Indian Hills Nudist Park

Me and my wife had never been to a place like this before. We’ve always been adventurous and this was an awesome experience. We planned a day trip but within the first hour of arrival we felt so welcomed and comfortable, we decided to rent a cabin for the night. It was perfect and quaint. Really friendly people and a really cool community vibe. We plan to return soon.

Easy to find. I was there for 6 days & was in the pool every day. It was crystal clear & never too cold.I met some fantastic people there & have some new friends now. If youre thinking about doing something different try this. Fantastic fun.

Rainy weather and lightning were our companions on this trip, but we still enjoyed ourselves poolside when the sun did come out. There are a variety of cabin options for overnight visitors without a membership, and camper / RV spaces too. Be advised that this is not a luxury spa experience, its more like glamping in your birthday suit. The park hosts are very friendly and gracious. Some of the residents need to be tip-toed around. We went to Indian Hills as an alternative to a more traditional hotel, and we were happy with our choice. If I ever make it back to Louisiana, Id consider staying there again, depending on the weather lol.

Wife and I believe in honesty even if it hurts feeling. This is our honest reveiw.We loved our time here.None of the normal clique issues, no feeling out of place, straight foward simple place that is more than a camp or resort but an honest community.From the time we arrived (a day early) we were welcomed by not just the staff but also by the others (both full time and visitors)We were given a tour and shown exactly to our site. Informed of and shown amenities (bath houses, pool, clubhouse) and Informed of the events over the next few days..We set up in a basic site (30amp/water only, rock pored lane way/pad)The site shared a covered picnic area and trash can with a second site, was laid out in a manor to comfortable pull in a small camper like ours (24) and could easily house a 40 as well as tow vehicle.. A nice fire pit area on site and easy access to all amenities on foot if you dont have a golfcart.While noticed some minor maintenance issues (i.e. a bit of paint or pressure washing needed here and there) there was nothing distracting or off putting.After set up we headed for the pool. Meet some great people and felt welcomed in and not like a burden. Full time site holders treated us as if we were full time also, owners were out most nights and joined in the community atmosphere.While we wont name names, staff, full time ers and visitors of Indian Hills made it feel like home away from home.We will DEFFINATLEY be ba k again and again to visit our new found freinds and the community the made us feel part of.FYI...(Wife and I traveled 16ish hours from Wisconsin to Indian Hills, we spent 8 days at the campground and with our new freinds)

Went there for a tour very friendly staff I then since return I really enjoyed myself everyone was extremely I love it its very judge free I love it cant wait to get back hot tub here I come

Was the first time the wife and I ever went to a nudist park. We really enjoyed it. The staff and guests were all very friendly. Look forward to going back again.

I stopped by to check it out n already came back twice. The staff is extremely kind and will answer any and all questions you have. I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere here, and we have enjoyed talking with all of the people weve spoken to. You can just be yourself. Havent stayed in a room yet, but were planning on it! We were newbies and wanted to try it out. Happy we did! Great place n great people!

We enjoyed the first part of our stay with super friendly check in staff, but we were completely taken aback by an aggressive manager who harassed us about the position of our motorhome. None of the spots have any clear marking, so apparently we parked a bit too far over. He was so rude and aggressive and threatening, despite our apology and informing him we would move it accordingly, he wouldnt leave us alone even as we were preparing to move it. Never had to be so negative, it was an easy fix and could have been handled so nicely. We ultimately left due to him. And hes the manager, so thats the energy you get here...

Was our first time there as visitors. We had a great nite. The place is huge and well kept up from what I seen.

Went for the first time on half price Wednesday. I had a blast!!! The staff was informative and very welcoming. The pool was wonderful and I met some very nice people. I immediately felt welcome and accepted. I didn’t want to leave and plan to be a regular visitor.

From what I hear my wife and I can’t wait to visit the place! I heard nothing but great things !

