West Seattle Smoke Shop

I’ve gone here quite a few times and i’ve always had really good service, but my thing is being closed during “open hours” with no explanation. this is probably the 4th time i’ve gone by here and it’s just closed and locked, during working hours, no updates on the facebook page or anything (nothing since 2017 yikes lol). not really good for business to not be open when you are supposed to be open- and if you leave a note at the very least, people will understand. it just creates a confusing dynamic of “well i’ll head to the smoke shop and HOPE it’s open”, and that alone is going to have people not wanting to chance wasting their time. i know this place has been seeing far more than their fair share of BS especially with people robbing them on multiple occasions, idk if this has caused staffing shortages (completely understandable) or what is happening. just know the community does want to patronize you, we just need consistency in operating hours! 🫶🏻

Friend went in looking for a vape pen, didnt know much about them. Clerk was informative, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Everything we wanted was in stock. Prices seem decent. Would def go back.

I only gave it 1 star so I could review. I WISH I would have had a good first experience, but unfortunately due to Drama that the employee brought into the store I was locked outside for a half hour so he could argue with someone. Then once he got the ridiculous customer out...still refused service. Leave your drama outside of the workplace.

Had a very good experience this morning and was my first visit. Gentlemen was very very nice was knowledgeable about what I had asked for and was able to be reasonable on the price I am glad it was a closeout unit you were getting out the door. I will come back to get more information on the Kratom they have in stock.

Staff was super nice and patient when I first went. Bought a hemp wrap and a elf bar. It was cool until I went for 3-4 days probably 5 even, without it dying on me and having to recharge it.. and then it completely stopped working even though there was still juice in it. that is not normal.. bummed out about this bc I thought I was going to come here regularly. Not anymore.

Very friendly staff.. but I have been calling for days to see if they have received their shipment so I can get new coils and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I enjoy giving them my business, but I have been without coils for 4 days. On another note, out of the last 3 times I’ve been to the store, two of those times the door was locked mid-day with a handwritten note saying they’ll be back in 15 minutes. I’ve wasted one too many lunch breaks trying to get coils from this establishment.

If you vape or 💨 and live in West Seattle you need to go here. This is the most stand up smoke shop you will ever visit. If I ever have an issue they are quick to fix it. Their prices are awesome and their loyalty program gives regulars an even better deal. Stop in and if you need recommendations for anything Chris is the most helpful person ever when it comes to all things vape or smoke. I moved away from West Seattle but I still frequent this smoke shop because of the service and the prices.

When West Seattle Smoke Shop first opened they were a pretty good vape supply and resource, now I cant believe theyre still in business. They have been known to close the store mid day to run arrands, they are often out of vape supplies and constantly blame their suppliers and employee turnover is constant. Not a good sign for a compently run business. I am no longer a customer

Thoroughly disappointed, I went in to replace a mod that was stolen. The guy behind the counter recommended something different at a cheaper price which seemed like a great idea. Ive gone there twice looking for coils for the mod that was sold to me and both times they dont keep an inventory on it. The staff is nice enough but at this point Ill just find a subscription on Amazon.

I’m bad with names. I come here about once a week, and the staff is great. The man who is usually working is super knowledgeable and obviously loves his job and customers. Never a bad experience. Thank y’all.

Hands down best customer service at this location ! Dope Vape shop ! As Soon as I walked in they acknowledged and asked how they can help ! Very welcoming and the worker there( Chris) helped me out finding my Geekvape coil specifications ! Didnt have to work for it ! Very informative and knows their workplace ! Unlike my last experience at Global Vape shop horrible experience there ! This location 💯 👍

Terrible selection of juice. They carry one juice that i like, killer custard and 9 times out 10 their out of it. Staff is friendly but its a vape shop which lacks the most important part, juice.

Nice shop with plenty to offer. Just wish they offered better customer service. The last 2 times I’ve been in the guy behind the counter was rude. I’m sorry I interrupted you’re video game to make a purchase at your store. I’ve stopped going in for the most part unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Love this shop and love everyone that works there! David, Donovan, Jeff, Faustino and Savanna are all very knowledgeable on all products and so friendly I now call them ‘friend!’ My go to shop for Kratom, best prices and widest selection in town!

I stopped by here because I happened to be in the area and saw they carried Kratom... Ended up not purchasing. Poor employee knowledge, and high prices were off putting. I suggest this spot in Normany Park, Anarchy something? Ive been there twice and they were very very helpful and it was way nicer looking. Just my two cents for a first impression.

