This is my Favourite smokeshop of all time. The place is always extremely clean and stocked with new products. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly about everything. Every week that I come in, they’re always new products and things to try. This place is exceptional and exceeds my expectations every time. I will always be a loyal customer as long as they are here.
The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took their time with me to answer all my questions and I had a lot of them, I was there for over an hour! They didnt try to upsell me on things just to make more money, they explained everything to me with patience until I felt secure with what I was getting. They have a great selection of unique products as well as glass. The store felt welcoming and clean. Its in a good spot with free front of store parking and its wheelchair accessible. I have already suggested them to a few other people I know and I plan to be a return customer.

Smoke Zone is absolutely my go to shop! They sell Saucey Delta 8 carts, which are my favorite! Raj and Dena are always super nice and very helpful when I come in with questions or ask them about a new product. They have always read up on the things they sell and in some cases can even offer recommendations directly via conversations with other customers and the feedback they receive. Shop is always really clean and sleek looking. Considering I usually visit at least once a week, I can confidently say they are the best run smoke shop in Smyrna. Once when I had a leaky cart (came out of the package that way) they immediately replaced it and apologized, even though it wasnt their fault. If you are in the area, make sure you stop by and tell them Blake said hi =)

Wow what an amazing place, the owners are so nice and products are 5 star! It was me and my boyfriends first time there and they could explain to you in detail anything you need to know about the any product they even have a binder with all the delta products and how they will effect you and what strain very helpful when trying to find a new product for yourself.

4/13/23 Had some good deals and bought a vape that was on sale, turned out to be defective. Asked if it was anyway I could do an exchange or refund the lady said they don’t do exchanges or refunds. She said I can leave my number but the owners won’t be back until Sunday so I’ll update if they reach out or not. In my opinion no exchanges or refunds is not a good way to do business especially when you have a defective product on your shelf. Only leaving 2 stars because the lady was very friendly.

This was my first time in this vape shop!! Kierrah came right to me and started explaining to me about the different types of Hookah and Hookah flavors. She was very proactive and knowledgeable when it came to each and every item. The best part about it was she has used the various products and flavors so she knew exactly what to suggest for an amazing experience. I will definitely be back to this shop. She obviously has a passion for the job and what she does...this jumped out at me right away. I was very impressed with her level of customer service, communication skills and obvious passion for what she does. This speak volumes for where she will be in her future.

Super friendly staff! Has everything I need fully stocked whenever I need it. Theyre willing to order anything that you would want and they are knowledgeable on their products. I use this mostly as a vape shop. But they have plenty of glass/papers/CBD/delta 8 for anyone looking for something different, highly reccomend. Also loyalty program is nice here.

I flew in from out of town on business. I smoke specifically twist rainbow#1 taste like skittles. You have to try it. I called 17 vape shops in the area and no one had it. The owner if smoke zone called me back directly and informed me they found some at their warehouse, and had it at the shop in 2 hours for me to purchase. They went above and beyond.