Been going for a few years. Good facilities. Never had an issue with the staff. Weve met a lot of cool people. Anyone gets out of line and they are taken to task... quickly. The cabins are nice, and the prices are less than most hotels. Once those gates close behind you you leave your problems and the world behind you. Just remember to respect everyone and youll have a good time.

This is one of the most peaceful places I have ever been. Everyone I met there was absolutely hospitality. Its a great atmosphere and the park is adorable. Everything right at your access with a pool and hot tub open 24/7.

It was very pleasant and quiet. It was very friendly. We stayed in our RV so there are no stars for the rooms. I would have given a full five stars, but there was a visitor who clearly stays long-term or frequents who had a dog named Boomer or Buster it was extremely aggressive and the owner allowed him to lunge at us constantly. The owner would not heel his dog and it almost bit my my dog. The worst part is that the the visitors/residents thought it was funny. Most campgrounds do not allow for such an aggressive dog.

I would like to let people who are interested in this place to know how amazing it is! I am a new employee and had never considered visiting until the opportunity presented itself. The owners and managers are very nice and welcoming to everyone. The grounds are beautiful. The overall atmosphere is fun and clean. The people are kind and friendly. So I encourage you to pay us a visit if you are interested in having fun and meeting some great people! Hope to see you soon!!!

Wonderful atmosphere. Cute, quaint decorations and accommodations. Only went to the pool to swim in my birthday suit for my birthday. Everyone was welcoming and warm. I was greeted with smiles, acceptance, and respect. Totally recommend! Awesome experience. Only thing to be aware of is the pool isn’t really a swimmer’s pool if you like to actually do laps. Still overall fun experience if you want to do something different!

We camped here. Was very nice place for my husband and myself. The folks were really nice. Great experience. Well definitely be back.

Was amazing very welcoming and relaxing. Everyone was friendly respectful and it was a blast. Even though I didnt sing karaoke or get in pool bc was uncomfortable a little bc I really didnt want to go my boyfriend did. But the owners friend came over and talked to me to make sure I was ok and nothing was wrong and if I needed anything she even said she would get in pool with me assured me that no one would look at me in a wrong way. So we are planning a day back I think we are going tomorrow if we can still rent a spot. Hope I get more comfortable but this place was amazing i loved it definitely a calm relaxing fun never dull place and they have stocked ponds you can fish in. Home away from home. Wow really impressed by the entire experience !! We arrived after business hours and because we had called, Tim the owners son stayed open for us to arrive. Once we got there we were pleased right away with the price and especially the layout and availability of our site. The grounds are all set up to sorta in camp you but spacious enough to really feel comfortable. Not only we’re the members very nice but they also gifted us fire logs and charcoal and we were invited to the club house / fit pit by Tim personally. This was my lady friends first time at a nude resort and she was so pleasantly surprised how warm and inviting the entire experience was. The grounds were well maintained and the pool and hottub were perfect for us. Thanks Indian hills and we’ll definitely be back !!!

We were very nervous but excited at the same time. The thing that would help anyone is to go with people you already know that have gone and you make more friends from them. Everyone was nice and non- discriminate. We had a great time swimming and the hot tub was nice. All in all we had a relaxing time. Im so glad we went. Its something you have to go to at least once to get it off your list. But, we will be back because we enjoyed it so much.

Expensive over 360 bucks for a 2 night stay if you rent a room yeah you can be nude for a price. The old folks gave it away now its new management the grand son is pretty cool but they hired a blonde that likes to ban people. They wont be getting my money anymore. It was a cool place to hang out relax in the sun in the buff but not anymore.

I went this last weekend and was going to stay Friday and Saturday night. But for emergency reasons I had to leave Saturday morning. But let me tell you it was the greatest experience I have ever had.My package is under normal but that was no problem.people did not care.every body was having a great time. Especially me I laid out by the pool with everyone and felt very comfortable. Anyone who wants to go but feel shy or feel like they may be embarrassed, you don’t need to worry about it just go have a great time just like I did.

