I went to Glow today and let me tell you if you like getting facials Natasha is the one you want to book with. I scheduled a clear skin facial and my skin feels so much better already after my treatment. I suffer from deep acne below the surface and Natasha was able to help my skin feel healthy again. I was on the anxious side today but I didnt want to leave the spa because I felt so much more relaxed. She will take great care of you and pay attention to any concerns you may have. If you like refreshments, they typically give you a complimentary sangria which is a nice touch considering most spas Ive visited do not do that. I also love how good it smells inside, almost like lavender. The quality is definitely here at Glow, as Natasha will always go above and beyond for not only your skin, but for true relaxation at its finest. If you want to stay quiet, she will be quiet. If you are wondering what part of the facial shes doing, she will explain it professionally so you understand what shes doing to help your skin. Natasha will also give you advice about how to keep your skin healthy in the future and will recommend a good healthy time frame to come back for another treatment. She truly enjoys what she does and you will too.

I have been here about 10+ times for massages and its always amazing. Last few times Ive been, I had Mya and she always does an incredible job. I was pregnant the first time I had her and then after I had the baby and she always makes sure you are comfortable. She does great when choosing the preferred products for your skin type. I highly recommend you book an appointment with her. She does NOT disappoint!

Today I went for a 60 minute signature full body massage. Simone Adams was my masseuse and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! The salon was clean, inviting, relaxing and smelled really nice. I felt immediately taken care of once I entered the room. Simone initially asked me about any areas on my body that may be painful before we began, and during the massage, I was asked if the pressure being applied was okay, on multiple occasions. The massage itself was amazing and I will be back - highly recommend!

I had an amazing first time experience here for the clear my skin facial with natasha. she really understood and addressed my skin concerns + what my next steps are in treating my skin. i couldn’t have felt more comfortable and relaxed. i would highly recommend to anyone!

I go to Glow Somerset nearly monthly for massage services. I have a very tight back and neck which the massages ease the stress of both of these. I highly recommend Mya (one of the masseuse therapists) and you cannot go wrong with any of the staff members. Mya has always been great and I look forward to seeing her on future appointments.

Katie did my hair-first professional color since before Covid- and she was so talented. Katie put me at ease about her plan, and I went with her suggestions with confidence.My texture can be a bit funky, kinky in back and flat on the sides, doesn’t hold a curl for more than 30 seconds. I walked out with waves that lasted until I went to bed.I cannot speak highly enough of this “junior stylist”. The high and low lights, omg, it’s been a week and one hair wash (with products from Glow that smells like birthday cake and makes my hair so soft!) and I still catch myself staring at my reflection. Thank you Glow and Katie!

I’ve had good experiences with massages at glow but recently booked a serviced for a lash lift and tint. Unfortunately, it didn’t come out very well. I believe the product was left on for too long and it over processed my lashes. They are extremely curly and look frayed at the ends.

Most amazing hair experience in years!! Friendly, warm atmosphere with stylists who care. I was sold on the wash alone, never mind my hair looks gorgeous!! If you’re looking to be pampered and treated well, this is the place. Go see Katie!! She did an amazing job. Gained a lifetime client that’s for sure!!

Atmosphere of the place is super soothing and calming. Staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hot stone massage was the best massage Ive personally ever had. Worth every penny. I believe my massage therapists name is Mya. Either way, Im sure all of their massage therapists are excellent. Highly recommend people!

I will never trust Meagan to do my hair. Her vibe is off. Her hair pictures are all edited. Never again

I have been going to Glow hair skin & harmony for years, from when they were in Fall River and then moved to Somerset. My experiences were always great in the beginning, however with each visit the quality has been getting worse. I use to see Vanessa and then when she left, I would see Simone. With Simone on leave I have tried several of the other newer girls. Some with skills better than others, but regardless each time I have felt gypped. I show up 5-10 minutes early for each massage time, yet the massage therapist starts 10-15 minutes late then will still finish at what should have been my 1 hour time mark. Therefore, for the past 4-5 visits I have been getting 30-45 minute massages, but paying for 60 minutes. Not to mention the prices keep increasing drastically. I had a couples massage this past winter for $180, by February/ March time-frame the price had jumped to $250! When I asked why the price jumped up so much, the response was because the couples massage is 75 min instead of 60 min now. So youre telling me it jumped $70 for 15 min? Unfortunately, I will be searching for a new massage/spa location. I just cant justify the prices or quality anymore.

