I’ve been going here for awhile now and never had an issue outside of prices varying day by day and dependent on who is working.Tonight I went in and bought a Bad Drip Apple Nic Salt juice and when I got outside and opened the pill bottle it comes in, saw that it expired in 6/2021.I turned around and went back in and they as usual allowed me to swap with another juice, the main issue was the worker then put the expired juice back on the shelf as if it wasn’t expired.Definitely will be checking bottles from here on out.

This is one of my favorite stores! You can get anything you are looking for right here! I will have to take photos next time Im there. We bought an awesome speaker there with horns and all! Came with two microphones and the wattage will blow you out of your apartment! We love to karaoke and this has 3 mike ports, Bluetooth and a bunch more! Went to get smokes now but if you needed to buy someone a gift, this place would be the place to go! They literally have EVERYTHING GUYS! QUALITY STUFF TOO! THIS particular store is the largest one Ive seen. I could look around for a couple hours at least! It is like shopping several different stores in one! Fantastic variety of items to choose from!

It seems like every time I come to this shop the prices vary for whos working, I went in last night and for one product that is usually 24$ they wanted 45$, so I wont be coming back as a customer because Sunnys vape lacks integrity for the price and thats despicable. Also the employee didnt know what products were in the store or where to find them. You should focus on customer service training and have set prices in a catalog in store so there is no confusion.

I have been coming to this shop for maybe going on 8 yrs now and even knew sunnys wife when she worked there. Today I went in and was short on cash so I tried to pay $1.95 in change and was told change was not accepted there. The two gentlemen behind the counter were very rude. I thought money was money but I guess they dont want mine anymore. 8 yrs of business gone over a $1.95 in change . Sad ! Poor customer service for sure. But pyramid vape and art studio on pyramid and mccarran is AMAZING!! Now my forever go to vape store will be pyramid vape . Thanks guys!!BYE BYE!!

My boyfriend bought me a vape from there for my birthday. Well, less than a month later it stopped taking a charge. I went to return it and was told they wouldn’t take it back that i had to contact the manufacturer. It was still under warranty. I had to either wait 6 months for a replacement from the co or buy another one. This place blows!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I went in here to take a quick look at what they had for glass pipes. Im picky about pipes and didnt see any that caught my eye, so we decided to head out. Halfway to the door, the guy at the counter openly yelled at us hey! Hey! Excuse me! Why didnt you guys buy anything. First of all, thats a very awkward thing to do to someone, and second we were not acting suspicious in any way. I had both my wallet and my phone occupying my hands, and I dont have any pockets seeing as I was wearing a skirt.

The employee Andrew help us out so and we from nyc all I would said this one is the best smoke shop over there especially the hospital 🔥🔥

Love this place, the owners, Its staff, and Its prices! Really appreciate when someone remembers you; When they remember what you want, is even better.Prices for my vape, and my recreational activities are lower than anywhere else Ive been, and they have a huge selection on everything they carry.Highly recommend Sunnys to anyone who is looking for a new spot for their luxuries.

Bought a piece of glassware here - got home and realized that it was defective, so I returned the next day to exchange it and was denied - they claimed that I broke it, and that they couldnt exchange it because the person who sold it to me wasnt working there anymore.Did a chargeback with my bank and they found in my favor.

Just went to the store at exactly 10:03am, sign says open at 10am. Nobody was there, and the lights were all off, locked doors and everything. Called the main store to let them know that it wasnt open, and the guy argues with me on how its been open since 10. I tell him how its closed, but he just kept on going. Highly rude. I wouldnt recommend this place to any body now. Used to be a great store but now its all shite... What happened? Used to be great customer service but now try all seem like they dont want you there... Shame ..

Bought an e-cig here, it was a total lemon and didnt work at all. No big deal, I just go to swap it out with another one. But not without the original packaging!Get this: since they arent able to send it back to the wholesaler, Sunny leaves you hanging. Nothing. You cant imagine that happening at any legitimate retailer. You get a bunk device, its on you!The poor guy behind the counter freaked out and uncomfortable, asking questions about returns made him visibly upset. He was really bothered and shooed me out of the store like a criminal.I called the owner, he was indifferent and didnt care if I absorbed his cost of doing business.

