First time visit. Place was clean and fresh looking, staff was very friendly, prices and discounts seemed great for the first purchase.. will def come back again.

First time coming here and as soon as I walked in Liam was super friendly and informative! The moss accents are super beautiful and grasp my eye right away! Loved the selection, and the ambiance! Definitely coming back!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly conversation with the girl at the check in counter. And again once I entered inside the actual dispensary. Jeremy is so sweet, so helpful and just an all around great guy!! He helped me choose exactly what was right for me. All of the employees are amazing, welcoming, friendly and have tons of knowledge. Will definitely be a returning customer forever!

Wonderful new addition to the community of dispensaries! Went to the pop up on Saturday with my partner and her mother and were warmly welcomed by everyone there. Amazing sales, and not just for the pop up. This place does daily sales/deals! I have been here before multiple times and will definitely continue to come here for future purchases

First time here, was greeted by Liam, super friendly guy, knowledgeable, you can tell he cares about his job which is so rare today. It seems like nobody even knows how to do their job half the time these days. I would give him a raise honestly, I didn’t meet any other employees but if they’re half as nice as Liam I’d say you got a top notch staff

Super nice staff and very helpful. The selection is decent for a new store and they have great pricing/deals. Their lobby has cute mossy wall art and logo that makes a nice entry vibe.

Jeremy is amazing. His knowledge regarding the products they sell is impressive. With ease he guided me through the menu and had me out the door with everything I wanted within a few minutes. I had a great first experience here, but a not so great experience the 2nd time, hopefully the 3rd time will be better.Online and in store they advertise discounts for your 1st, 2nd and 3rd visit - 20% off, 25%off and 30% off. They also tell you that if something is already on sale, the higher percentage is active. So if I buy something for sale on my first visit that is 15% off, I get the 20% off, but if it’s 30% off I will get that instead. Awesome, right? What they don’t tell you, is if you get something that is 30% off your first visit, then you lose your next 2 discounts because you already used up the 30%.Had I known this the first trip, I wouldn’t have bought anything on sale my first 3 visits so I can max out on the discounts. Why do I lose my 25% and 30% discount for something that was 30% off for everyone?Manager was very apologetic and let me know it was a limitation of the system, not anything she could do about it. She gave me 20% off but told me I would not get anything off for my 3rd visit. In my mind, I got 2 20% off discounts instead of the 20%, 25%, and 30%.If it is a limitation in the system, I hope it is fixed, or put some language in the advertising to let people know that the system can’t handle when people use different kinds of discounts in a visit.I feel like I was misled by the promotion and would have purchased differently.

Only noticed the place a few days ago and I live less than 5 minutes. They opened up adult recreational so i decided to come in to check it out. Let me start by saying prices are great, very very competetive with other places. The first time discounts are sweet too. If youre looking for carts, better hope Liam is your tender, he knows his stuff!

Yesterday was my 6th time visiting the facility. All my other experiences were super friendly and fast service. Yesterday the usual guy who helps me was nowhere to be seen. Perhaps he was off that day. From the reviews Ive read, it must have been Liam since he is receiving the highest of praises in the review section. Anyway, I walked in and had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Normally as soon as I walk in, if there isnt already someone at the desk, they come out immediately. I was asked for my ID after I showed my order confirmation on my phone, which Id never been asked for previously. I inquired Do I look under 21? Im middle- aged and even though my gray hair was covered, Im sure I dont look like a teenager anymore. Then when I get inside when the person came to the register where I was standing waiting to receive my order so I can pay and leave; she asked me who was first, me or a guy standing near the kiosk approximately 6 ft. behind me. Like what? If Im the one standing here, who TF do you think is first? Me who is first or the person way back there? Why were they so confused and disorganized? I didnt get the fast friendly service Id become used to with my guy who is usually there to help. I guess he holds the whole customer service team together because The five star review Liam deserves was just decreased by the slow and lack-luster experience I got yesterday. Get it together people.

This place is on the way home for me. Not only is it convenient but the staff is AWESOME and the prices, promotions, and sales are great. Definitely worth stopping in a few times a week!

I pass by Silver Leaf everyday for work and I’m glad that it’s now open for recreational. I’ve purchased here three times in the last two weeks and have been satisfied with my prerolls and the promotions they’ve had. A bit more expensive than a couple other dispensaries I frequent, but the promotions at Silver Leaf have me coming back!

The prices are way higher than every other dispensary...even after they take a discount its like they jack the price up so the discount dontatter..also if you shopping for rec you cannot shop while people with a med card are there..they must be special.they can shop whenever as if anyone will know that I dont have a medical card..its not the business of other customers to check my stuff I dont see why this rule is in place..only makes it harder to get what weneeed

Prices?!?!? Unbelievably high, no pun intended. Can’t do business in a competitive environment gauging your customers. SMH35$-45 for 3.5 at most dispensaries, 60 min here, some higher. Trying to get money in the short term and ignoring the long-term goals of returning customers is a recipe for going out of business within two years. This lesson was free the next one I charge for.

My experience as a patient was excellent. I given many suggestions by the Budtender who checked me in. Both Jade and the security were friendly and nice. Management came out to say hello and greeted me warmly.The Dispensary was clean- the advertising of products was clear and easy to read. The price was very good and they even gave me a discount!I would certainly come back to Silver Leaf to purchase my medicine.

Entered here for the first time. The staff was very welcoming, and the process was very easy and stress free. Will definitely come here more often, as there is more variety than other places. And its closer for me as well!

I’ve been to other dispensaries around town and I will not be returning to this place. They’ve inflated their pricing and then list items “on sale” which would normally already cost the same at other places in this area. Additionally, I was told I would receive 20% off as a new customer but when I was checking out and I questioned the total I was only then told that you can’t “stack” discounts. The other dispensaries I’ve been to do not have these kind of terms on their sale items and it’s definitely not a good way to secure returning customers especially when there’s many other dispensaries in the area. Customer service was lacking and they have limited options for flower. Overall I would rate this place a C. I’ll continue going to Bloc.
