I was going to order online since local smoke shops are typically overpriced with limited inventory, in my experience. I didn’t want to wait for shipping and delivery, so I dropped in to check this place out. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of hookahs and accessories, Sisha, Cbd products including edibles, and all at competitive prices!!! The owner and staff were both knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. One Luv Smoke got me right for the quarantine. Definitely check them out.

So I came here a few times. Last time I will ever go back tho. I told the lady I was there to get the buy 2 get one free elf bars. We picked 3 out and she opened them all up before we even got to the register. (Now I see why she did that) Then she rang me up and I told her why is it so much I wanted the deal. She basically tricked me into buying 3 full price. I was going to be a repeat customer not anymore. Can’t reach owner to get this straightened out. I don’t like being tricked. It was the African American lady that works during the day. If they notPart of the deal DONT put next to the sign. Also, why would you let me pick 3 not part of the deal after I told you that’s why I was there!

This is the worst place, the lady there has no idea what shes talking about, when you call shes bothered to pick up the phone and look something up in her store, shes argumentative and flat out rude. Seriously, if she doesnt want the job she doesnt want to work she shouldnt be there. There are 3 other smoke shops within a block of this place, pick any one of them, youll be treated better as a customer than at this place.

These stores should not be called One Love. There is NOTHING that exhibits anything related to love, brotherhood or anything related to that song! Big joke! My husband and I just left the sister store on South Cobb where we had the worst customer service Ive ever seen in any place of business, only to come to this location and be stopped at the door and told only one person allowed in the store. On top of that I had to be the one to say hi when we walked in while he looked at us like we were crazy coming in there before telling us only one person. We are husband and wife and we had masks and gloves on. Once again ready to spend around $300, but turned away. At a time like this when so many businesses are suffering you would think they would be grateful to still be working and show it in their customer service. This was our first time in either location and it was such an unwelcoming event right at the door. Theres too much competition in and around Atlanta to be treated this way. Your employees need to be trained better and held to a higher standard.

Bought a hookah from this store. A month later it cracked while cleaning it. Leaked water so much it didnt keep the pipe inside submerged. They refused to exchange it, all they did was offer a 5% discount on another hookah.Edit: Look at the owners responses to bad reviews. He insults everyone, says their bad experience is their fault, and doesnt offer anything to help them. He says my review is FAKE after his response backs up what I said.If youre just looking to spend a few dollars on some papers or a cheap pipe, this place is fine. But dont waste your money on any big purchases.

I just came to get a hookah and ended up getting the best service from Ben. They really went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed and it was more affordable than I intended. Needless to say I became a vip member and will be back!

My points were lost when they switched systems as well as a few other issues. However, Pre, the owner, says he is adding my old points from the previous system and correcting the problem with point accumulation on the new system. Each and every time there has ever been an issue with anything that the staff cant handle, Pre calls me personally to make it right, just as he did last night. Has gone down hill since new hires. Old staff were knowledgeable and helpful. These new ladies know nothing about the products, guess at things, and take forever to help people. Maybe go there if you just want a cheap pipe or papers but otherwise their vape device knowledge is non-existent. Plenty of other places near by to get vape supplies.

On May 21, 2021 I went to the one loves smoke shop on Cobb Drive. I took my e-cigarette apart and showed the employee the atomizer that I needed. He gave me the box and said this is the one. I paid for it and I left. A short time later I try to put the new atomizer in my e-cigarette and it was too big. I immediately called the Cobb Drive one love the smoke shop and the guy told me he would have to talk to his boss who’s name is pre. He told me he would call him and call me right back. Six hours go by and he never called me back I was there at 11:30 and now it is 6:07 PM. I called the Concorde one love smoke shop to get the phone number of pre-the woman wanted to know why I wanted to talk to pre-. I told him my dilemma she told me they do not refund I told it was the employees fault he gave me the wrong atomizer after I showed him the one I had in my e-cigarette.She told me it’s company policy no refunds I told her not when it’s an error from your company. I did not point to the atomizer and want that one I asked him to give me the one according to what I was holding in my hand and he saw exactly what I had. He gave me the wrong box and now I have to eat the money it’s only $21 but it’s the principle of the thing. The store has no integrity nobody wants to do the right thing. So my advice to you is if you go to the store make sure what you buy is exactly what you want and need because If you get the incorrect item due to the employees fault they still would not reimburse you they will not reimburse you under any circumstance. I will never shop there again. So in other words they lose a customer for $21 this is how stupid they are.