Doesnt even carry cigarettes and were very strict about their policy only to purchase a torch lighter when then asked for Identification of two while only one person was the purchaser.. their loss. Only losing money and customers. Its 2022 lets be Real. What real Seattle Born & Raised person honestly cares.. place is Fancy and all but just saying. Only losing business. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Great customer service and products offered. I’ve had all of my questions answered by staff and have had their help in finding the right vape for me as well. A great shop for sure!

I send my boyfriend to West Seattle Smoke all the time to get supplies! He likes the staff and I think the staff is Really Really Helpful💫 They were the first ones who really explained to me a lot about Kratom and the effects it would have on my body potentially. Their customers are friendly too!!

I just moved to West Seattle from Bellevue and this just so happened to be the first place I went too. I was happy with the selection and the staff was nice. Prices a little high on glass products otherwise solid store

I feel really ripped off by them after the last transaction I had. I bought a box of coils and one 16.5ml bottle of juice and it came to over 40 bucks. I was shocked at the cash register but payed anyways. They didnt even give me an itemized receipt. Im guessing the juice couldnt have cost more than 15 bucks. I do know you can buy the same brand double the size for 9 bucks on ejuice direct. But I saw that the box of coils sell for like 8 bucks for a set of five on Amazon. That is a HUGE markup. I will never shop there again.

Decent selection and friendly staff. Prices are a little high but not too bad when I am in a pinch. Vape shops in West Seattle are limited in West Seattle so it’s nice to have a place in the neighborhood in an emergency.

By far one of the best shops I have been to in awhile! They have a wide variety of E-Liquid and a wonderful staff. Everyone is persistent and very knowledgeable on all products in their store. I HIGHLY recommend a visit!!

I went in to the west seattle location for stokkebyes tobacco. They had one can in stock. I wanted to order 10 cans and they took my info and said they would call me when it arrived. Once they had called me, I went in to pick it up and they only had 4 cans. I asked about ordering more and the woman told me she did not know if she could order more or not. When i asked her to check, a younger man yelled at me as though to protect his friend from having to check and see if she could order more tobacco for me. I smoke it from my pipe you see.I was not at all happy with the service from the woman, and especially from her friend that I am not even sure worked there. Order what you need online instead of supporting this place.

Does NOT sell Cigarettes!!What kind of smoke shop doesnt have Tobacco?? Change your name then! I wasted my time parking on California just to go in there. Vapes hurt my neck because of the weird chemicals.

Cool little smoke shop tucked in off of California in West Seattle. Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of tobacco products at a fair price, and a large selection of glass and other smoking supplies like papers, grinders, containers. They also have a vape section that incudes mods, juice, wire, cotton, and tanks. They have by far, the best selection of Kratom around. The kratom is good quality, and a great deal at 100 grams for 50 cents per gram. Just a cool little shop that hopefully stays around for years to come. Next time you are up in West Seattle, check em out.

I rate one star because of the availability of my juice,it’s always out . Very disappointing and annoying especially if you need juice like right away.. Now I have to find a new vape shop that sells my brand and keeps it stocked for their customers . Sucks because they are right by my house …

Its like walking into an art gallery that your encouraged to touch and ask questions at. They have 4 Sliding Cigar Humidor Cases when you first enter, then all tobacco needs, electronic cigarettes , and then there are hookahs and so much glass from small pipes, bubblers, to a huge selection of water pipes ranging from $20-$600+ This place is one of a kind. Great to be local

Called in to see if they had something I was looking for specifically, the employee exclaims yup we do!. I drive 40 minutes to get there and park on the very busy street in front. Get inside and they dont have it. Oops sorry about that he says. Because of his assumption I wasted 2 hours of my time. Also their Kratom isnt good and its overpriced. 👍

I know these guys other shop so I decided to check it out when I was in town! They really know how to run a vape shop! Friendly, helpful employee working at the time, and had great selection on e-juice, kratom, and CBD!

My go-to shop for vape needs in WS! Love all the staff, especially knowledgeable about vape(s), e-juice, glass, and more! I dont personally smoke tobacco, so I dont know much about that end, but as a vape shop thats the only place I go to.

Super large selection of goods but since I do not smoke I only come here for one item: Kratom extract. Its priced really in expensive and they always have plenty

Best selection in West Seattle, hands down. Connor there is my GUY! Super knowledgeable, friendly dude, will set you on the right path for glass or vapes.

Hours posted on door and online until 9 on fridays but i get there at 8:10 and the door is locked . wack.
