Zen Spa & Massage

I got an 1 1/2 massage and I felt very relaxed. The full body massage was one of the best Ive had in years, the young lady did a very good job and very professional.This is not a happy ending place. You get a great massage, next time Im going to get a 2 hour, the 1 1/2 was long enough. I went in there due to lower back and neck pain from someone rear ending me in a car wreck, my back and neck felt great afterwards.

Im a truck driver, and with their professional massage, they cured me of years of back pain, lower back pain. Highly recommended!

Used to be good. Last couple times have been bad. Couple months ago I asked to fill out the paperwork to write down problem areas. Then we just went for Mother’s Day, I grabbed the paper before anyone greeted us. My mom put no hair and no face (she just had surgery) the lady came took her paper read it out loud then I asked if I could fill out a paper for my problem areas she said no.. so I verbally asked her to work on my shoulder and feet. My feet were not touched, not a single time and my moms hair and face were rubbed.. I mentioned this at the end and she said oh sorry I forgot!! Then proceeded to ask me what I wanted her to do about it.. we won’t be back. That’s 3 unpleasant times and it was the icing on the cake. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and at least maybe have a shot at telling them my problem areas.Update: I appreciate the apology, the limited English was not an issue. I understood what was being said I was just unhappy with the results and how it was handled. If the paper is not what you want to do and want to hear the problems face to face then you should 1) remove the paper from the desk, 2) take better notes of the problem areas as 2 of the 3 problem areas I requested were not even touched.. 3) my mom was not a returning customer, it was her first time. So the paper she filled out should have been acknowledged thoroughly.. And I raved about the place only for it to be a disappointing experience. a 10% discount on $240 is not what fixes the issue. But thanks for trying I guess..

I have been here two time and love this place. If you need a couples massage or single this is the place to go. Beautiful place and amazing people. You can also book online or walk-in.

It wasn’t very good. I was not asked whether i cared if it was a guy doing it, i do care. I was not very comfortable. At the end after i paid she asked for a tip and i said no thank you and then she look very confused on why. Overall would not go there again

I have had a few massages from other places and julie was the best. She worked on my problem areas and great customer service as well! This place is beautiful and tranquil! I definitely recommend! 👍👍

I got full body 60 min massage from male therapist. It was perfect presser! Highly recommend .

Do not go here! They added a larger tip to my cc than I wrote on the ticket. When I confronted them, they claimed I put it on there. The extra they put on was refunded when I threatened legal action.I can not emphasize this enough, do not go here, they will steal from you.

Zack was awesome. I got the one hour med massage he had me walking out straight.

I got a couples message and we both felt amazing afterwards. The atmosphere was calming and the staff were very professional.

Scheduled over the phone for a couples massage. When we arrived we were immediately herded into a room even after I insisted filling out the customary paperwork. Like how did they even know what we wanted. During the massage they left the room several times. It was a okay massage but we never felt relaxed or felt like priority. Then when we went to pay the lady insisted that we tip which I would typically want to but in this case I did not. We will not be back.

Cindy gives a fantastic massage. I kept waking myself with my loud snores. Its that good. Best massage in Sherman. $60 for an hour, and I tip the same amount. Its worth every penny. Love it!

This isn’t the 1st review on this topic. The massage was amazing but they are still telling you how much you “have” to tip. Which is absolutely ridiculous! They could’ve easily got 5 stars if the harassment of the tip didn’t come along with it! I still only gave them what I felt was generous and it sure wasn’t what they expect! Just be prepared if you go they have a sign behind the desk that states “how much you HAVE to give as a tip”! And for the business owner that responds on my review, don’t say “Thank you for your review, but I think you may have misunderstood, we never ask guests to must.” because I did NOT misunderstand. Again they are still telling you how much to tip, either speak with your workers or get new employees!!!!

My husband and I love going here Cindy and Jack are amazing! Very professional! Its relaxing from the time you walk in until you leave, clean and massage is great! We go at least once if not twice a week! Highly recommend going here! We now have our son and his girlfriend loving going here too! Thank you Cindy and Jack!

This was a gift for a friend.I indicated after I initially paid for the services I would do the tip at the end.I never left the waiting area.As my friend was coming out they asked them about the tip.That put a damper on the experience. Everything else was nice.

I love it, I try to go every 2 months . I love the environment and the lovely ladies . They never try to rush your hour massage like most places . They always have open appointments.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They took me as a walk in on a Sunday and saw me right away. Ding Ding was my massage therapist and she was very kind and attentive. She did an amazing job and I felt relaxed and refreshed when I left. I highly recommend you experience both the foot and body massage. Prices are very reasonable at about $1/minute. I will be back very soon and I recommend this place over the others that have recently opened in the same area!

