1/31/24 - Great massage! Freda was fantastic and focused on my problem areas. I have significant neck and upper back pain/tightness due to having a desk job and poor posture. The massage and stretching combo was very effective. Received deep tissue massage, traction on my neck, and overall stretching. Felt great afterwards. The staff was friendly and polite. Ample off-street parking. Will be back.

Fit2Stretch is the ultimate spot! The staffs knowledge and skills are phenomenal, and I always feel completely transformed after just one hour of massage weekly. They are incredibly personable and professional, making you feel completely at ease. Clearly passionate about their work, they take great care to diagnose and address any problem areas mindfully, offering very helpful (and interesting) guidance and advice throughout. The Fit2Stretch staff has world-class expertise, and I cant recommend them highly enough. Suffice to say, I wouldnt consider going anywhere else for a massage.

Literally one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot of stress lately and my body was showing it. I got a massage with Maggie and I swear I left lighter and limber. Maggie was absolutely amazing!! My mom even commented that I looked lighter. I felt so great. My leg cramps went away and I was so much more flexible. Don’t think twice about going here! I can’t say enough great things about the service!

I purchased a 1-hour massage at Fit to Stretch via Groupon. The appointment date was 12/19. While I was on my way to their location, they called me and cancelled my appointment at the last minute with no apology. Later I scheduled it for 1/19 but a conflict appeared in my calendar so I cancelled the appointment. Since then we are playing phone tag to reschedule it.Finally I got a hold of a person there. She told me that we are playing a phone tag and they are not obligated to give me service. She told me to contact groupon and ask for a refund. I find this business non-responsive and providers pretty rude. I am waiting for a refund from groupon now.To respond your inaccurate comment: It is NOT my style to be rude to anyone. I suggest you employ ladies who know how to talk to people on the phone. It is NOT professional to cancel an appointment 30 minutes before. It is also NOT professional not returning phone calls or email messages when the client wants to reschedule. Good luck with your business.

I have been getting waxed by her for only a few sessions but ever since day one I recognize she always goes above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and satisfied. My knee has been swollen for the last week, and I recently got diagnosed with DJD (osteoarthritis) . I was looking for an affordable, professional, punctual , beneficial, and courteous. From the moment I entered the customer service representative greeted me with a smile and calm welcoming knowledgeable experience. The waiting time was perfect . I received ROYAL treatment ( I’m very critical on service ) , my therapist was very pleasant, and STRETCHED ME OUT OF THIS WORLD‼️ They also gave me aftercare instructions . Awesome sauce . I signed up for the monthly package and I can’t wait for my next experience. YAYYYYYYYYY‼️‼️‼️ I can actually walk without a limp . Thank you fit2stretch YOU ROCK!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my message. I have now gotten it twice. Margaret and Frieda were both great. I felt rejuvenated and experienced relief from my constant back pain. Not only was the massage great but the service is phenomenal. Everyone is nice, professional and helpful. The facility it self is a very nice and clean environment. 10/10. If you are coming for any treatment, be sure to come at least a few minutes early so that you can enjoy the wonderful massage chairs in the waiting room. It is complete bliss.I had a deep tissue massage with Frida. She was completely amazing. It was a perfect massage for me, with just the right pressure consistently through the massage.All my muscles feel beautifully relaxed and it was a fantastic experience.The receptionist and Frida were very pleasant and professional.Definitely give it a try at least.

Ive had massages at various places, however, this establishment is the most fulfilling, exceptional treatment and exceptional staff.

Got a massage here twice so far and it was amazing! Freda is great and attentive to the areas needed. It helped a lot with the tension and knots. And it felt much more relaxed afterwards. Would definitely recommend trying this place and Freda!

Received the best postpartum massage! It was much needed due to stress of having a premature baby in the NICU. I had been back and forth to the hospital every day since I was released and never had time to properly heal. I truly appreciated the great service!!

If I could give 20+ stars I would. From the front desk to the massage therapist was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I’ve dealt with sciatic pain and arthritis in my lower back for 7 years and at the time of my appointment, I only had the arthritis pain since I had 2 targeted nerve epidurals for my sciatica and when I tell you Freda did an AMAZING, AMAZING job is an understatement. I walked in feeling like I’m in my 80s to coming out feeling like I’m in my teens. I highly recommend this place to any and everyone. I visited the Somerset office. The room was clean, comfortable and smelled very nice. Maggie did a great job working out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even know was possible! Their unique massage with stretch therapy was exactly what I needed. I walked in feeling tight and tense, walked out feeling rejuvenated light and lifted. Id definalty recommend this place. Best stretch EVER!!!!

