As someone else mentioned in their review, these practitioners pour all of their energy into helping you. I’ve never experienced a massage quite like the one I received here. It was intense—no fault of theirs, as my body was a bundle of knots! But as soon as I got off the table, I immediately noticed a difference. These professionals aren’t just masseuses; they are true healers who understand the body on a profound level. I was so moved by the care and attention I received that I matched the cost of the service as my tip. Even so, I feel that no amount of money could ever truly reflect the value of what they do. If you’re struggling with any mobility issues or simply need relief from deep-seated tension, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The transformation they provide is beyond words- its an investment in your well-being.

Massage was good, but the tip experience was horrible - I asked for change to tip 20% (decent for the amount of time I got), and she refused to give me back any change. Instead, she pocketed my entire bill basically giving herself a 33% tip, and told me I dont need it!!! Ripped off, and wasnt even ashamed. I wouldve argued, but will just take my business elsewhere.

Massage is normal. However, what is not normal is that after Massage was done and tip them they ask for more tips. They are telling me how much I need to tip. I have never experienced that in my life. Hold on, when I left the lady ran 🏃‍♂️ behind me to try to charge me the 3.5% credit card fee that I already paid in the first place. SMH, never again

This place is so disgusting. A worker here placed me in a filthy room which the bed was saturated with hair and dirt from another customer. Once I brought it to her attention, she only placed a towel over all the hair and dirt as if that would make me feel better and tried to continue with the service versus removing the dirty sheets and replacing it with clean sheets. I refused to lay on the bed and left. This massage spa is located on the 1st floor, there is another massage spa on the second floor which is much cleaner. The lady was very unprofessional. I do not recommend Relax Station.

I had a back massage on bed. When I went to lay down, there was hair on sheet. The tech put me on another bed. Never changed the sheet of the other bed. After I was finished with massage, they straightened sheet, pulled covers back up and never changed or sanitized. Another person came in and they put him on bed and when he was done, they straightened sheet, pulled up blanket. Again no change of sheet or sanitized. Absolutely nasty. We wont even discuss that we are in a pandemic. Oh my goodness. This should be reported to Health Department. Annapolis Mall location.

The massage was just ok. I had a 30 minute Back massage and 40 minute reflexology massage which equaled to $70. As I signing the receipt I put down $15 tip and the guy tells me I have to give at least $20. 20% of $70 is $14. Since when isn’t a 21% gratuity good enough? I will never go back to this place again.

The guy I had seemed to be nice but when it came to communication I was required to speak to someone who understood English, secondly, Im a thick girl.. This guy hurriedly rushed through the 90 min massage and jabbed relentlessly into my tense muscles as if Id specifically asked for intense pressure! Perhaps petite Asians assume for a massage to be enjoyed by a heavy person they must apply every ounce of their body weight as if to say my flesh is not able to be bruise , this is the second time Ive had a masseuse assume this and its very frustrating when they dont catch the body language since verbal communication is a no go..

I drive from baltimore to come to this massage place. I have been here 2 times so far and honestly the massage is just the greatest. The price is as fair as it can be. Though, the people who work there tend to speak to one another during your sessions in their language and I understand this can be a bother to some.Personally this doesnt bother me as you can already hear the noise from the mall so their talking is okay. However, they know what they are doing with your body, they will bring back that blood flow in your body and untie any knots... i dont go there to get that relaxation you get at a fancy spa, I go there to give my body what it needs. This place is worth it!

The worst massage ever!! My husband and I went there yesterday to get a full body massage and the guy I had was so rough. I didnt enjoy it THEN or AFTER. I couldnt sleep all night because my back was hurting. Im so mad right now because I should have stop him from doing my massage after repeatedly telling him that hurts but I kept thinking hes the expert so let him do his job. Never again!! Im going to my doctor just to make sure Im okay.

There are two places here in Wheaton where a massage can be had. Even though it is a more private setting than the other, I feel like it is inferior to the other.The massage itself, 1/7/19, was ok. Thats all. Just ok. While I was there the women talked among themselves almost nonstop. I had a 60 minute massage and my masseuse ran her mouth (in Chinese) to the others for at least 25 minutes. At one point I thought of stopping and paying for the time spent.Eventually I got used to it and whats done is done. They are not very friendly either.I will not visit again.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. After 30 minutes of being jabbed in my spine, I felt generous and attempted to tip 10%. The massage therapist had the audacity to tell me I have to tip her 20%. I explained to her that her service was poor and I was going to be nice with the 10%, but since she was rude I took back my 10% tip and paid nothing extra.

This is the best place ever. These people work soooooo hard using all of their hand muscles and joints for others and giving all their energy. All you have to do is tell them how you want it- lighter or harder.

This is one of the best places I have ever gone to relax. I highly recommend it to anyone. They took care of my niece and I from the roots of our hair to the very bottom of our feet. What an amazing where out of many to spend my bornday!

I have been getting massages here for over three years. By fair the most reasonably priced massage you can find in Silver Spring. Recommended+++

Do Not go to this place. There is no professionalism. Poor quality massage you can tell this is a fly by night establishment. I would also recommend females request the woman. I experienced some very creepy vibes

That disgusting lady with the glasses so hungry for more money for the tips made me feel so uncomfortable I will never return to that place she ruined my day all I wanted to do in my day off was relaxing and a good massage I will make none of my friends or family go there

Omg the lady that gave me the massage was so brutal to the point that next day my arms got brouces all over and then when I got to paid I ask to get changed for $20.00 they took it and said oh tip and I said no is to much they said now is 10 % or something like that horrible I dont recommended it

Would have liked for my reflexology technician to explain what he was doing and what the outcome, benefit would be. He also didnt recognize or appropriately react to the pain he was causing me and couldnt understand what I was saying.

Bad service because they so rude... and also when you pay,they told me not $10 is $15 dollar they ask for tips and how much you need too give then .... i hope not back these place is really bad service ....for me they can get 0 star

This is an acupressure emphasis on PRESSURE. They do great work if you have a bothersome area. I get a little sore the next day but my back always feels better

I would highly recommend to start off with a 10 minute massage to see how good the person is with their job.

I won’t return to that place because they almost beat me up for the tip

The massage was horrible, I had pain for 3 days, the first day I didnt go to work, it hurt so much that even my clothes when they were pink were horrible. I dont recommend it.
