Shas Organic Skin Care and MedSpa offers many treatments as well a wide variety of skin care products. I have had seven treatments there so far, all performed by their esthetician Misha, and cannot wait to schedule more. Misha is very welcoming and polite. She is also very knowledgeable and explains every step of the process. The atmosphere is soothing right as you walk in. All the products are neatly displayed by categories and look and smell wonderful. A relaxing spa musing is playing and the staff is welcoming and polite. My first treatment was a customized facial. It was a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I have recently purchased a package of skin tightening treatments, and have had six so far with two more to go. I am really enjoying this experience and I am looking forward to more treatments!

FALSE ADVERTISING // UPDATEInitial Review:So I purchased six session for skin tightening through GROUPON. There is false advertising (attached picture) because the Groupon says they use the Venus versa technology but the machine they used is totally different; is one you can easily get somewhere else. The technology advertised on Groupon is not close to effective to what I was treated with. Now the girl was very nice with me I know is not her fault. I doubt now whether or not everything else is scam.See the attached pictures of what a Venus versa is in comparison to what they gave me.SOLUTION:Sha (owner) personally spoke to me about the situation and offered a solution that exceeded my expectations,I am very impressed by the willingness to address and make the customer satisfied.You do not find that everywhere. Some places only care about money but Sha showed me otherwise, that they do business the honest way.Thank you :) Customer for life !

My experiences at Shas Organic Skin Care & MedSpa have all been wonderful! So far, Ive had 3 visits. Each time, the staff who worked with me were amazing and true experts at what they were doing. The owner is conscientious and attentive to her business; often shes on site checking on her clientele and being aware of how the place is operating. Love, love, love all my services at Shas Organic Skincare and MedSpa. I say that because I had to come back. I had let myself go during a tough time in my life. Once things settled down, I looked in the mirror and couldnt believe what I saw. Without a second thought, I made that call. I needed my semeglutide, Cavatation and lipolysis regiment. And let me tell you, I am on my way back. Every now and then I throw in my massage and facials. I even treat my family and friends to them and they love them.

I had the worst massage of my life at this place a week and a half ago. I was so so disappointed as I was looking forward to it and had poured over reviews bc I don’t feel the most comfortable going to a massage. My experience did not at all live up to the reviews. Not sure how the reviews are so good after visiting. The atmosphere was not very welcoming. They made it clear that as I was last appointment of the day they had all been hoping I wouldn’t show up. Even going as far as one employee in the hallway telling me the massage therapist had been praying I’d cancel all afternoon. Of course this made me feel immediately uncomfortable and unwelcome that I felt I was forcing this person to stay for me but since I had prepaid I continued anyway so as to not lose money. Then began the worst massage I have ever had. I went in feeling relatively good and left literally in pain. I have had a deep tissue massage I am aware it can be uncomfortable or a bit sore after but this was actually painful. It was the opposite of relaxing I thought about getting up and cancelling mid appointment several times but given my initial experience I already felt uncomfortable at this place. The person at no point asked me about pressure or how I was doing. In fact when I walked into the room initially she didn’t even say hello or introduce herself. She repeatedly pressed on my spine and directly over very sensitive bones like my shin rather than focusing on the muscles. The only part I semi enjoyed was the cupping and that was very short. The the worst part of it all this person had the audacity to answer her cellphone in the middle of my massage. I was absolutely petrified and mortified lying there unclothed while this person had had their phone the whole time!!! Initially she tried to pretend as though she wasn’t on the phone and then she just outright started answering the person in full sentences. She at no point acknowledged the phone call except after just to say “sorry maam”. There were so many ways should could have handled it had it been an emergency. I could’ve been understanding if she had said she needed to step out or she could’ve even played off leaving me for a few minutes with a treatment like a hot towel or something and then come back to finish but answering the phone or even just having one in the room was widly inappropriate and unprofessional. You should never have a device that can record or take pictures when a client is lying vulnerably unclothed in the room! Then at the end they asked me to tip her even tho I had prepaid which felt forced and obligatory so I tipped a small amount but truly should not have been asked to tip and would not have tipped at all. I was honestly in pain after this massage and very upset with the treatment and care here. 1/10 one star only for the cupping experience which I enjoyed but would not return again.

