Terrible customer service. The assumption that all customers are already experts on how to use this stuff is extremely condescending and non helpful. I’ve read Debra try and defend the negative comments but the reality is this: I’m not a “vaper” and depend on those that work at vape shops to be helpful and understanding to people who are trying to be customers of theirs… Instead of the terrible non-helpful attitude that your staff had. I was happy to drive a little further up the road to Great American Vapes where I was treated much better, taught how to use the pen, spent less money, and left happy.

To not offer house juices, not to mention prices higher than Anyone around, they charge 3.5% if you use a card. This place is ok if you find yourself in a bind, but I gladly drive by to go to a more professional business a few miles away. If they can’t accept cards, like Everyone else in business, they should at least bring the pricing within reason.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this shop is. The employees here will help you find the perfect set up and their customer service doesnt end after your purchase. Unlike many shops, they will continue to assist you to ensure that you have the ultimate vape experience.

I bought the pricer vape bundle (it included batteries and a charger). The lady gave me cheap, paper covered, batteries. Also the charger that came with the bundle was a flashlight battery charger, and did not work. The lady working didnt really seem to know anything about anything that felt with the store and its items. Would not recommend.

Went to the Mansfield road one which didnt have the one we wanted. Was told we had to drive to the Shreveport Barksdale store. Once getting to the Shreveport Barksdale one the lady had it. Luckily I asked if that was all my daughter needed because it wasnt apparently we needed to get the tank also. Then after asking again if that was all we needed she said it didnt come with batteries. The lady was in such a hurry to eat her lunch she didnt care to inform us of what was needed or wasnt helpful at all. I wanted to get a juice but they are all behind the counter and she told me I couldnt walk back there to see them and didnt want to even try to tell me about any of them.There was no way I could see the name or flavors from where we was standing We will never go back to this location. The lady was very rude,short answers, and just wanted to get rid of us so she could eat.

Horrible service. Spent about 50 bucks and was given the wrong coil even though she held my vape and told her what I needed. The 100ml of juice I bought. What a joke!! I havent even used a full tank of it yet. Juice was dark as ever and vaping it is nauseating. The date on the bottom is 8/19. I called back and they only argued with me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! HORRIBLE STORE!!

The owner is super nice and most of the employees are all very helpful. If you want great juice, mods and possibly the best customer service I highly recommend

I love there brand of juice, its awesome!!! And I love the staff there. I the day i found them i was loyal and even after i moved 4 hours away i still will only buy from them.

Lady up front called me and my friends ‘dumbasses’ and assumed we were younger than 18. I know it’s state law to show identification before entering a store like this, but how she asked us with an attitude just by us walking in was not necessary. My friend tried to buy an atomizer and the lady tried to sell us a whole tank because “it was the style and decor of the tank that [my friend] doesn’t like.” You’ll have better services at American Vapes or at any gas station that sells quality vapes and hookahs.

I bought $70 vape from here and it hasn’t even been a couple weeks and my buttons sticking and the vape it’s self is messing up the I’ve called and girls there do not care they are rude and refuse to help and all I wanted was help on how to fix the problem for people that work at a vape shop it’s sad that you don’t know anything about the products you sale find another vape shop especially not going back to the one on Mansfield rd I’ll carry my business to American vapes

Hours on front show 10am-6pm. It is almost 11am. The sign at the door is lit up and says open. Door is locked and no one is inside. We were going to be first time customers, but we will take our business elsewhere.

Too expensive, only stopped in because I needed coils it was $10 more a pkg than my usual place Great American Vapes. I dont think they have house juices either.

If you enjoy paying a premium and then getting a tip added by the associate (without your permission), this is your place to shop. Never again!