They had some bad employees for a while that they have since got ride of. If you had a bad experience I would give them another try. They most definitely have the best selection of juices in sparks area.The store keeps getting robbed. So dont let the bearded up window turn you away. They are open.

My personal favorite shop in northern Nevada. Sunny and his wife are amazing people and offer really good deals! Best selection and great customer service. Shop here, seriously.

I love this place for all my vape stuff. They have a massive selection of products. And even bigger selection of juices. It’s always having deals on the products. I love. It there a kid that works there I wish I could remember his name but is always so helpful and know the in and outs about everything in that shop. Wonderful place I won’t be going to any other shop here in town

I first rated this shop 5 stars staff is cool and selection great. I had an issue with a smok mod i purchused. Guy was cool and exchanged it the first time but the second mod was also leaking everywhere also. At the end of the day they do not back up the products they sell wish i would have used a credit card so i could cancel my purchuse. Bad biz when there is that much competition. Try another vape shop!

The people who work in this store are always amazing. They help me with whatever I need and can answer almost any questions I have. They are super friendly every time I come in and I honestly havnt had a bad experience in this store. If you need anything vape/smoke wise this is a great place to come!

Asked the guy behind the counter if we could see a product out of the box prior to purchasing. He rips it open. THEN proceeds to tell me since he opened it we had to purchase it “that’s just how we roll at sunnys” he said. It’s hideous. I hate it and it was a total waste of my money. But had no choice. Total Bullish!t.

I’m never coming back here not only do the staff not care the prices change depending who works I normally get a disposable elf Bar for 35$ anywhere else they wanted it for almost double not to mention I’m 21 born in 2000 so I’m of age to buy vaped and alcohol and all that fun stuff well I went in got what I wanted and they asked for my if no big deal you get carded whatever well the guy working there looked at my id looked back at me and counted on his fingers and said your not 21 I tried telling him I was and you can scan my card or whatever you have to do he refused and told me to leave never coming back there

Always good prices and a great selection. I recommend Sunnys to all my friends. They also are a head shop so if thats your thing you can kill two birds with one stone.

Been coming here for about a year about once to twice a week. Im a regular. The lady that I believe is owner was terrible to me the other day. I came in to get a coil and she was giving me attitude because they didnt have the coil so I politely said okay Ill see if somewhere else carry it if not Ill be back. I went in yesterday and she practical kicked me out because they were out of stock still and she got super offensive that he other day I said its okay Ill see if someone else carry it. She also told me i have a attitude. When I most defiently did not. Iv been going there forever and never had a problem tellnow. Oh well I wish I could give the no stars. I was polite enoughto wait and come back and she flipped out. So they lost all my buisness. The lady in there is a joke and has no respect. I was in total shock when she said Im not welcomed just because they were out of stock on an item. 😂✌✌✌

They sell my C-Cell coils for my target mini one of the only places to get em. Great selection of coils and liquids and some rarer name brands for liquids you cant find.

Sunny has some great prices. Huge sleectiin, and one of the nicest cleanest stores in Reno. He even opened a second one in Sparks. By far the best prices around.

Great staff and great juice selection. I searched a ton of vape shops trying to find a specific juice brand and couldnt find it until of course Sunnys came through for me like always. Ill never go anywhere else

Been going here for years when i walk in it’s almost like I’m family now used to go to the wells location since my high school was in the area 10 years later here i am living up the street from the sparks location, good prices and a even better selection, definitely won’t find anything else like this in town!

Great customer service every time I go in. Whether its helping me pick out a new vape oil or changing out my coil. Good prices, too.

They have a great selection of drops. And some amazing customer service. Not to mention some of the cheapest prices Ive seen in town. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

The stores have different prices for their juice. The wells location is cheaper, and Los Altos jacks their prices up. Use to like it here, now I hate it. Wish I could give less stars.

I went in to buy a vape cig. - it broke in 3 days ! They will not give refunds ! Ive been in twice and the sales clerk was on the phone both times talking and kept on talking ! Rude -

Beware they sale expired products. Lost $10.00 because I didnt look and all sales final. Product expired 3/2017 and today is 3/31/2018.
