The short guy work there he is stupid enough and rude. always when someone comes his face is like you not welcome here, you know. I entered to buy something and i buy always from this store cause i live around but this short guy even the other guy all of them the same. When i entered he didnt say welcome,after me they entered another 3 young guys behind me he said to his friend oh they entered the same people one after another, he is speaking Arabic with his friend and i speak and listing Arabic too. When i told him why he said like that even he didnt apology he act like nathing happen and run to the back room. He is a racist and stupid men.

Zero stars! Customer service is a joke. Guy working was extremely rude, arrogant and ignorant. He seemed annoyed that I had a question about a product they sell. After about 5 min looking around, I had 3 items picked out and sitting on the counter and was still looking around and he said I need to buy something or leave. Never been treated like that anywhere before in my life. So I left. Prices are high, horrible customer service, no parking, smell of incense was overpowering and gave me a headache. Will never step foot in thisStore again and neither should you. Save you money and shop somewhere else where they value their customers. This place is a joke!

Came to this amazing store very ignorant about hookahs. I wanted a couple ones for my business in Jamaica and the people working here (all of them) are amazing. They had all the patience to show me every hookah I asked for lol no rush no push very relaxed people form Siria. I bought 2 and they teach me how to ensamble and operate the hookahs (thank you for that ) gave me samples of flavors . They are really helpful and nice people . I came back again and bought lots of flavors and other accessories for my business. And I’m planning coming back again this weekend to buy me another hookah for personal use after being hooked the first time I use it lol . Thank you so much guys for the amazing customer service and the experience at your store. More blessings

This place has a lot of cool things to buy! It was better than my usual! I also was given some fantastic deals! I ended up spending a big sum of my money in this smoke shop! And had brought home things that everyone was in awe of! So now they go and get their smoking needs from this shop!

It was my first time there. The staff was super friendly and welcoming to the neighborhood. The prices were great. Cheaper than anywhere else Ive been and will become a regular customer now. He was informative about all the questions I asked and didnt feel rushed out of store like some places. Thank you and will come again.

This place is top notch. They have everything you need and an amazing selection to choose from. I have been looking for organic solvent for a long time. My old smoke shop no longer carries it. I have tried nearly 15 other shops with no luck until now.If there would be one negative, their e juice selection leaves a lot to be desired. Otherwise, everything from baggies to glass to torches and lighters they will have what you are looking for at a semi decent price point.

Went there today with my partner, clean store great customer service and the dude who helped us was very kind and chill as well as relaxed the shopping experience was great no complaints will return again and I highly recommend.

They not open at 9am which is stated in the google page. So take in account this is during the pandemic. Other than that took up their buy 2 get 2 for the free of the little city puff bars one of them leaked and didn’t work off the rip. Will update if I can get an exchange or cash back other than that it’s a great store with a whole lot of selections to buy from.Update- just about to leave at 9:30 am but they opened up and exchanged the cartridge without hassle so now it’s five stars and you can open up packages inside the store for verification of the device working so I’ll be back here in the future trying all the vapes for getting a hookah

Cool place I just found it by accident,plenty of parking right across the street in the dirt lot, cool people working there ,I just went in for a pack of cigarettes. Cheapest prices Ive seen around here less than 10 bucks for a pack of pallmalls cant beat it. Definitely going to be my new go to place.

Its owned by cute Cocky Brothers that are sometimes nice and others times theyre not so nice I also brought a product There one day they sold it for $29 And like a week later I went back and got the same exact product and they sold it for $14 they said that was the regular price So basically they do what they want to do

Most of their products have felt cheap and had a very short lifespan, I wouldn’t really recommend buying anything other than wraps at this place. Primarily bought a torch and it just never operated right, it ended up almost burning my hand after the butane line decided to catch on fire too. They’re not too friendly and always seem to be in a hurry

Parking is horrible, i was never greeted, when i asked for some recommendations on a torch, i was treated as if i didnt have money to spend? Spend your money somewhere else. They discriminate here. Oh and the torch i did buy was so over priced and doesn’t even work properly. $30 for a $20 torch? do better.

So I could easily run across the street to buy cigarettes but Id rather walk 10 minutes to my favorite smoke shop with their awesome people and super cheap, best priced, awesome products!! All of the employees there are super cool and super helpful. I really recommend coming here!! And if Sam is available and working, your lucky, cause he is pretty much a rockstar and super awesome:)

These guys are great! Everytime we go in theyre super cool. When were getting something we dont know much about they answer all our questions and point us in the right direction.

This particular smoke shop is one of the best in the city of Seattle , and the prices are good 👍 for the product, my only concern is the parking can be a bit tricky.

Easy to get too being on Rainier Ave. Bus stop right at the corner if you use public transit.Great value and good selection that includes hookah supplies. The quick and helpful service will get you what you need, and on your way quickly. This helps, as it also means you rarely find all the limited parking spaces taken.

Cigarettes are the cheapest Ive seen them here in the Sea-Tac area. Guys friendly and the place has a great feel. Parking is terribly difficult here as it is a 5 car lot and very close to a regularly busy intersection, be cautious when leaving and itll be fine.

I buy from the shop frequently throughout the week. The parking can be tough to get to when its busy but thats a minor problem. There is a small parking lot on the side of the store off of Rainier Ave and bigger lot by the gyro shop. Friendly employees and good customer service.In reply to Mike Smiths review — I take the 7 (bus line on Rainier Ave) too and I assure you theres no danger when it comes to the parking lot and walking from the 7 bus stop. Unless youre walking around with your eyes closed.

Their vapes are faulty sometimes but they exchange them at least. Sometimes they get bothered when returning a bad vape that stop working a the same day I bought but overall they are understanding and comply with their service.

Stuff was way over priced! I guess that is the privilege people think they have for living in a city like Seattle! Selection was great though! So if you are rich its a cool shop! I am poor!

Dude tried to tell me that standard joint sizing is SIXTEEN mm. Full stop. I came in for a 14 to 18 standard adapter male to female. Only to hear pure ignorance. What a joke.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. The staff is extremely rude theyre disrespectful. Theyre con artists they sold me a hookah that literally detached within three weeks when I went back to them they told me to super glue it and put it back together. Please take your business somewhere else especially if youre thinking of getting a hookah set.

This place is a total scam. bought a smok Novo 2 weeks ago.. they sell it to me out of the case. it dies. I come back 2 weeks later and they tell me theres nothing they can do.no exchange policy, no warranty... just go through the manufacturer. theyre a retailer with zero accountability. buyer beware!!

The best smokeshop i’ve ever shopped from before. They got everything you need from hookahs to all kind of glass. Walked in for for juul pads then walked out with a vape the i really loved. Absolutely recommend :)

After searching around at every smoke shop I finally found a place that sells kilos of Safari Melon Dew shisha, as well as dozens of other flavours, and brands in all sizes. A wide selection of coals as well. Couldnt be happier!

Has a lot of hookah supplies, they have the usual Starbuzz, Al Fakher and Fantasia. But they also have Fumari and Nakhla and I havent been able to find them anywhere else. Just wish they would get Tangiers and Haze.Also they need to get better coals

The parking lot is so tiny that it spills onto the sidewalk. It makes walking home from the nearby bus stop dangerous. I complained to the staff and they did not care. Im scared of being run over on my way home from work. Cigarettes are going to kill me even though I dont smoke.
