.

Experienced budtenders, always ask for JC, he is a journeyman budtender who will be honest with you on products. Overall good selection, I would say they average about 32 for the 1/8 oz and thats hard to beat, plus a loyalty program. Top shelf options could be more plentiful but that isnt a reason not to go. Would definitely go back, inviting staff and good location.

Im super dissatisfied with the oil I got fist off everything there was ridiculous expensive and all the product was looking pretty sad not great quality unless you wanted middle shelf for +$50 a gram and the oil I got was on a piece of plastic! Thin, and getto as hell and the oil tasted​ like the plastic it was on. Horrible. Was expecting better for the location.

This has been the most friendly shop I have experienced yet! The ladies working the shop when I arrived were welcoming and knew just the thing to suggest based off my vague idea of a craving. I ended up getting some tasty Sativa BHO and couldnt be happier with how it was handled by my vape. Great quality for taste and effect as well. Will definitely be coming back!

Nice selection. Excellent customer service. Very little competition in the area, and they still rock. Plenty of off street parking, too