A friend of mine and her boyfriend live here, it seemed like a nice place as far as upkeep, pool and amenities they offer. Thus, if youre into nude destinations, it would be perfect for you. I myself only go to visit my friends, its not my cup of tea. But as my aunt always said, thats why they make chocolate, vanilla and strawberry to each their own. Thats why this world is varied and interesting. Pretty place with all the trees.

Everyone is friendly and inclusive. The owners are not only genuinely kind, but helpful and understanding as well. The grounds are kept in good condition and the hot tub is clean. Right now they do a free morning yoga class that is totally amazing. Our original stay was supposed to be a week. We ended up staying 3!

I had my first visit this past weekend 3/25/22 -3/27/22 and at first I was nervous because Ive never been to a place like this but Ive always wanted to. Well my fiance and I had planned on going but they passed away in September of 2021 so I decided I wanted to do some stuff that we planned on doing together. Anyways me being a single guy I was concerned with what ppl would think but I quickly found out as long as your there to relax and just enjoy being naked then youll fit right in. I met some really amazing people who convinced me to do karaoke I dont normally participate in things like that but they helped make me feel comfortable enough to do it and just have fun. I loved it so much that I told my new girlfriend she really needs to come with me because I feel like shell enjoy it too. So were going back this weekend. Ive already booked the cabin and cant wait to get back to the pool and relax. Might even do some karaoke again! My only problem was the fact that when I showed up I didnt get any kind of tour but I was able to find everything pretty easy. So if youre looking for a great first experience and a wonderful friendly place to relax in a non-judgmental environment I highly recommend Indian hills. Just follow the rules and youll have an amazing time. But if you dont follow the rules just letting you know thery have a zero tolerance policy which is great because it helps everyone stay relaxed and worry free.

Staff was friendly. Nice place. Hot tub was not working as a hot tub. People were nice for the most part but as with most places there seem to be clicks. You can stay to yourself if you would like and still have a good time. Pool was nice. There are interesting places to rent as well.

Awesome place. Very clean. Very reasonable rates. Wonderful staff and guests! Stayed 5 days and looking forward to staying there again next time I’m in the area!

Wife and I visited and had a great time staff was great as were the other guests.we stayed in our travel trailer and the RV spot was perfect

Beautiful large grounds. Rv parking. Our room had a fridge, microwave, coffee pot & convection oven. Also had some small toiletries in bathroom. Full size tub. Queen Bed was comfortable. Tv only had 3 channels, but no one stays in their room until late night. Very friendly crowd. Will be back.

We love going to this place. This time damn it was no exception except it was extremely cold no fault of theirs.. The hot tub heater went out . Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

Owners, members, and day guests were all welcoming and happy to see me. The heated leisure pool is great. I basically swam and talked to new people the entire afternoon.

I arrived for the first time in my life on a pretty slow day with nothing much going on, however I had a blast just meeting a few people who made me feel welcomed 😊 I think its better for your first time to be on a slow day anyway so its not so overwhelming. I just enjoyed being naked all day and being one with my natural surroundings. I truly recommend it to anyone.

We went this pass weekend and stayed in the moonlight room. It was so beautiful, the office staff were amazingly sweet. people super friendly Everyone were sooo nice there. Not to mention caught 15 catfish 5 keeps and threw the rest back.. will definitely be back.

Thanks to Tim who made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed this club and are looking forward to another trip in the future. We wnt to see all the improvements in store for this club. We especially loved the goose family, the turtles and if course, the friendly residents and guests.

Awful place. No limit on single males. So expect a 5 to 1 ration of men to women. Also expect your wife to get ogled if shes nice looking. We went to the dance Saturday night nude while everyone else was dressed. We felt awkward so we put our clothes back on. After returning some nosey woman reminded us we are supposed to be naked. Dont waste your time here.

We fell in love with the entire experience INSTANTLY!! We absolutely loved the atmosphere and especially loved the people. We were worried that once we got there we would be gawked at, uncomfortable and ready to go shorty after but we were the exact opposite! It took less than 5 minutes to be completely nude and completely comfortable, we made lifelong friends and was so sad when it was time to leave. We are already planning our next trip back in a couple weeks and discussing retirement plans there although...I would prefer to move there now! If you are wanting to escape the stress, judgement and all the other BS of todays world...do yourself a favor an at least TRY Indian Hills...you wont regret it!