This place has an extensive list of services.Everyone was friendly and professional , with great smiles.The environment itself has a really nice feel , and the decor was interesting to look at.A pleasant atmosphere overall. Very clean and orderly.Even the outside looks good and they have plenty of space for parking.I would definitely recommend this place as a gift idea for someone.

My hair looks AMAZING!!!! Sara did an absolute amazing job on my hair!!! If you want your hair blonde? She is your goddess! She is so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable and easy to talk to. She explains what she will do to your hair before she starts on your hair. Sara is very knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. So happy with her and I booked my next appointment!! Highly recommend going to see Lexa at glow for a facial or brow waxing! Absolutely great experience all around. She was very friendly and kind, as well as a giving me great first facial and brow waxing experience. Will definitely be back to glow for another facial with Lexa!

Just wanted to share... I just had the most amazing facial by Becky! She was awesome!!!!This has been the best facial in all my years!. The most relaxed experience also. Not only do you get a deep extract facial but a massage that she concentrated on deeply. She asked before the facial if I had any areas she would like to concentrate on and she prevailed. The place was more than beautiful and the girl at the desk was very pleasant as well. If you looking for a new spa I would highly recommend Glow. Lastly the price was outstanding... I definitely found my new spa that I have been looking for. Again thank you Becky and the staff at Glow!

I went today for my first ever facial- it was AMAZING. I am so happy I treated myself. It was so relaxing and the environment is so tranquil. Becky was so professional and made me feel very comfortable. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. It was such a wonderful experience. I have been going there for years and must say they are the best! The atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly. From the time you walk-in to the time you leave. Always love how Alyssa does my hair. She spends the time to listen to what I’m really looking for. In the past I have had facials with Courtney and all I can say is heavenly! Super relaxing but also skin looks and feels fantastic. Need to schedule another facial soon- it’s been too long.They have followed all the protocols for covid so if your afraid- don’t be.All in all I feel this is the best hair and skin salon in the area!

We had my sister’s bachelorette party at Glow and it was amazing. The planning leading up to it was so easy. Communication was always prompt. The day of we enjoyed ourselves with massages and facials and mimosas. All the girls loved their services and the girls who work there were all super friendly. The bride loved every minute. Lexa was handcrafted by angels!! I’ve seen multiple providers for Brazilian laser/waxing and either didn’t have a great experience or didn’t have the best results— Lexa does it ALL. Not only does she make you feel extremely comfortable (especially during such an intimate service), but she made the wax as quick + painless as possible. It’s been 2 weeks since my appointment with her and I haven’t experienced any bruising, swelling, ingrown hairs, or irritation which is a first for me! Can’t wait to see her again in 2 weeks and for our monthly waxes 🫶🏻

Went for my first facial and Glow did not disappoint. The inside is beautiful, smells fantastic, very clean, and their staff is friendly and professional. The facial was so relaxing and afterwards my face felt amazing. 10/10 recommend.

I loved the salon before, but their new location is even better! The salon is so gorgeous and the treatments are so high end, but the prices are so reasonable.I go to Alissa for hair and Courtney for facials on a regular basis. I feel so relaxed and get an instant mood lift when I walk in. Ive gone to the other girls for treatments too and they are all equally talented. I get compliments on my hair and skin since getting regular treatments and have sent so many people there and all of them are happy. Now I run into them at the salon!Sometimes I treat myself to some of their other offerings (ear candling, massage, body facial, wax, nails) and every experience is great.The girls there are the nicest youd ever meet but are honest. They listen and ask follow up questions to make sure you get what you want.