Very very poor services. They have no sense of communication. After reaching before time there place they canceled my appointment saying it’s not scheduled. I had proof of messages of confirmation . I said I don’t want to cancel the appointment and will. Come sometime later but they canceledAs mentioned in your reply i never asked to cancel the appointment, I said you I am waiting outside your office till 5 pm. But you wanted to cancel the appointment. And I asked what options is for refund free massage or refund. Kindly read the message conversation properly.Yes I did find better than yours.Good luck with your business!

Prior to my massage service getting done, a brief conversation was had with the massage therapist. I was asked if there were any specific areas that were problematic to me. The entire session was centered around those areas. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. The level of professionalism is simply amazing. I will definitely be back again. I have officially made Fit 2 Stretch a major part of my monthly self care regime. If you have not tried Fit 2 Stretch, I definitely encourage you to schedule an appointment. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

I have been a Fit 2 Stretch client for a few years. I currently go to their new location in Ramsey, NJ. The location is super clean, the staff is friendly, and they are skilled. I look forward to my massages and love the way I feel when I leave. I continue to feel relaxed for a few days after each visit. Give it a try, you will never go anywhere else!

Ive had 100s of massages but none like this. The combination of deep tissue and stretching felt incredible and gave me a sense of healing and accomplishment that I dont often get from a regular massage. Janelle was amazing. Strong and confident in her technique. Give them a try and you will be impressed.Here is a pro tip; arrive early and enjoy some time in the massage chair. Its great.

From the moment I walked in the entire staff was very friendly. I have not had a massage like this before but it felt great. I personally do not stretch enough and to have someone to assist you truly helps. The facility is clean and bright. They do take your temp when walking in and ask you to wash your hands. I am looking forward to my next visit to hopefully keep Improving my flexibility.

Fit2Stretch, where have you been all my life?! This place is amazing! I was seeking a place nearby that could offer exceptional massage services and thats exactly what I found. The Somerset location is convenient, the space is beautiful and comfortable, and the front desk staff is warm and welcoming. My massage therapist was amazing, concentrating on all my trouble spots while doing a series of awesome stretches that were out of this world! I felt so renewed after. I am now a regular. So glad I found this place!

Very unprofessional and lack customer service. I called to cancel my vip membership and was asked why by the manager, I stated because I wasn’t satisfied with the Brazilian wax. She told me she will give me a call back. Instead of she calling back, she had the lady who waxed me call back who stated she own the place. Okay good for you but this seemed like an ambush. She offered a refund which I accepted and one month later never got. She explained to me it was the first session so the next session will be better. I kept the membership and went back (it was ok). I asked about the refund and the wax lady/owner said she think it was already done but she will speak to the manager. The next day the manager called arguing that I refused the refund a month ago. I’m like who refuses a refund? I did no such thing but I was not about to argue with these people. She was too happy to cancel my membership and I was too happy to end the call.I’m all for supporting black businesses but it be the black business people who push customers away not knowing who they are or the influence they can have on their business.

I purchased one of the nicely valued packages offered by Fit 2 Stretch. I have not regretted it for one minute. The massage was great each time. I have been having a hard time with my neck being very tight. I have been going twice a month and have noticed a wonderful difference. My therapist is Region.

This is one of the best massage paces I have ever been to. I work at a desk all day, and I usually get a stiff neck. They use a combination of stretching, applying pressure, hot/cold compress and CBD oils based on your needs. The massage therapist are extremely friendly, and very professional. They make you feel very comfortable. The payment plans are great, $67 for a massage is a steal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Janelle and Freida are AMAZING.

In the past month I have called and left messages, emailed, send online inquiries, texted, to get an appointment, got ZERO response.Update: they are lying about when I contacted them. I have been trying to contact them a month ago through their website inquiry page as well as called and left messages.

As a former college athlete I’ve gotten work done by massage therapists, chiropractors and physical therapists on many occasions. I chose the pain relief massage / stretch option and it was like a magical combination of all three. My mobility increased and my pain ceased. It was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had.Staff was friendly and facility was clean.I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I had to!Only downside is once you experience it, there’s no going back. You will find it difficult to not purchase a membership.

The location is clean, staff friendly and massage therapist extremely experienced and knowledgeable in this line of work. Freda is my assigned therapist and she takes her time in ensuring my area of pain/concern is addressed. I highly recommend this place for anyone in search of a good stretch/massage location.