Indian Hills is a lovely (adults only) nudist park approximately 30 miles outside of downtown New Orleans. Dont be confused by the adults only mention—we reiterate that only because it is unusual for many naturist/nudist resorts to impose an age minimum, however, Indian Hills is expressly NOT a sexual environment and felt very similar in atmosphere to any other family-friendly nudist camp that we have been to in the United States. We only visited during the day (on a larger trip planned to New Orleans with friends during Mardi Gras) on a sunny and warm February day and we had a wonderful time. The locals (as well as the staff) were warm and welcoming and great conversation was had around the pool and hot tub throughout the day (it was a little scary when they warned us of some of the crime in the greater New Orleans area that was going on at the time, but the resort itself felt extremely safe).Speaking of amenities, the pool and hot tub mentioned above are the main attractions and both are well-maintained and of decent size. There is also a wonderful clubhouse with kitchen appliances, multiple options for bathroom and shower facilities, and an office that doubles as a gift shop. On-site coin laundry and bags of ice were also available. While we did not utilize any of their overnight accommodations, Indian Hills does offer cabin rentals as well as spaces for a variety of types of camping. Naturally, the park is home to residents and overnight transient guests, but also offers day visits. For the adventurous among us, there is a great nature trail that runs the majority of the perimeter of the property, as well as multiple stocked ponds (including one large one that is surrounded by many resident spaces and rental accommodations). Finally, one of the most unique aspects of the resort is the wooded area that is home to a number of animal statues. It makes for a pretty neat jungle scene and some cool photo opportunities (though if you plan to pose for photos like we did, ask ahead at the office so that a member of their team can escort you and take the photographs of you per their policy).As one of the only nudist options in the region, Indian Hills is a great choice if you will be in Louisiana. Its an easy trip up from New Orleans if you happen to be visiting the city like we were, and is certainly well worth it! Unless you are strictly looking for a family campground to bring your kids to, dont be deterred by the adults only label. As with anything, we would recommend calling ahead to verify any specifics of your trip, and its always a good idea to check the website for the current rates and rules.

Since the new owners took over this place has thrived! If you were here prior to this occurrence and were disappointed you MUST re-visit, I gaurantee you will be amazed with the improvements.This place has flourished tremendously. The new open air hot tub is perfectly clean and much larger and the new pool is great, I believe it is a large pool according to most standards, I just wish it was a little bigger. They have lots of new furnishings as well.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I have always experienced a nice time. It’s always clean. People were friendly. I felt safe to enjoy the pool area to tan and the showers.

Its a fun place! Adults only.... They have a beautiful swimming pool a huge hot tub and a large sun deck... Something good is always cooking and lots of activities always going on... Everyone is so happy and friendly... Very welcoming and Glad to see you... They have camp sites and cabin rentals... Theres lots of shade trees and a nice pond for fishing...

There is no better place to be in Louisiana than Indian Hills! The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly, they make you feel like family when you are there. The facilitys are very nice each rental cabin is cozily decorated and comfortable. Heated pool, hug hottub, karaoke every weekend in the Indian Room and awesome people to hang out with, what more could you ask for! And if you do need more just ask the staff and they will do everything possible to make sure your happy with your visit.

