This town is replete with establishments peddling subpar products: low-quality, expired juices and counterfeit disposables sourced from online bargain bins. However, Quentin and the other knowledgeable staff members at Vapor Pit, has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with any inquiries and guide me in selecting top-notch juices and products!

I started vaping again. The manager and staff was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate there help in my journey.

First off let me start by saying Im a mechanic meaning Im hard on my vapes and Nikki always gets me together finds me the best fit for me as well as keeping me up to date on whats new and good quality i wouldnt shop anywhere else for my vape stuff customer service is outstanding prices are always the best in town keep doin ya thing vapor pit well done 👏 ✔️ 👌 ✨️

Only place I go for my vape needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection more than suits my needs and is REAL quality brands. Any time I have purchased any type of device the staff has taken the time to familiarize me with how to operate and maintain it.

Great selection of products and very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Vapor Pit! Just wish you guys would start carrying No Hype E-liquid, Butter Pecan Ice Cream and Strawberry Milkshake flavors. Then I would never have to go to the other place.

Can we get a 10 Star Option?I went in looking for a specific vaporizer, Puffco Proxy, which was being sold at another local shop for $200 ABOVE MSRP.When the manager at Vapor Pit heard this, he stepped in, said Let me hook you up, and BAM....out the door paying less for the Peak Pro than the actual MSRP for the Proxy.Forget the outdated, irrelevant reviews. This place is Top-Notch in every aspect. The staff is patient, knowledgeable and experienced in every aspect of their trade. Just stop by, say Hi, and let their team get you sorted.You wont regret it.

Ive been vaping since 2013 and have been to several shops from the gulf up to the great lakes and have never had a better experience than I did at the pit! Super friendly well informed staff with one of the largest variety off juices Ive seen. Great job bringing the best to Somerset, keep up the good work guys!!!

Great selection of devices and juices, the bar and lounge are also a lovely touch. Only complaint is that the lack of customer-facing pricing makes it difficult to browse at your leisure when contemplating new purchases.

Not a fancy or flashy shop. But they have a big selection and are very knowledgeable. Prices were comparable to most, some things you can save a few dollars on. When they didnt carry a juice i wanted they happily ordered me a bottle, and i picked it up to discover they had ordered extra so i could have some for the next time too!

Great service and selection. These guys are on top of new products, new flavors and the only place to get Titan Red brand e-liquids. (Best tobacco flavor on the market in my opinion) if you need a basic, economical starter kit or a vape crazy mod unit, they got you covered. The go to place for all your vaping needs!!!

But, I want you to know that I really appreciate it, and will not go anywhere else. No one else has the customer service, that you have. And I about gave up on b&m vape shops.

I went to quite a few vape shops looking for stainless steel wire. Holy s***, what a task. Even my local shop only carries Ni200. This was pretty much the only shop that Google found for me within 50 miles of where was at that carries SS wire.I called them up and they gave me a price. Typical shop prices from my experiences. I was in a real pinch and out of town, and they offered to take a couple bucks off and I was on my way. The person I had just spoke to called me back literally sixty seconds after we hung up to tell me they had some wire from a different supplier that they sell for litterally half what their other wire goes for, and I guess they forgot they had it. Not sure, but I guess they wanted to make sure that I knew. It did make me feel like they really tried to get me the best price they could.A dude working at another vape shop I went to looked at me like he was clueless as f*** when I asked about SS wire, so Vapor Pit is where Im going if Im ever back in the area. Knowledgeable and courteous staff goes a long way, if you ask me.The wire they sold me is good stuff. It burns clean and didnt even smoke when I was heating it up and making adjustments to the coils after rebuilding. It got me back up and running and Im a happy customer.

Words cannot explain how much I LOVE this shop!!! I vape only one juice and it only comes out one time a year...I have to buy a years worth of vape juice every year...I absolutely could NOT find it anywhere! But the owner not only found it for me but also orders me enough for a whole year...2 years in a row!!! It’s only because of them I haven’t went back to smoking...I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH! The service is always great! Prices are awesome! I drive all the way from Nicholasville/Lexington just to go to this shop!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a voodoo mojo on Monday. Took it back Tuesday because it was pouring vape juice. The gentleman cleaned it and I paid for a new coil. Still pouring vape juice. Took it back today attempted to explain to the manager who promptly informed me I couldn’t return it just because I didn’t like it. I never said I didn’t I said it was pouring not just leaking vape juice. She took it apart and cleaned it again then under her breath commented how she was sick of people not knowing how to adjust settings. Then explained, rudely to me that the settings were wrong. All I wanted was an exchange for one that didn’t pour vape or pop hot vape on my lip. I then ask when the owner would be back and was told I don’t know but he will tell you the same thing there’s nothing wrong with it so I can’t replace it. I’m taking it to another vape store for a second opinion and have contacted the better business bureau. A simple exchange of device was all I wanted. Not cash back or attitude.

Very friendly people. I think the prices are a little high on some of their mods and their coils their making over double profit even the juice on clearance. I have seen their clearance juice cheaper at other places at full price. My advice is to shop around before purchasing anything here.

The selection of product is good, the young guy who works there is also friendly, but the lady who is the manager is incredibly rude, and is the reason I will NEVER shop here again.

When going going in the vape pit I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted or needed. I knew I wanted something to actually help with the cravings so that I could quit. The lady who talked to me about my smoking habits and then my ideals of what kinda of device I wanted. She talked me in to a novo made by smok. This lady was on top of her game because I love my novo. Haven’t smoke since that day before I went in. She was great and hooked me up with a couple discounts and a cool rewards card. I will only shop at the cap pit for my needs!

My friend believes that the product will be helpful for eliminating smoking. Also, great place to meet a friend. Pool table to be relax with. Nikki very knowledgeable.