Sha is the best!! She helped my elderly mom with a wonderful pain cream for her arthritis. The massages are wonderful and her skin care products and facials are excellent! The weight loss program is super, and tailored to fit your needs. Her staff is kind, friendly and professional. Sha, herself is one of the kindest, most compassionate and very positive spiritual person. She truly is a healer on so many levels. Thank you and your staff for everything youve done for me and my mom. We hope to see you again soon!

This place is amazing! I am so glad I found this spa! Self care is the best care and I got some services done here with no regrets!! It’s a clean location that brings great energy and good vibes! Their soaps are homemade and organic! The owner Aisha came out to greet me! I felt like I was at home! Gia did my laser treatment and she handle everything with care. WORST LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. I came here hoping that I would receive what I paid for and literally received the worst service 20 min massage and 30 mins of red light therapy? why I came here to get drained not for a fast massage. I would have went to the mall for that. This was not quality service, the staff was rude and not caring at all considering the fact that is post-op I should be able to feel comfortable well I did not. I was also asked that is required to wear a mask, I understand that is a rule however I had a rhinoplasty as well so I am current not supposed to wear any type of mask. When I explained to the owner that she gave me the look of death. I hope this place gets flagged due to unprofessional this business is and it is not fair for the patients that come here hoping to get drainage. It makes you question if they are licensed and properly trained. I did not feel like she was draining me like you are supposed to from top to bottom . It felt like a mediocre massage, do yourself a favor and go to a qualified therapist it might be a little bit more money but let me tell you that for good results it is definitely worth it. I will pay double what I paid at this Spa.

Mama Aisha and her staff are amazing. I have nothing but niceness to say about this place and the service rendered. I have been cared by three different technicians. All amazing at what they do. You must check in with a positive mindset and trust the process. If you do, you will see the results. Exercise and diet is key. I am a plant based eater and mostly juice fast during my session package. Although results varies, you will see something. Also purchase the fat burning cream. Majority of all of the products are organic and handmade. Support this black business. I drive almost an hour to get here and I will do it again and again until I reach my goal.

I was scheduled for a consultation to receive laser lipo. I came a little early because I’m a very punctual person when it was time for my appt I was told she was conducting a facial that overlapped my services. All in all I ended up waiting over and hour the girl at the front desk never informed me of what was going on very unprofessional. When I said I was leaving she then went to ask the lady and she said she was done with the facial. If I have an appt I expect to be seen at that time.

I was bought the hyperpigmentation/ melasma package a month a go, nothing changes, My skin is burn, I am so disappointed on her products. The owner is friendly, but honestly I will not recommend her soap or cream. Ethiopian people please DON’T buy the dark spots creams form this company. I was have very small dark spots and all my skin get irritated and burning. The reason I give reviews right know because I can’t sleep due to my skin is burning and in pain. Please be careful.

Everyone at Shas Creations is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and amazing! The services are thorough, tailored experiences that cater to your personal needs. I get facials here, and my skin has improved SO MUCH. I started with acne, and now that the acne has subsided, the focus has been on clearing dark marks and scars. Patience is key, but I continuously see improvements! My face is glowing! I love that there are skin care plans for each individual and how the staff work very hard to help you along your journey. Sha’s energy and spirit are so positive and warm. She’s like that favorite auntie you love to visit. And she knows so much about healing and wellness. I adore Sha’s skincare (especially glutathione soap and cream). the soap, serum, and moisturizer are all working together - I have a glow. (Please note I have a very clean diet due to a serious disease diagnosis last year — in my experience topical applications did not correct the damage done from poor diet. That said, I always had sensitive acne prone skin and Sha’s products have not caused any issues plus I love that it’s clean organic nontoxic.) i do wish it was more quiet when I’m receiving the lymphatic massage - you can hear “hallway” conversations because there are cubicle partitions and not rooms with doors. I recommend clients bring earplugs and eye mask if you want to get into the ultrarelaxed spa zone. Or perhaps they will add white noise machines to the spa rooms.

This was my first time ever getting a facial and I chose Shaes. I have to say, overall, it was a great experience. My esthetician Ray was super cool, knowledgeable, and professional. I was really impressed with the results and will be making another appointment to return. I recommend this place and Ray does an awesome job.

I have been with Sha’s Creations for 4 years and I started with the sample soaps and moisturizer. I am so pleased 💖with the results after just two weeks that I had to try and focus on the dark spots. My experience today was beyond great. I love how Sha interacts with the guest. From the moment I arrived Sha was making jokes which allowed me to feel like I belonged. The cavi-Lipo service was great. My tech communicated very well with me. She walked me through the entire service. She talked to me about diet and exercise. I could have definitely slept if I wasn’t running my mouth so much. The environment was great overall to the point I could have hung out and chatted for longer. I definitely will be back.

