Jilly and Joanna were very helpful the other day 5/8/24 thy helped me find my vape that I wanted they were very easy to talk to and very helpful picking out the perfect flavor for me I was very grateful and impressed and how fast everything went definitely coming back

I met with Grace today while picking up coils. I asked if I could change my coil right there and she asked if she could deep clean it for me. I have never had anyone at Vapor ask me this before! She and the other woman were delightful (I don’t remember her name but congrats on the wedding!!) great experience at the Market Vapor Lounge! So glad they are in that area now!!

So happy to finally have a vapor lounge so close to my house! We really needed this location. Grace was so nice to chat with at the new location and told me all the good deals to watch out for. Also the lemon iced tea geek bar mini does in fact remind me of the og Lipton iced tea lemon

Dropped in for e-juice and some pods this afternoon. Jacob was knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. We actually live outside Spokane but I will go out of my way to revisit the Market location due to the excellent service. Thank you, Jacob!

Usually I have a good experience here, not today. Its 8:22, says theyre open til 9 and they are closed. Now I gotta hope I can get to another one as the store next door doesnt carry the juice I prefer

Jacob was heckin friendly as can be. Homeboy met me at the front door with a smile about 20 minutes to close. Grace absolutely rules. Shes super knowledgeable and knows whats up. I love this place. Big ups and mad respect. *Fist bump*

I’ve been going to vapor lounge for years. I have received less than good customer service on numerous occasions. Typically I feel like I’m a burden, when the employee rushes me in and out. I remained a customer mostly for the products and convenience. Because of those experiences, I want to give a huge shout out to Brandon G! He instantly stops what he is doing to greet you when you enter the store. He treats you more like a friend and not an inconvenience. When you see him helping you or any other customers you know he takes great pride in his work. Brandon is very knowledgeable about all the products, and goes above and beyond for every customer. I would absolutely recommend anyone to this location!

Grace is my favorite employee! She is always so friendly and informative when I come in. Making the overall experience easy and fast! I highly recommend coming here!

I came in for a new lookah seahorse pro sadly they were out but Brandon helped me pick out a python as substitute and I am not disappointed at all. He was very knowledgeable about it and spent 10 minutes explaining it so I was able to use it right away with no difficulty. Wish I could give Brandon a kudos or something. Very nice dude

Jacob G is a legend. Got my girlfriend off the disposables and overall seemed to know every detail about every juice / vape in the store. No idea how he does it. We’re going in when he’s working now for sure. We used to go to Lilac city vapor, but due to his customer service we go there now. Amazing job.

Went into this location today, and Nelly and the entire crew were extremely helpful and friendly! I’m an indecisive adhd person when it comes to finding new products and flavors, and these people steered me in the right direction! Let these guys help you out! Thanks yall!

This was genuinely the worst experience of my life. I came to the store today, 4:30, around 3:10pn, and instead of offering me service, they were extremely rude, and when they did not have the flavor vape I wanted, I asked if the shop next door may, and the male worker (who said he was new) immediately claimed that the vapes from the shop next door “Discount Smoke” are fake and counterfeit vapes. After being denied by The Vapor Lounge with extremely rude service, I made my way to the shop next door, and there I found out that their products were certainly not fake. Discount Smoke has been in business over a decade, and they provided incredible service and legit products. SO, I would recommend staying away from vapor lounge and heading to discount smoke next door. Thanks:)

Julie the manager helped me out she is legit the best and help with my vape and has the most flavorful suggestions that fit you rather you want sweet or not and will be very truthful thank you guys
