I love their mixed on the spot juice, always tastes so clean (my fav is strawberry kiwi ). The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and seem 4/20 cool lol. They have lots of different RDAs and tanks and prices arent too pricey for paying for quality.

Great place. The staff is always extremely friendly and very helpful, whether youve been vaping for awhile or are wanting to start. I would recommend this place every time. Their flavors are also usually smooth without the harshness or peppery flavor.

My cousin brought me into this awesome Vape-Bar, and visiting from Houston I had never seen anything like it! (and thats really saying something because the places in Houston, while theyre ripping you off, act like they invented the whole Vapor craze!)I loved the way that this shop was set up so that we could sample every HANDMADE flavor they had there, and even offered to mix a flavor up for me if they didnt already have it out on the shelves. They quickly got me set up with a couple new tanks, a new (pretty) battery and instructed me on how to better care for the hardware I have. I already have an entire list of things that I would love to purchase from this shop ,and ONLY this shop, in the future.The super friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST staff quickly became valued to me as friends as they had already become familiar with my cousin whom I hadnt seen in ages, and LOVE so much. This was actually a very valuable bonding experience for me!What a great idea this place is! All of the places to buy vaping products, hardware, juices, etc. around here are also shops that carry items Id rather not have anything to do with, and thats fine for others, but these guys are committed to having a great, comfortable place to experience all things Vapor, and actually educating their customers on how the juices are created (there in the shop) and the best products available to use.The entire drive back home, I was checking out the Buku Vapor website, and just cant wait for them to be able to sell their superior products online!All in all, a WONDERFUL experience, and even though I live more than 4 hours away, I will certainly be a long time and loyal customer!**** I CANT WAIT to visit Buku Vapor again!****

Great staff! Great product selection! Best juice! Ask for Bedrocker 70vg juice you will fall in love! 2 yrs later I am updating my review, I was in my first initial relapse with Multiple Sclerosis, this companies accidental find for myself has been one of the few positive moments in my life. I later was sponsored with my absolute choice zero payment and won 9 vape comps in 1.5 yrs. I cannot imagine a better company ever.

Very experienced and friendly staff! Every time I walk in, they know what I need. They also offer a great selection of vape juices, mods, batteries and just about everything you need to start or continue Vaping. I have been to some of the other stores in town and this is, by far, the best one!

I went into this store today and I thought the customer service was exceptional. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. They have some really cool vaping products. I only bought a couple of small bottles of juice, but I will definitely go back when I need some more vaping supplies.

It was my first time in, and I wasnt greeted nor spoken to nicely. I stated when I came in that I needed juice and Ive never been here before, I was replied to shortly with well what flavor do you want? I replied I dont know, I like berry flavors. She then sighs and instead of handing me a menu or coming to where I was standing she proceeded to tell me from across the store, the flavor names (which dont describe the actual flavor) with an attitude like I should know what they have. I heard berry Bliss or something of that nature and just said that one. THEN the cashier that was checking me out was on something, he couldnt do the simple task of typing in what I bought and spoke so slowly it sounded like he was confused on what he was doing... The juice was an okay price but it didnt last or burn correctly. What I did like is they had a lounge and plenty of vape accessories for multiple mods.

So Im impressed to say the least. Ive dealt with ALOT OF different vape shops in ALOT of different states and Im ok oppressed by Buku Vapor.I was referred by my sisters in law whom have lived in this area for a long time. I was in the market for a new mod but have been using Kanger for a long time with success. They didnt have the exact model I was looking for although they had kanger. So the gentleman (forgive me Im terrible remembering names) offered to show me some comprable models. He showed me the smok 80w baby kit which after the abundance of knowledge he shared with me I really liked it, so I bought that some fluid and some new batteries. I started having issues with it shorting out but was out of town then it seem to get better but about a week later it wouldnt fire at all. So I went back in after about 2.5 to 3 weeks after the original purchase date and explained what was going on. On this day 3 employees including the manager (whom was present and helpful the first day as well) were in the store. They figured out it was the little gate that holds the battery in not getting a good connection which I was told on the first day can happen. So for the trouble Id had they went ahead and switched it out with a bit of an upgrade to the latest model of the Kanger just to make sure they made it right. This was mote than most shops will do. They all have a 30-day manufacturer warranty but most shops will make you send it in regardless of how long youve had it but buku genuinely wants to please the customer. Then the other gentleman that I hadnt met before asked what kind of fluid I was using, when I explained that I order it he recommended a fluid he believed to be comparable and GET THIS, just to have me try it he paid for it out of his own pocket. 😲 wow almost unheard of right? Anyway, regardless they got my business for life. Thank you to the 2 employees and the Manager that helped make my experience a pleasant one.

Have never vaped before and was looking for the best thing to aid me in quitting smoking. Samantha was there to assist me. Not only was she thoroughly knowledgeable in EVERYTHING, but she was extremely funny. She took the time to talk to me about the different products and what someone just starting out like me should purchase. Then she moved on to do a nicotine test with me to figure out what level would be best for me, then helped me pick a flavor. Did I mention I showed up 45 mins before closing? The fact that I showed up that late, and she was still that helpful, is customer service that you usually dont get nowadays. So happy with my purchase and the staff that they now have a loyal customer! If you havent tried them, then you def should!

I go in buku about 3-4 times a week and have never experienced any problem with Anything! I was new to this whole thing and buddy, Brandon and Samantha really hooked me up and have always been of great help. And the prices are by far the best in town

I started going to Buku Vapor after my girlfriend would buy product and juice from there. I used to get most my juice and product from Luckys in Shreveport. Once I tried some of her juice from Buku I havent bought house juice from any other place in town. Ive had issues with a local vape shop over charging me for product and giving false info about there merchandise. At Buku they are very helpful and informative when it comes to questions about there merchandise. Overall, they have the best juice in town, an awesome group of friendly, helpful, employees, and the best prices when it comes to merchandise. I recommend this vape store to all my friends and anyone wanting to get into vaping.

This place is way on the other side of town from where I live but I go here not just every chance I get anytime I need juice atomizers or even a new mod they are very knowledgeable and friendly they have a great variety of juices and assorted products I would have to say as far as flavors and quality of juice this would be the place to go

I agree with Kevin customer service is terrible. You got Mr Automated robot behind the counter stuck on doushe bag mode, buying or trying? Ask him whats his best berry he damn near had a malfunction, he replied with what is that? I mean Im not saying Im the sharpest tool in the tool shed but dam!!! How many doushe bags does it take to screw in a light bulb? Theres no list of there products anywhere so you gotta rely on Dr. Robot to search his memory card to tell you. Long story short terrible customer service and premium priced mediocre juice.

Really nice vape shop, they have some really great juice, and its not watered down either..... its just a tad pricey tho..... unless you catch the specials!!

I am new to vapeing so I dropped in for some info the vape products. I was greeted with open arms and Buddy helped me. He was very knowledgeable and showed me some products to get me started, and without pressure to buy something right off the bat. I even walked out with nothing because I dont know if Im ready yet to switch, but when I go back, Buddy will be my new to vape guru. Buku is right on point!

Not a fan of their product, juice was very thin and watery for a 50/50 mix. flavor wasnt there. tossed the juice, They may have been having a bad day but it still cost me money

I tried buku juice a little over a year ago for the first time, there has been no looking back, between me and my wife we are encroaching in on 300 30ml bottles of fruit scroll up.