Indian Hills is the first nudist park Ive visited, and I loved it! The members were friendly and lots of fun, and the staff immediately made me feel welcome. Great atmosphere. The ONLY reason I dont give it the full 5 stars is because of two small things. The park has a strict nudity-required rule around the pool and clubhouse, and in spite of the many times that rule was broken throughout the day I was there, it didnt seem to ever get addressed. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but theres something about mixing fully dressed and fully nude people in one room that makes newbies uncomfortable (including me). But this wasnt quite my first rodeo, and Im stubborn to boot, so I decided not to let it bother me too much.And the second thing was that there are were a lot of smokers at the pool that day. Im not a smoker myself, thank God, and I dont care for the smell (like many non-smokers), so I would rather there be a designated smoking area(s) elsewhere in the camp, away from such a crowded, high-traffic area.Other than that, though, its two thumbs up. Ill definitely be back!PS: A brief word to swimmers - the pool IS heated and very comfortable, but its only 4 ft deep. So if youre looking to do laps, this isnt the place. But if the awesome feeling of naturism is what youre primarily looking for, then this is a great place for Louisiana nudists!

We had an amazing time! It was our first time ever going to a nudist place. And it was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and friendly! The pool and hot tub are top notch! The club house is fun!! We stayed in the pumpkin patch. We stayed 5 days, and hated to leave. We cant wait to go back!! We made some great friends. Steve, Bob, Amber we cant wait to see you next time!!

Its just a wonderful place to go to and have fun. Clothes optional. Stayed naked the whole time there. Its beautiful and has water rides fishing hot tubs swimming pools trails in woods to walk and experience nature.

Its been a few years since I was here but I would recommend this park to anyone that loves our lifestyle

Very unwelcoming, no tour or guidance getting settled into our spot, very expensive, place was dirty and run down and the water was unbearable. It reeked of sulfur and chlorine. It made our clothing and dishes and bodies stink. The office says there is nothing they can do about it.

The management does not mind telling people who goes to the camp. I was also treated unfairly due to outside issues that they allowed to interfere with my time there. I used to love going there, brought many people there and met many friends. But under the new management, it sucks. To be treated in such a disrespectful way was so unprofessional and discriminating.

My wife and I were on our way home from a weekend (COVID responsible) road trip and thought a visit to a nude park would spice up the trip while staying outdoors and COVID safe. We paid our fee, parked the truck, stripped down, sunscreened up, and closed the door on the truck... then almost instantly realized we had lock the keys inside. No phone, no wallets, no clothes! I started looking in the bed of the truck for a scrap of wire to open the door, when it began to rain, and I mean RAIN! Luckily we didnt have to worry about getting our clothes wet (sheepish grin) but it was a bit cold. We gathered under one of the covered areas with 4 other couples... and this is when things changed. Between the blasts of sideways rain, we told them what we had done. They were all so friendly and instantly began to help. They called the lock smith for us, offered us something to drink, and then took turns sharing their getting locked out stories to make us feel better. They were so friendly and would have given us the shirts off their backs... had they been wearing one of course. The rain eventually stopped and we spent a few wonderful hours among the nicest people on earth. We are already planning our next trip back.

We travelled from Alberta and experienced many Nudist Parks in the East side of USA. Not many of them are as friendly. The Hosts are working very hard at Improving the Older side of the Park. New improvements included a fantastic pool and deck area, and you can see there is a real effort at cleaning up the entire Park. The people are VERY friendly both live ins as well as the visitors. Could be nice like it was in 2016 and 2017. Not now. Im never coming back. With current management/owners it has become cheesy and sleazy. Thats all the current management/owners know. This is too bad, the only nudist park in Louisiana. Is under such poor management. Soon to get far worse. 9-19...what a waste.

Hidden away off hwy 190, Indian Hills is a nice friendly getaway to lose your clothes and your cares. A large bright yellow mailbox marks the entrance. While only the pool and hot tub require nudity, very few people remain clothed for long. Its a nice place to meet people and relax. There are nature trails and even a pond for fishing. I recommend Indian Hills for all who want to experience the nudist lifestyle.

This was my first time going there 5/28/16. I am kinda shy at time but this resort is so relaxed, I was naked and in the pool within 10 minutes of being there. My husband and I will be buying a membership soon and going often.

NIce pool, large hot tub. No TV due to trees, Starlink worked well as it was open to the north.

Nothing is fully finished. Most campers they rent are covered in mildew or termites. No rules are enforced when it comes to sharing members info outside the park. Basically a trashy naked trailer park