A confession to start: I honestly thought they stood behind their products. Thats my fault.....Having said thatTHEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING THEY SELL. I learned that today when I bought a product there for $47 dollars after having the last 3 cheaper models die on me. The previous were purchased there, so naturally the store suggested a better model. 15 mins later I was back explaining that the product did not work at all. I was told there was a law or something blocking any help and that I would have to take it up with the manufacturer myself. I indicated that I didnt know of a law that says you cant take something off or discount given the situation....Nope The law has spoken.My take away from this is BUY ONLINE.....Owner response....Hi Brian, we have a strict NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE policy. As my associate explained to you, we dont give any warranties as we dont manufacture any item, the manufacturer takes care of all and any warranties.My response....The clothes I wear arent weaved in the department store. They are manufactured offsite.The car I drive was not assembled at the dealership. They are manufactured offsite.My cellphone was not constructed at Sprint. They are manufactured in china. (specifically Guangdong...the same place as the cheap Vape you sold me)Id be hard pressed to come up with nearly anything sold locally that isnt manufactured elsewhere.In summary....I said...THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING THEY SELL. The response...NO RETURN NO EXCHANGECompromise...BUYER BEWARE

I went in and bought a scale. It didnt work when I got home. Came back to Exchange it for the same one. Employee walked over to the scales and tried to find one that was in working condition. They all had the same issue and were defective. So I asked for another model. We went to register to pay but she called the owner/boss to get the OK. Not OK, no returns, no exchanges, no excuses. Wish they told me that before they checked all of them and wasted my time. Or maybe have the return policy on the receipt. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Cheap products that are overpriced. Im 64 and never got raped by a 54 girl in my life until today. I feel violated. Lesson learned

Built up points at the Cobb store. Get to the store to buy a new tank and was told to go to their sister location. I go there, purchase the tank, find it their systems dont talk so my points dont count. I buy the tank any way. Get home and set it up. Within minutes my juice is EVERYWHERE! Tried 3 different coils and realize its not the coils, ITS THE TANK! I go back up to the location and show them, they basically waived their rights to it and wont deal with it. Referred me back to SMOK Tech support for warranty. Even though I havent had it but 4 days. Call SMOK Tech warranty service and guess what they say? SMOK: We dont warranty tanks. Just or mods. Tanks are like coils. Theyre disposable. ... WHAT? My money isnt disposable. Im done with these small shops. Im insulted and feel disrespected.

They Sold me a known defective MOD an IJOY Captain PD270. It started auto firing about 4 hours after I purchased it. After a quick Google search the problem is known! And of course the receipt states that the shop will provide no help $74.19 well spent!The Mod did start working normaly and hasnt had any more problems. So Im amending my review because I could have & should done the researche my self before I bought the Mod.But I will add that many customers will depend on the recommendations of the people who sell and deal with Vaping products on a regular basis. Therefore care should be taken in consideration of product selections to further reduce the amount of defective and hazardous products.

Imagine selling faulty products to numerous people KNOWINGLY and still refusing to refund. This place is a joke. Im not the only person this place has ripped off, and I won’t be the last, but I certainly won’t let it happen to me again.

The most unprofessional shop out here. If you don’t remember to ASK for a receipt they will not give you one and when the merchandise they give you doesn’t work they do nothing about it. The owner should put cameras up because I’m sure the cash sales aren’t getting rung up ( you welcome)