Alyssa is hands down the best stylist I’ve ever worked with! My experience with Glow has been nothing but amazing...talented stylist, friendly service, and peaceful & elegant salon. My hair is long and curly and Alyssa styled it to perfection and made it easy for me to manage at home too. I also treated myself to a facial with Courtney and it was absolutely wonderful. I love this place. 😊 just had my bachelorette event here this morning and indulged in a massage and facial. Every moment was perfect and special. It’s a super cute, chic decor and very clean. All of the staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional. We had our own little private waiting nook to sip on some beverages and chat before our amazing services. I recently had a facial with Becky. She is simply wonderful. She has magic hands and the perfect personality for this type of work. The treatment room is lovely and the products are wonderful. I cant say enough great things about my facial experience there.

1st time here for both my wife and I (couples massage) and we couldnt be more pleased. My wife had Shantoll and thoroughly enjoyed her massage. However, I can personally say that if youve yet to experience a massage from Simone, you need to book 1 with her asap. Well be back again very soon 👍

Today was my first time here. This place is absolutely beautiful. When you walk in theres a spiral staircase. You see the hair salon area, but walk in the back for massages. I received a signature massage by Simone. The décor totally wowed me. I told her it was like I was in a fancy hotel in Vegas. The relaxation music is surround sound. You wait in a quiet area that has water, cookies, and coffee. The receptionist asked if I wanted mimosa or sangria. I chose the sangria. Which was good. Simone uses hot towels on your feet and back. Their massage today was so comfy. Your molded into it. Ive never laid on a table like that, and Ive had a ton of massages. Im also a therapist. The massage was therapeutic and so beneficial. I definitely recommend coming to such a beautiful place. Ill go back again in a heartbeat.

I started going to Glow about a year ago now, and I love it! Courtney is an expert at waxing, and this is the only salon I go to for my hair removal needs, including my brows! The staff is super friendly, the massage therapists are WONDERFUL and the place is relaxing and gorgeous. If you feel like pampering yourself, go to Glow! You wont regret it!

Have been there 4 times for massages. Had great experiences. Only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy their complimentary tea before going into massage. Then some extended quiet time afterwards.

Had a deep tissue massage with Arianna. It was probably one of the best I have ever had. Im not a fan of light touches, so Arianna made sure to get deep into my knots that have been agonizing for me.

I don’t even know where to begin, but let’s try -Lexa is an angel with her hands, point blank. I have NEVER felt so relaxed in my entire life. I have no knowledge of skin care whatsoever, and Lexa answered all of my crazy questions. Not only did she do that, she also just made everything feel so AMAZING. Who even knew hands could do all of that…. Seriously though. I am mom to a crazy toddler, I needed this, it actually made me emotional, A FACIAL MADE ME EMOTIONAL, because Lexa is just that magical. I 10/10 recommend Lexa, I’ll shout it from the rooftops every day if I have to. I will never even think about going to someone else. She’s stuck with me for life.

Very Disappointed !!!My husband and I have been regular customers for massage there for years. We always have had amazing massages with Jenn and Christy , which is why we always went back.... However there has been a turn-over with a lot of new faces ,but decided to give the new people a try .. HORRIBLE !!! The professionalism of these new massage therapists and the quality of their massage was terrible ! I could not relax at all during the massage and at one point I opened my eyes and couldnt believe the other therapist was TEXTING while massaging my husband with only one hand !!! I called the salon to speak with the owner, an overly-friendly girl answered and said the owner would call me back...STILL waiting !!! Unless you can get the original massage therapists I wouldnt waste my money going to this place again !!! Sometimes change is NOT good !!!

I have had my fair share of facials but Courtneys is definitely the best Ive ever had. An absolutely beautiful spa with a relaxing atmosphere and very talented people!

I had the worse massage ever there. I was burned by the hot stones, came out feeling sore, and I felt like the therapist was not only rushed, but didnt want to be there. Wouldnt go there again if I got it for free.

The women are all so friendly and make the environment welcoming. I love coming here to relax and the prices are great compared to other local spas I have tried, service doesnt compare anywhere else.