I bought 5 sessions of Cavi Lipo and will be going in for at least 5 more when I get the chance. The location is great (lots of parking) and the staff is absolutely lovely. I really appreciate how they genuinely want you to look and feel your best. I can already see a difference; with that said, to see results, its important to follow all of their directions.I went to see Chenise and Quasha, and we had the best conversations, plus the atmosphere was very peaceful. They made me feel welcome and at ease. Shas Creations also carries a great selection of skincare and other products, some of which I have already purchased.This is the best place I couldve gone for Cavi Lipo, and I honestly cant wait to go back again.

I absolutely love the owner Mrs Aisha , the first day I met her , she made me feel soo comfortable and at ease , just coming back from surgery , I was in sooo much pain . I was crying , uncomfortable and felt soo much discomfort but once I got in the room with Mrs Aisha , all the pain I was feeling initially went away . On top of that she was very knowledgeable and professional . And she taught me a little bit about the service I was receiving which helped me understand the importance of getting post op lymphatic massages . I did a facial at their location in silver spring, MD and I am glad I made that decision. Not only was the facial amazing but it was also informative. I was taught about my skin type and what acne treatment and discoloration treatment i needed to use to correct my skin after years of bad skin care. I learned about skin care routine and the importance of sunscreen. Cant wait to go back. One more thing, I learned that skin care is about having a routine and being patient.

The shop smells divine and is filled with natural soaps, lotions, etc. I purchased a Groupon for cavi lipo treatments. I have only had one so far, so I can yet comment on the lasting effects. The technician, Abby, was thorough, gentle and explained the process. I am looking great forward to seeing results.

Zero stars if I could and I was actually really looking forward to scheduling with her. Im not sure what was going on, but from the onset she called yelling and talking down to me, while I spoke calmly to her. Actually, cut me off a few times when I tried to explain I was unable to book for 2 main reasons, which one we figured out was not the right day, but apparently she did have an opening.She told me she was the best in the industry. Sha if you are the best, whatever customer service you just gave me was the WORST. I would have loved to scheduled something with you, but not after how rudly and poorly you spoke to me.

Its OK. Not very relaxing spa, no background relaxing music, no space in the rooms. Feels too enclosed and like being stuck in a small cubicle. People are nice though, just maybe not as experienced as they should be, at least for the cavi-lipo. I do love the soaps and other things they sell, smells good but I have not tryed any. They do not push products on you so thats nice. I have not had any other services there, so I dont know about that.

Unique products, few weeks into using sha’s skin care routine there has been great improvement with my skin. The owner is highly knowledgeable in skin care and provides excellent guidance tutorial. ❤️❤️❤️

First time doing cavi-lipo. Went in for my first treatment and was sent to a small little room, the girl who attended me didn’t explain a thing to me. I asked questions, got short answers. Not welcoming at all. No music in the background so you can hear everything outside the little room. I did my 5 sessions only because i had paid in full. Didn’t see any results whatsoever. Every session, was like the first. Kind of glad it’s over with.

Several of the ladies that did my Cavilipo were good, especially Nikki, a few of them need to explain things more thoroughly. I wouldnt say NOT go but they always overbook clients and you WILL be waiting. Good service, unprofessional environment, owner should not be talking poorly about employees in front of clients.

Shas Creation is amazing and the staff are all well informed and so welcoming. I highly recommend this med spa for their cavi-lipo treatments and wraps. I definitely see a difference in my stomach.

So much to say about Shas Creations. Wonderful products. I have dark spots and acne and the products really work. Over time, my dark spots have lighten. Creams are smooth and silky. Try the products, you will not be disappointed.

I had the cavi lipo treatments. After the first treatment I was still in pain a week later, so I had to reschedule my appointment. My appointment was rescheduled for the wrong day, I guess I will have to chalk this up as a lost because I called several places that provide this treatment and no one could understand why I was still in pain and its suppose to be a treatment that doesnt hurt

My products were missing. Cynthia was very confrontational. I spoke with the assistant manager who seemed to be fixing the problem and still never sent the product and its been 5 days after the fact and I never got a an email to return product after I got a call from the assistant manager promising I would get on 7/9/2021. I mean how long does it take to send a email with a address.