Fantastic massage and that is coming from a massage therapist. Clean area and friendly staff. One complaint the therapist left the room twice before the massage was over.

Zen spa is a clean Asian spa.Really good deep tissue massages, and attentive to need areas.No shenanigans there. I really like it and every therapist has been very good.

It was a quiet, clean and relaxing place for a busy mama to absolutely enjoy her time away from home! Abi was friendly, fun and professional! Loved how she was able to tell which areas on my back were too tight and needed some magical massaging. She also focused on my neck which was great because I have been having the stiff neck problem lately. Highly recommend Zen Spa!

I went in to have a hand and feet massage. I had a great experience and Abi was very nice and courteous. She did a great job and was able to work out all my stress and tension. The environment is very calming and soothing. I will definitely go back and ask for her again. Words can not Express how great she was. Im very pleased with her and zen spa. Zen spa is lucky to have her and I will tell others about my experience.

Loved everything about this place! The massage therapist was very professional and thorough in working out my issues. Also like that they give freebies like essential oil and hot stones at no additional charge! At the end if you have time to have a nice cup of hot with Xi it is the perfect ending to a wonderful experience!

I had a great experience and it was very relaxing. I had so many knots and tension that the lady who did my massage did a great job. I could hear my muscles and bones pop. After a massage you will be in pain afterwards because your muscles are waking up. It is like when you begin a new exercise. I also have horrible tension headaches and migraines. That week I did not have any headaches. Thank you Zen Spa.

Abi is very good at what she does. The whole experience is extraordinary. I had my back done and Abi has been very professional. She is also sensitive to my needs and worked on my left shoulder longer as I told her that’s my problematic area. The price is very reasonable! Would recommend for anyone what relax after a hardworking day!

Couples massage was amazing...my husband and I will definitely be back for a special occasion...my masuese got a little rough but when I told her she fixed it...you have to communicate with your person. I asked for extra time spent on my lower neck and she did exactly what was needed..we are so pleased!

Best massage ever, she used hot rocks and towel after so relaxing, before she started she asked where I hurt I told her my neck has been stiff for like to weeks, she applied pressure to my right leg above my ankle an the stiffness was gone.

Worst!! That lady was MEAN! she literally asked “give me tip now” even i was going to give her in any ways. SO RUDE! not good service at all!! Rude staff! Will never go there and won’t suggest to anyone. My body was burning whatever product that weird lady used on my body.

Very professional atmosphere,Anna is very knowledgeable about massage technics and pressure point.I went in with pain in rotator cuff and I told that is was arthritis that its wear n tear of me being 52 yrs old.She started to put pressure on my shin and guess what...till this day I havnt experience pain.I also went in for my sciatic nerve and also same thing...she put pressure on my right leg and felt relief all the way to my gluteus.I walked out pain free and highly recommend Anna and I will be back.

Zen spa is false advertising scheduled an appointment didn’t get seen cause of only having two worker but only one being there as a lazy bum.. doesn’t speak English is a liar who wasn’t even on the phone .. spent 120$ on nothing she says to reschedule but then doesn’t .. so I don’t recommend wasting your time or money at this spa it’s FALSE! If you go you’ll be disappointed I GIVE ZERO STARS!!

All I can say is wow!! !! !! Abi has the most softest hands but boy oh boy can she give a massage.. .. Very relaxing dont feel as tensed I will definitely go back while Im here in Texas working

Didn’t have a great experience, I paid $60 for a massage and I got bruises all on my back and shoulders.. I couldn’t even lay on my back that night . (Sunday) . If I could I would show you the pictures I took to prove it.. I told the lady it was hurting and she said it would because I was knotted up .. .. I won’t be back ...

The atmosphere is great, the staff is polite and friendly, and their skills/quality of massage is top notch! Second best massage I ever had.

Called three days ahead and set an appointment for 5pm. A customer that was scheduled later than me showed up early (mind you, I showed up at 430pm) and she went ahead and took that individual and told me I would have to wait until 530. Very unprofessional and I wont be back.

Made a appointment for 2 ppl two weeks in advanced for Father’s Day. I even called back two separate times to confirm the date and time considering they said they were open on Father’s Day. Arrived at our appointment time and the lady is looking through scribbled handwriting on a legal pad for our appointment and then tells us she doesn’t have an appointment down for us. Will not be back