Im a truck driver and I work long hours everyday in the same position and dont really get a chance to stretch constantly but enough to get the job done So I decided to go to a place that stretch and massages and this place does it for me I always get the stretch because thats works best for me

Im a massage enthusiast, often searching through reviews to look for the best therapist. I found Fit 2 Stretch through Groupon and have been pleasantly surprised. I bought the 4 package to return because its so worth it. Its the perfect blend of stretch and deep tissue if thats what youre looking for. My two favorite massage therapists are Region and Yaritza. My last session with Region loosened up my shoulder and neck area to the point I feel like I can fly, a review was necessary.

Wow! Definitely not your typical massage! The staff were really friendly and Janelle was awesome. It was definitely more stretch than massage but that’s because my joints are so tight for sitting so long at work. However I think the more I go it will definitely help improve things. But what Maggie (receptionist :)) told me each time I come into the session it is customized based on how my muscles are so next time it could be more massage than stretch or vice versa or 50/50 but whatever it is it is to improve your health. YOLO so take care of yourself and come here!!

Hands down, best massage I’ve ever received. The place is kept very clean and the massage chairs are dope while you wait. Freda took her time and made sure every knot in my back and neck was taken out. I got the hot and cold therapy and felt very relieved after.

Nice massage, reasonable price, and cute place. Dislikes- Rooms are a little too bright while getting the massage and the membership policy is a bit unfair. You pay for a massage monthly but if you don’t use it within that month you lose it. It does not roll over, so doesn’t allow for when life gets hectic and busy. They will be quick to take your money for a massage but won’t allow you to roll over! Your taking my monthly fee but if I had a life altering situation and can’t make it in that month I’m just out of luck. Unfair in my opinion. They lost me as a customer for that reason. They should allow at least a 1 occurrence and provide better customer service over the phone for these type of situations.

Margaret is awesome! I initially started seeing her for my lower back. After her massage and stretching I found some relief. I’m still having back pain which I’m going to physical therapy for but I noticed that after I meet with Margaret I feel less tense and more relaxed. I have tried both the floor mat assisted stretching and stretch massage- loved them both!

I was referred to this place by my sister. I have had many massages and I have never had one like the one I had at this establishment. They work everything out and stretch you in all different kinds of ways. If you want a good in depth massage, especially if you work out a lot or are really active in sports, you must go to this place.

Had a fantastic experience with the combo massage with Erin. It was the perfect mix of thai-like stretching/movement with a traditional massage. I was pleasantly surprised with the use of hot stones and aromatherapy mist. The technique was excellent and I am very satisfied!

Deserved to get zero star massage shop and is a nightmare for me.I have made an appointment with this massage shop using Groupon fortnight ago. They said they will email me one day before for reminding and confirmation but they didnt do it.Today I received their call and they said that I didnt come for massage and my appointment is 10am to 11am. I told them you all didnt email me before one day for confirmation. The massage shop said that they email to me already. The truth is I didnt receive any remind email from them. I told them that why you all didnt call me if you all didnt get back my reply email. Why want to wait until today morning then call me? They said they only email and will not call. I question them why you all can call me today for the purpose want to charge my credit card? Yes, I know I also forget this appointment so I told the massage shop to redeem my Groupon though phone and cannot charge my credit card because the massage shop take my credit card detail during made appointment. The massage shop reply me that I must come to their shop before 11am to redeem the Groupon, if not they will charge my credit card. I didnt use their service but they want to charge me, is it fair for me?It is a terrible! terrible! terrible! bad massage shop.

I have had worsening chronic back pain for years - had chiropractic care, PT, and used medicines. I was not sure how the stretching would impact my pain, but since Erins treatment I havent felt better! I plan to make Fit 2 Stretch a regular part of my self-care and pain management regimen!

I can’t even say how was my experience because I didn’t have the opportunity. I found this place on google because I woke up with a such bad pain and it was an emergency. I made the appointment about 8:30 am online and my appointment was supposed to be at 10am. I don’t live near it but I thought it would be great and worth it. But they called me 10 minutes before my appointment to CANCEL it!!! I was about 5 minutes to arrive there, after driving 30 minutes and they call me because they “couldn’t do it “ anymore today. WHAT?? did they check it at 8:30am? Just saw it 10 minutes before my appointment? I don’t know, but as a business this is unbelievable! So frustrated! Made me loose my time!! Fortunately I found other place to help me. Never will try fit 2 stretch again.
