Gypsy Vapes

Bought a battery advertised as USB-C charger compatible. I received the battery but the USB C slot in the battery is too narrow for a usb-c charger end to fit into. All I got was an email with a picture of the same battery I had been sent explaining to me like a child the concept of plugging in a charger. Not only are they not helpful, they seem to be mentally incapable of understanding an email. I have to go through my bank to get a refund now. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 2 vape batteries. They arrived in 3 days as promised. One was dead on arrival. GV quickly responded, sent out a replacement and has one satisfied customer.

I recently made a purchase online at their website. Had a hiccup when ordering and accidentally placed two orders back to back. Thought for sure I would end up with an extra item that I did not need. I emailed Customer Support and they responded quickly and cancelled my duplicated order and refunded the second charge. Was so pleased how easily this was rectified. My order arrived sooner than anticipated and it was exactly what I needed. Will buy from them again!

Great personal and fast service! I made a mistake on my order. When I emailed them, they corrected my error quickly and still shipped the same day. The batteries I ordered appear to be very high quality.

Ordered two batteries this morning. I entered my shipping and billing info backwards so my card was declined. HOWEVER, the amount owed is missing from my card due to it being a pending transaction. Never had this happen before. Card declined but the funds are tied up.It seems to me it would take less time to do that than write a response to my review.

Received a battery that was dead on arrival. Wouldnt hold a charge and was never able to be turned on. Contacted customer support who responded back a couple times to try and troubleshoot and they ultimately wanted me to pay to send it back to them so they can review it. I also spent an extra $10 for their express shipping btw. I sent it into them and now their support wont contact me back. So goodbye to the $40 I spent on this. Never buying anything from this seller again. They clearly dont care about their products nor their customers.

These people refunded my order after asking for verification and the process was quite short. I placed the order with a different billing address than shipping address, I then reply back whose verification they would like. No reply. So I send both drivers license and the card used. Next day they refunded my purchase. I gave them a nasty email back on customer rights.

Edit: After a little complaining I was contacted through their email after not hearing from them for some time. I was able to verify my age for them without giving too much of my personal information. The vape carts I ordered seem to be pretty good quality. After everything I would shop with them again and plan too.

Stay away from this company. Either this company itself or someone who works for this company stole my identity and has tried to steal over $20,000 from me so far after I refused to send them a picture of my credit card and drivers license for a purchase I tried to make. STAY AWAY!!!

My name Is Martin. I`v ordered from this guys a couple of vape pens, batteries, tanks and coils. The first order I placed in 2021, and the device still works!!! For each order I have received tracking number, and all of the orders has arrived to me less then four days. Last time I`v ordered vape pen that camed defective, but stilll the GV solved the problem, replacing the device. That`s why I`l make fether business with you guys.

Identity theft waiting to happen. No one should be sending ID and card photos through email. Do not use this company.In response to the owner below: If you need to verify age than the picture of the ID should cover it. But, you also ask for a photo of the credit card. And, none of this makes sense, if you are truly worried about stolen cards being used if someone has the ID they likely have the stolen card as well. All you are doing is collecting images of cards and ids on an unsecure email server essentially begging to get hacked and put all your customers at risk.

The Vision 1 batteries dont last more than 1 month with a charge more than 2 hours. Unfortunately they dont guarantee the Vision Battery more than a month. Ive purchased several from them. I wish they were the solution to buying a Vision 1 battery.Its hit or miss with them.

Excellent selection, great service, very quick shipping. Im happy that they have the coils I like at a good price too! Also, a pretty good website for navigating product selection.

The vision spinner 3 S has an amazing battery life and the mini usb charger is a huge bonus. Some people mentioned the threading gets ruined easily but I had mine for six months and it’s holding up fine so far.

Had a problem and contacted customer service where they didn’t proceeded to ignore me with a foreign accent. I had so many awful online experiences but Gypsy Vapes really restored my faith in online shopping.

Me and my boyfriend attempted to buy a vaporizer from this company, for medical marijuana, as has been stated and they blatantly disregarded everything we have said. The Pact act doesn’t encompass said vaporizer bought for medical marijuana and you can’t vaporize nicotine inside the item i ordered anyways. If you want people who know what they speak about and are willing to hear a customer, Choose another vapestore some are cheaper some are more rewarding some have more sales. Buyer Beware
