I wont ever go back to this smoke shop. I stood there for 15 minutes with no one else in the store while the olderan with glasses just sat on the phone laughing and joking around, instead of giving a customer assistance. Rude and overpriced. Definitely wont be back to this place ever again. Very unprofessional. Would give zero stars if I could.

Cheap glass at an unbelievably high markup. Nothing from there ever lasts and it’s all extremely expensive. Huge selection but nothing decent for a fair price. Never again.Edit: yup, it broke. A slight little tip over onto the down stem and it snapped the place where the nail connects to the down stem. The piece is 6 inches tall at max. How is the first tip over of a $100+ piece enough to brake it this violently? straight shattered, not even usable anymore. 0/5.

Went there today with the intentions of getting a nice new piece. Had a couple in mind from browsing the website. Went in to take a look and was treated like it was a hassle to answer questions. I couldn’t see the price on 2 pieces I was interested in but was told to look on the bottom. The ones I was interested in were low to the ground and I would’ve had to lay down to maybe see it so I just left without purchasing anything. Between the glass piece and accessories they easily lost out on a $1000 sale. That’s why I stick to buying glass from the actual creators.

These guys carry MZ12 organic solvent (butane) which as you may or may not know does not leave a black sooty deposit like butane does! Its awesome! AND hard to find sometimes.

On top of having a great selection and being a decent business, I went in one evening and was having a noticeably rough day, the gentleman working told me to grab myself a soda on the way out. More related to the products, I’ve purchased several glass pieces and a grinder here. All have been fairly priced and long-lasting.

Finally decided to invest in a good vape. Did my Google research found out what I wanted. called a few places and this was the first place to understand exactly what I wanted and have it in stock. Owner was extremely helpful. showed me different options of exactly what I wanted and although the technology had changed since I last bought a vape and things looked a little different I am extremely happy with my purchase. Would recommend this place based on the owners knowledge and understanding. My only recommendation is watch YouTube videos for any new vaporizer. It was far easier to understand than the paper instructions.

Recently a friend and myself were walking to a near by store and had noticed your shop and went inside we were in awe of all the glassware its definitely not a run in and run out kind of store with such a large variety, colors, shapes etc. I had boughten 2 different scents of insence and saw the price on the boxes only to find out after I brought it up to pay for them the cashier had rung up two different prices and neither one was the price on the box on the shelve, on my second visit I purchased the same two scents as before and this time the cashier rung up the correct amount and they were the same price may I suggest that all employees charge the same price for merchandise not what they feel like charging. Other than that I will continue to shop there they have competitive prices.

I called and asked about a certain piece to a puffco and was extremely specific, they said they had it, called before I drove a half an hour to get it just to make sure, where they again said they had it, then when I got there they tried to sell me a piece that I had said on the phone is not going to be the right piece, and they then told me they don’t have what I need. Tried my best to make sure they had it, they assured me they did twice, wasted an hour driving because of their mistake.

I have done multiple business transactions with this company and time and time again they go above and beyond every expectation. The people are very nice and helpful and orders usually go out the next day! Highly recommend!

Buyer Beware: I purchased a rig for at this shop through their Instagram page. After discussing the price I paid the shop in full and went about my day. The next day, the shop messages me asking for additional money to release the shipment... I was never informed there would be any additional cost above the the $1300 I had already paid, but I was required to pay additional money. Additionally, the rig did not even come with a case or a matching carb cab, which is pretty standard for a rig this expensive.The rig is good, it does have some tool marks and visible scratches on the glass, but overall I am happy with it.

I like these guys. They have a good vibe. Fair prices on almost everything, the actual vapes seemed a bit inflated beyond what Id normally pay... but overall I felt like the other things I purchase here are a good value.

Xhale Gallery has been a pleasure to deal with. I came across their shop on Instagram. I inquired about a piece and got a quick response. Shipping and communication has gone smoothly. Their Instagram offers top not pictures on lot of their high end pieces. A good place to get heady glass and accessories. I have made multiple purchases and been quite satisfied with their service.

They have an excellent assortment of rigs available from various class artists across the country. Their Instagram page works flawlessly and they have great prices I will continue to do business with them for years to come

Be wary of purchases here. A friend and I were looking to each get a piece by TheGlassMechanic and were browsing the selection, we asked if the Glass Mechanic pieces came with cases and were told they did. We continue to browse, then when we go to ring up they charge my friend for the piece and claim they do not actually come with a case unless you buy them online. They then try to rush me to purchase the piece I was looking at for $100 more than they initially claimed, also without a case. I used to recommend this place all the time, but will no longer be sending anyone this way.

Layaway option is great. I’ve put 2 stunning pieces on layaway now and paid them off in a couple months to bring home, exchange was flawless regardless of being in Florida 💪🏼💪🏼 Great shop.

I go in here to buy a high dollar piece and the boy makes me go to the bank to pull out 1k and walk around with it and tries to hussle me into a case that would break the art I was looking to buy. Against the pleas of the older man he works for, he wouldnt put it in an appropriate case. Buyer beware around these guys.As for that response, I didnt buy it because that was a scam youre store is known for, I drove 2 hours to see that and thats the treatment you show customers...Im surprised youre still in business. This place had somewhat decent customer service and sold me a vape that was not only very overpriced, but it was broken from the get go. I went in to buy the vape and when I asked to get one that was not on display since he had just told me they had “so many in stock”, it became a problem and he got angry. He proceeded to open all these empty boxes on the floor to find one in the color I wanted in a box that I thought wouldn’t have been on display or touched repeatedly by customers. Mind you, these are things you put in your mouth, so I find it kind of gross that they sell the vapes on display that customers and employees touch constantly. When I opened the box, the vape had fingerprints all over, so this was likely another display model. The charger barely fits in the port, it doesn’t heat up the oil and to top it off it leaks all over the place. They did not believe me that the vape was broken or defective from the beginning and sternly reminded me about their stellar no return policy. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would never go back. There are so many other shops in the area with MUCH better prices and will actually believe their customers on their claims.

This guy is not honest he took my 10dollar bill that was real and put in the cash drawer and marked the one I gave him and the one in back of mine in the drawer then took the 10dollar bill underneath mine that was on top and put it in a separate drawer underneath the cash drawer and went to give me my change from the real 10dollar bill I gave him then before given me my change said what i doing you just gave me this fake 10dollar bill the one I watched him pull from underneath my real bill that was on the top of the the stack of tens in his cash drawer then give me the fake ten that was his and ask me if had any other money to pay for what I was buying I was buying a 4$ item at that point I called him out on what he had just done and he kept denying what he just did was giving me the the ten that he took in from whoever but made me take his bad bill so no I didnt give him anymore money after all that I would never shop there again he is dishonest and he is the owner he knows what he did a bad way of doing business
