James and Derek were both very knowledgeable helpful. I would go so far as to say their customer service skills were way above par. Something that really impressed me was they had no qualms with bringing in my mobility assistance dog. They also have wheelchair access. I will definitely shop with them again!

The vibe here is just amazing. The employees are so helpful and they seem like they actually like their jobs, makes a difference. Dylan is great, he shows you all your options- from cheapest to most expensive and just gives you all the facts instead of just trying to sell you the most expensive thing. Customer service is outstanding and employees are knowledgeable about everything they sell. Definitely recommend! So happy it’s so close to my house.

Cool items & staff is friendly however, staff’s professionalism is no where near up to par. Fiancé specifically order an item for my birthday last month & have never heard from them again even after calling back 3 times…. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Do not recommend “CC’s Vape & Smoke” shop to anyone & surely will conduct our future business elsewhere.

Each time i have been here, the guys working are so laid back and nice. They went above and beyond on more than one occasion to help me(whether it be helping to decide on a new vape tank or describing juice flavors, etc.) They have even been working on getting some hard-to-find ecig liquid per my request since its my favorite. Worth the slightly higher price to be able to support a business with positive vibes & good people.

This was my first visit to the store and Im very much a novice when it comes to cbd or vaping for that matter. But the young man that was working there just blew me away. His knowledge on anything in that vape shop is superior to most. He was extremely helpful and kind. And so informative..his intelligence truly blew us away, we were in there longer than planned bc we were both just so impressed by him and wanted to talk to him more. Very personable, likeable, and just an interesting person. Thank you, we will be back!!

Such a great vape shop! They are always so friendly when I come in and welcoming. I hadnt been able to find a flavor that I could vape on a daily basis since I switched from cinnamon. Flavors were either to bland or too sweet. After over 8 months of trying different flavors and brands I went to CCs for the first time. They were able to recommend the perfect e liquid! I now have a new favorite liquid and my favorite vape shop in Somerset!

Let me just say that I will not go anywhere for my vape supplies but here. Im brand new to the area and needed something for my vape. I work long hours and C and C stays open to 10 pm! Im a single mom and low on cash so the associate helped me pick out exactly what I needed and could afford. I wish id got his name but the guy with fire red hair is absolutely incredible. I had questions about some other products and he took his time explaining everything to me even though he knew i couldnt afford it till I got paid. He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Im telling you if you live in this area this is the place to go for all your vape needs. They treat you like youre the only person in the room when they assist you. That meant a lot to me.
