Edit for response to owners reply:i no longer shop at businesses with anti-consumer practices as blatant as yours. cope with it however you feel. or change.wont do any refund at all for any device or item. coil, battery(dont buy batteries from here theyre rewraps of dumped cells), wraps, device, tank, gasket, glass replacement, liquid, NOTHING.after having faulty products not returned before with receipt in-hand (better hope you got a manufacturers warranty), today i was told about the no-refund policy in the goofiest way. i walk in and immediately ask for just a single smok rpm1 pod, easy enough i think as theres 5 of them in stock, but the woman at the register wants to know what device its for so whatever, i tell her its for my nord 4 that i had to order online because they wont sell the device itself, only the coils for it that i dont* use, and the pods themselves. then she gets confused and starts to argue that it wont fit, when i know it will because the nord 4 came with an RPM1 AND TWO pod in the box when i received it the day before, and i had done research before coming anyway to be really super duper sure. after all the fuss of convincing her that itll fit and i know what im on about then she says it;well good, because since YOU picked it out, you arent allowed to return itnow if i had heard this a couple years ago i would have laughed and thought it was just a bad joke in bad taste, but its not just that, its true, and they seem to think its because the customer *decided to make a purchase* that they arent allowed to return a product, faulty or not. business practice like this is disgusting, disrespectful and should be downright illegal.sometimes the staff is wrong, and they will NEVER correct their mistakes if they sell you something your unhappy with, WHATEVER the reason may be.DO NO LEAVE THIS STORE UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU HAVE WHAT YOU NEED AND YOUVE TESTED IT WORKS.PS: (slight safety/money saving ramble for you while im here) also you can get 5 packs of coils online from anywhere between 6-15$ per pack, and a gallon of liquid from nicbase for 30$ and toss in your own flavors that cost 6$ from bullcityflavors with a touch of cooling agent ws23, and to top off that amazing price these online businesses actually support refunds! also for the love of god dont get their D8 products from this or any other local store as the products they sell arent tested for metals, pesticides, bacteria and other junk you dont want to be vaping or ingesting. look for full panel COAs.PSS: They wont take stock requests, even for overpay. lazy.

Dont go here if you need nicotine additives Ive came here before and also had bad service there are definitely better places in Somerset. I go to pro vapor they got great staff they have nicotine additives and they got plenty of flavors.

Edit:I have been a loyal customer here for 6 years, even shopping here when other places were cheaper. A month ago I bought a pod model. The first week it started leaking and falling apart so I brought it back in with the box and the employee told me it wasnt covered but the warranty because that piece had fallen off. Bogus that the warranty doesnt cover the model literally falling apart after a week. They told me that the leaking was my fault so I bought some new parts for it and went on my way. Next visit the manager tells me to bring the box back and exchange it. So I did. Then the same manager says I cant exchange it! Because a new pod fits in it correctly after having to jam paper in it to get the pod to fit. They treated me like a criminal trying to con them even after years of loyalty! Ive bought many faulty products here but chalked it up to a factory error and didnt pursue a refund or exchange and now when I actually need the process to work they act like Im done kind of thief. It doesnt help that I drive half an hour to get here. Im not sure Ill ever go back. Unfortunately they are the only place open after work and sundays which is why I shopped there even during the day so I didnt mind paying more for a place making sure people could get what they need. Now I dont see a difference between buying from them or the foreign market on the corner.

Great selection of products, but extremely rude employees both times I have been in this store in the last week. I never give a bad review, but when the staff has such a horrible attitude, acts like it hurts them to be helpful, Ill go back to Corbin where I get treated with some respectful customer service. All this store needs to be great is some smiling, happy people working.

Prices are fair. Staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable about the products. All around good experience here.

I bought a $50 e cig for my husband. They said it had a 40 day return as long as we kept all the packaging and the receipt. It started leaking really bad. We took it back and they said that we had the tank on incorrectly. We brought it home filled it up and it started leaking immediately. We took it back again and they refused to do anything about it. The manager was extremely rude and said everyone had their own policies. We will never do business with them again!

Always super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of a variety of products that are competitively priced or cheaper than anyone else I have seen this far.

This is by far the best vape shop Ive ever been to. Im a truck driver and Ive visited shops all across the country. The ladies here were not only extremely knowledgeable but willing to help with all my needs. On top of that they have an excellent juice selection.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Not the cheapest place in town but great selection of mods and juices. Very nicely set up for easy testing if your looking for something a little different. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and that is a big plus.

As a previous employee and customer, this is the best place in Somerset and any other town they occupy. Always clean, always respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will always trust the folks at MVS for any and all my smoking cessation needs!

Was the only shop Id go to. But, covid-19, it caused people to freak out. They made me feel as if I shouldnt have came in. Back away from the counters. Put your money on the counter, and back up, then come back up, to get your stuff, and money. I had a mask on. I did as they asked. But, figured if this was the service Id get, Id just start shopping online. I went in, the other day, and they were ok. Ive really slowed down, going here.

Friendly staff, while I dont think that Ecigs are safe, they have less effect on me than cigarettes. If you want to stop smoking, its worth trying. They have a ton of flavors here to suite anyones cravings.

Wide selection of products and some decent deals, but their strict no-children policy make it inaccessible to single parents and caregivers on their journey to quit smoking.

I absolutely love the folks who work there.. they go above and beyond with helping you. They have a nice selection of juice and mods

Friendly they seem knowledgeable sold me what I thought I needed turned out to be wrong for my vape device was a wrong size they put it together for me and when I went to another shop to get replaced it was put together too tight & in such a way that the tank shattered: when I called Magic Vapor back as to why that happened and what they did, I was given the run around I will never go there again. Great shop. You can test all of the flavors and their prices are competitive. The Morleys menthol is awesome as well!

Prices are a little high(its not online shopping so I cant complain) but the service and employees are nice. I always make it in at least once a month.

Bought a vape from them had problems with it shutting off they swapped it out told me any problems they would take care of it having problems with the new one and now they wont do nothing there are a bunch of inbreed useless people working there I wont be back I wouldnt send my worse enemy in there to deal with those idiots

Magic vapor shop help me quit smoking in 2012. I tried to quit smoking for years, but thier vapor cigarette was what finally helped me kick the habit for good.
